"How do you not have butterflies?" Ladybug asked Cat Noir as she positioned the chef's hat on her head. "My Lady, this is no time for akumas!" Ladybug swallowed hard as the red light blinked on. She and Cat were doing a cooking segment teaching kids how to make soup.

"First, if your under twelve, get your Mom or Dad to help," Ladybug said brightly, then glanced at Cat. "What? I've over the age of twelve?" "And how many pancakes did you burn last week?" Ladybug asked from the corner of her mouth. Cat read the next card. "Okay, so the first thing we're going to do is chop the veggies. Veggies?!"

Cat looked disdainfully at the measured amounts of carrots, celery, and onions that had been chopped. "You don't have to eat them, Fur ball!" Cat demonstrated how to chop a carrot, making sure he didn't chop off a finger. Ladybug clapped. "Good job. I'm impressed." "I didn't order sarcasm with my meal, Bugaboo." Ladybug pulled a face, realized she was on TV and brightened quickly. "Okay, so before you add the veggies, which are yummy in our tummies, right, kids?" Cat stuck out his tongue. "No. Veggies are evil and you cannot change my mind!" "Now, Cat will show us how to pour in the broth and I'll put in the veggies." Ladybug clicked on the burner making sure the soup wouldn't boil over to quickly or burn. But suddenly, Ladybug sniffed the air as a unpleasant odor filled the room. "Cat, your apron!" she shrieked. "Its on fire!"

Cutting quickly to a commercial break, Ladybug quickly pulled out her yo-yo. "Lucky Charm!" Thankfully, a water spray bottle dropped into her hands, and she blasted it at Cat with all her might. "I think its out," Cat gurgled, wiping water from his face. "Haven't you heard cats don't like water?"

Ladybug was about to respond when she heard "action!" "And we're back! One of the last steps before trying our yummy soup is adding the chicken!" "Chicken?" Cat wailed. "I want tuna!" "Tuna bad," she smirked as she slid the cut chicken into the boiling water. Cat bowed to her, his chef's hat nearly sliding off his head.

Soon, the soup was done and Ladybug and Cat were both given spoons to try it. Ladybug and Cat took a taste at the same time. Something was missing. "I think our soup could use one more ingredient, don't you, boys and girls?" "That's something is tuna," Cat looked hopeful as if a fish were to magical appear in the pot. "No. I think it could use a bit of salt."

"Well, you sure are salty, My Lady." "Someone has to be in charge. Now, what do you think of that flavor?" Cat took another taste, then perked up. "My taste buds are singing, and my tummy is growling! That's some good soup we made!"

Ladybug smiled at her partner, holding out her fist. This TV segment might not as gone as planned, but that's what she loved about their partnership.

"Have any other ideas for us to try? Send it to Kids TV! Bug out!"

Ladybug flopped down on the couch, Cat along side her. She loved to cook and bake, but Cat Noir could use some more lessons before they went on TV again!
