Who's happy I updated?! Sorry for leaving ya'll hanging for a while, but things have just not gone my way for a while. Now there is probably no need to worry, because I'm back baby! I have to update like 6 stories so wish me luck friends. Also, it worries me that I could die, and none of you would know what happened to me and then you all would hate me because I never finished my stories. This is a very deep, very terrifying fear of mine. I need to give my closest friends my email/password for this so if I die, they can update everyone of my stories and tell everyone that I am dead. So, here I the newest chapter! Enjoy!

We got back to my house and both Liz and Maka stopped to stare at it for a while.

"You live here?!" Maka asked.

"Yeah, I kinda do."

"What do you mean kinda?" Liz asked.

"Another story for another time ladies, now let's see if the blue monkey is still home." I began to walk the path that led to my front door. Okay, so this might make more sense if I elaborate a bit on what my house looked like. Basically, my house has five levels, with both an indoor and a rooftop pool. The front yard is a quarter of a mile in front of the house and is completely taken over by trees and flowers. The trees and flowers were purposefully placed though, along with the curving stone path that led to the front doors, which were French styled doors, framed by white marble columns. The technical first floor would be the basement, which was recently remolded into a practice place for my band with a bar, café tables, a stage, and a recording studio that was sectioned off. Part of the basement had been sectioned off and turned into an apartment, which now temporarily houses Black Star.

The second story, or ground floor, had a kitchen, den, dining room, two guest rooms, two bathrooms, and the indoor, heated swimming pool. The guest rooms were currently unoccupied, but sometimes Kid and Patty crashed in them. I have no idea where Patty goes when she leaves my house, but I don't really worry that much since she only leaves once a week. The bathrooms each have a hot tub, and yes that probably is the only reason they stay with me. To be completely honest I think Kid only joined the band because of Patty. The third story has my bedroom, Wes' bedroom, and the rarely ever used master bedroom, each room containing a frosted glass stall shower, 6x6x3 foot baths and hot tubs. Fourth story has another kitchen and dining room and the gym. Yes, I did say gym.

The final and fifth story is half and half. One half is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with a kitchen, den, and living room, while the other half is a library. On the roof of my house is the other swimming pool and a changing/shower room. All together my house forms a perfect rectangle, aside from the basement. The backyard has a garden, green house, trampoline, and a recently added stage so we can practice outside as well. I think it is safe to say that my family is loaded.

I opened the door and led Liz and Maka through the foyer to the stairs that led to the basement.

"Wait here for a second. I have to check something out." I opened the door and walked down the stairs. The girls followed behind me anyways and when I turned back to give them a look, Maka just looked at me and shrugged.

"I don't wanna stay up there, it's creepy." Was all she said, so I let it go and kept on walking. At the bottom of the stairs, we came to two doors. One was had a plaque that had Practice Room written in fancy script, while the other had Black Starcarved into the wood of the door that looked like a child had written it. I knocked on the latter and stepped back when I heard crashing on the other side.

"Shit!" Black Star cursed. I heard his drawer slam shut and running feet before the door was yanked open. My nose was immediately hit by the smell of pot.

"Soul-lee!" I heard a very feminine voice shout, and Patty herself was racing out the door. "Your back already?! Black Star said you were gonna be gone all day!" She threw her arms around my waist.

"Patty? Is it…. Could it really be…" Liz trailed off as she fell to her knees. Maka was staring with her eyes open wide.

"Who is that big bro?" Patty peered at Liz curiously. "I like them!" She exclaimed before throwing her arms around both Liz and Maka, bringing them into a big hug.

"Oh Death, Patty it is you!" Liz said, tears streaming down her face as she threw her arms around the younger Thompson Sister.

"How did you know my name?" Patty giggled and kissed both of them on the cheek before running back to stand by my side.

