Again, writing this for fun...don't own any of the characters.

"Darby just sent in his contract"

"Well, what does it say?"

"We can't get rid of him… unless we have him removed from here just to go to London and return back to his original position."

"Which is impossible, considering he in midst of a trial."

"We can't get rid of him unless we admit that he was innocent and send him back."

"Harvey, we can't do that"

"You think I don't understand that Jessica. He is in Pearson Spector, right under our nose thinking he could pull any stunts he wants and we cannot even remove him."

"There has to be a clause of some sort in his contract."

"There is one way, but that involves bringing Darby back here…"

"Harvey…"

"If Darby admits to the fact that he told Stephen to do whatever he can to get the job done, and is able to prove it, then we may have something."

"Harvey, you do understand what bringing Darby back even to convict Stephen would mean"

"I understand but that is the only option we have Jessica. I want him gone."

Meanwhile….

As Donna took out her keys, she thought about how life was changing all of a sudden and what she should do.

"You know we never did get to come by your apartment, it was always the suite."

"What are you doing here Stephen?"

"Just came by, thought we could maybe catch up"

"O well lets see, you killed innocent people, went to jail, tried to frame Scottie, while I had to deal with the fact that I was stupid enough to even believe and sleep with a killer."

"They were terrorist not innocent. And what I did as far as Scottie is concerned was to protect me…us "

"Bullshit… what you did was to get back at Harvey, to save yourself, and I want nothing to do with you so just leave."

As Donna turned around to leave, she felt the grip on her arm as she was swirled around to face him. The anger in his eyes evident as he held her against the wall. His eyes clearly enraged as his grip became stronger.

"Let go of me."

"You think you could just walk away. You told Harvey I printed the deposition, you got me fired, still I was going to look pass that and try to make us work. Yet, you think you could treat me whatever way you want and walk away. Well guess what Donna… you were wrong."

" Let…Me…Go…"

"Or what you're going to run off to Harvey and tell him? Go ahead I'm not afraid of you or Harvey, because at the end I will be a free man and I will be back for you Donna…Harvey or no Harvey."

As he released his grip. Donna merely shuddered and held her hand on her stomach. She felt sick. Not because of the pregnancy, but because of the man she thought Stephen was in comparison to the man he turned out to be. The fear creeping up as she realized, her child was not safe from him…
