But now that it is summer, I hope to write a bit more of this story to keep y'all more updated with this because I know I've gotten reviews and private messages about updating. So here is another chapter, and I hope to update this story again soon.

Previously:

"Oh Davor." Belle said. "It is you!"

'those words? Those were the same words that Belle said to him when he became human again.' Adam thought to himself.

But before Adam could walk out of the library, Belle started to introduce the guys. The moment Belle said Adam's name, he walked over and stood next to her and placed his hand on her shoulders.

Davor backed away slightly to signify that Belle was Adams.

"So Adam." Davor asked. "What is your relation with Belle?"

'Does he know who I am?' Taken back, he spoke. "First you may address me as your highness, your majesty, or master. Only certain people are given the privilege to call me by my name. You, sir, do not have my permission."

"Oh." Davor said shocked. "I didn't know you were the prince, your highness. Please forgive me."

Adam didn't speak, he only nodded. 'Serves him right.' He thought to himself and turned to Belle who has a look of shock and disgust on her face.

He quickly jerked his head to the door and Belle instantly snapped out of it and turned to Davor.

"Well Davor." Belle said. "Adam and I must be on our way. So if you'll excuse us."

"Of course, Madame moiselle." Davor said as he took her hand and kissed it gently.

Without realizing what he was doing, Adam grabbed Belle's hand from Davors and led her out of the room.

Now:

Adam quickly slammed the library doors behind them. But before he could speak, he was already being yelled at.

"What is your problem?!" Belle turned to Adam to say. "Am I going to be your prisoner? I don't need protection... especially your protection."

Adam stood quietly, stunned, while Belle continued.

"You should learn to control your temper."

'My temper?' Adam thought, starting to get angry. 'I'll show you my temper.'

Then he noticed Mrs. Potts, Lumiere, and Cogsworth in a corner listening in to their conversation, hinting to Adam that he shouldn't loose control.

"You're right," Adam said calmly, which shocked Belle. "I shouldn't have been so overprotective. I really like you and I may have gotten carried away."

"I like you too, but there will always be other guys talking to me," Belle replied. "But sometimes I wish they didn't; like Gaston, that boorish, brainless, Ugh!"

Adam chuckled. 'Belle likes me? Bet she has no idea how much I like her, no, love her. She's probably just saying that to be polite.'

Suddenly, Adams attention was focused on the figure coming up behind Belle.

"Why don't I take you to your room?" said Mrs. Potts, interrupting. "You can get out of those clothes and into something for dinner."

"Oh!" Belle said, turning around to notice Mrs. Potts approaching as well as noticing her casual dress "Alright, that's not a bad idea. I should probably put something else on."

"Well Belle, you're joining me for dinner tonight?" Adam asked.

"Well it was a request, wasn't it?"

Adam's face must have looked confused because Belle giggled.

"Of course I'll be there," Belle said as she walked away with Mrs. Potts.

But before she walked around the corner, she stopped, turned around, smiled and waved at Adam, disappearing around the corner.

Lumiere and Cogsworth came up to Adam and he put a hand on each of their shoulders. "Did you see that?" Adam said. "She's never looked at me that way in this form before."

"That's a good sign."

"I want to do something for her, but what?" Adam asked.

"Well there's the usual things… flowers, chocolates, promises you don't intend to keep…" Cogsworth started to say, and then Lumiere interrupted.

"Ahh, no no." Lumiere said. "It has to be something very special. Something that sparks her interest…. wait a minute. " Lumiere looked confused.

"That's some serious déjà vu," Cogsworth said and he and Lumiere talked about the past for a bit, while Adam was off in his own little world.

"I got it!" Adam said, making Lumiere and Cogsworth both jump.

"Got what, master?" Lumiere asked.

"The perfect gift for Belle. But it'll have to wait until dinner tonight."