"Guys, I need to talk to Patty alone. Black Star, take Maka and Liz upstairs and give them the tour, okay?" Black Star nodded, his face tight as he took in my serious expression and Liz's teary face. "See if you can find Kid too. He'll want to hear about this."

"He crashed here last night?" Black Star asked.

"You know Kid; he follows Patty like a lost puppy." Black Star nodded in agreement before taking a sobbing Liz and a grim faced Maka up the stairs. I turned to face Patty as soon as I was sure they were out of earshot.

"Patty, I need you to tell me, is that the nightmare face? Do you remember either of those girls?" I held her face in my hands and looked at her eyes.

"No... I remember… the tall one… she was good. I try to think back and remember her face, but all I can remember is this warm feeling. The other one… books. I remember books from her." Patty had a look of fierce concentration on her face as she tried to remember who Maka and Liz were. I sighed in relief.

"Patty, the taller girl, her name is Liz. Liz Thompson and she said she's your sister." Patty's eyes widened and started to fill with tears.

"Sister? I have a sister?" She whispered. I reached out and hugged her close.

"Want to go meet her?" I asked her in a quiet voice. She was about to answer when we both jumped at the sound of a sneeze. I looked up just in time to see a flash of plaid skirt and black boots. "Let's go Patty." She nodded and wiped her eyes before following me up the stairs.

When we got to the top a red faced Maka, a hysterical Liz, and two unconscious, bleeding teenage boys greeted us. Black Star and Kid had dents in the foreheads, just the right size of a book spine, and the words "Lord of the Flies" imprinted along the middle of the rectangle dent.

"What happened to them?" I questioned, tilting my head towards the bleeding boys. Maka blushed deeper and mumbled something. "What was that?"

"They wouldn't let me downstairs to talk to you!" She nearly shouted.

"Okay, well what about Miss Hysteria over there?" I motioned to Liz this time.

"She's convinced that since I Maka-Chopped the boys, you won't let her see her sister." She glared at me this time, as if that was what I was planning to do. "I didn't mean to eavesdrop on your guys'… moment." She said, with a strange tone to her voice.

"Yeah well, it's not up to me if Patty wants to see Liz. It's not like I'm her boyfriend. I'm just her older brother figure." As I said this, there was another strange shift in Maka. I decided it was relief before taking Liz by the shoulders. I shook her until she stopped sobbing long enough to hear me speak. "Hey Liz, there's someone who wants to say hi." Liz looked confused for a second before noticing Patty standing behind me. Patty shyly stepped around me so Liz had a clear view of her.

"Hi Liz, I guess I'm your sister huh? I don't really remember much of my past. My earliest clear memory is of when big brother found me in the forest, so would you mind filling me in?" Patty held out her hand to help Liz up. When Liz took her hand, Patty pulled her into a bone crushing hug and inhaled deeply." I remember this smell." Patty said, her voice shaking, tears leaking from her eyes. I turned away from the scene and grabbed Maka, dragging her to the stairs.

"Where are you taking me?" She asked nervously.

"Patty said she remembers you liking books. Is that true?" She nodded. "Then I have a place you might want to see." When we reached the top floor, I opened the door into the small apartment. Still dragging her by the hand, I led Maka down a small hallway that ended with a single door. I reached in my pocket and dug around a bit before coming up with the right key. I turned towards her and showed her the key. "I don't quite trust you guys yet, so Patty will be staying here for a bit longer. That means I will probably be seeing a whole lot more of you guys. So, I am going to give you this key. This key is the one and only copy, so don't lose it. It will work on this door and the front door, so feel free to make yourself at home." With that I turned around and unlocked the door. On the other side of the door was a room that had shelves upon shelves of books. From wall to wall, floor to ceiling, and shelves in the middle with a rolling ladder on every book shelf. In the middle and in every corner of the room there were plush chairs and love seats. There were a few desks with rolling chairs here and there, with a desktop computer in on corner.

I turned around and saw Maka looking around with eyes the size of dinner plates.
