Hi, just to let you know, this fan fiction is obviously coming to a close, and this will be the second to last chapter. The last one will serve as a sort of Epilogue and hopefully will be up by the end of the week. I hope you all have enjoyed Perry the Hooded Figure, and The Platypus, the Scientist and his Robot. Perry the Hooded Figure was the first fan fiction that I ever published, so it feels weird leaving this tiny world I created within the Phineas and Ferb fandom. Anyway, I hope you like this chapter, though. Enjoy!:
Chapter 13
Norm glared up at Phineas as he approached. The robot summoned two balls of energy, but that did absolutely nothing.
The wave of drinks swallowed Norm and pulled him out into the parking lot before dispersing.
Phineas landed on the robot's chest.
Norm's eyes were void of light.
For a second, Phineas thought that the soda wave had destroyed the robot's mechanisms. But then Norm's eyes lit up. "Hi, my name is Norm! What is your name?"
The robot's voice had returned to its original upbeat voice.
Phineas slowly stood up and told the robot his own name. This all seemed too weird.
"Nice to meet you, Phineas," said Norm. "Say, do you know anyone by the name of Dr. Doofenshmirtz? The last thing I remember was him telling me that I was not his son, which really hurt by the way. The next thing I know, I'm here!"
Phineas shook his head. He assumed that Norm's emotions had glitched and caused him to become evil after the Doof had hurt the robot's feelings. The soda wave must have somehow fixed that glitch.
"Well I am going to find Dr. D," said Norm. "See you around!" He stood up and walked off.
That was really weird, thought Phineas. But he didn't give it another thought as he flew back to the Danville City Hall.
Perry watched Doofenshmirtz and Rodrigo fight in the front lawn of the capitol building. He had safely led Isabella, Candace, Buford, Irving, and Baljeet to the City Hall where they watched Dr. D and his former student battle.
Agent P planned to wait until someone emerged victorious. When that happened, he would fight the winner, who would very likely be tired out.
Perry felt a small breeze. He looked behind him and saw that Phineas had returned.
"You're back!" said Isabella. She and Phineas shared a quick kiss.
Perry rolled his eyes. Yeah, now Phineas realized that Isabella likes him.
Agent P went back to watching the fight.
Rodrigo was on top of Dr. D and has his knees on the evil scientist's stomach.
"Any last words, schnitzel?" taunted Rodrigo.
Heinz desperately looked around and saw the memory wipe inator that had tossed. He reached out, grabbed it and zapped Rodrigo with it.
Upon impact, Rodrigo fell off Doofenshmirtz, who got up.
This isn't good, thought Perry.
Rodrigo sat up and looked around, confused. "Where am I?" he asked. "The last thing I remember was getting my high school diploma."
Dr. D threw his hands in the air gleefully. "It worked!" he cried. "The memory wipe inator actually worked! Now, nothing stands in my way to take over the Tri-State Area!"
Alright, enough subterfuge, thought Perry. He ran forward, jumped up, and punched Dr. D in the face.
Heinz stumbled backwards before falling on the steps of City Hall.
"Charge!" Phineas yelled. He, Isabella, Candace, Irving, Baljeet, and Buford ran out from behind the bushes.
"I don't think so!" Doofenshmirtz stood up, aimed, and fired the memory wipe inator.
The purple beam, of light hit Buford square in the chest, causing him to fall on his back and pass out.
The six remaining kids stopped a few feet behind Perry and looked at Dr. D in fear.
Suddenly, the doors to City Hall opened and Roger the mayor walked out and looked at his brother, "Heinz, what is the meaning of this?"
"I am about to take over the Tri-State Area!" replied Dr. D.
"Right, well –" Roger was interrupted because Heinz had pulled the trigger to his memory wipe inator. The purple beam of light hit the mayor and he fell to his knees.
Perry, the kids, and Doofenshmirtz looked at the fallen leader anxiously.
Roger looked up at his brother. "Heinz, did you go through a growth spurt?" The mayor's was significantly higher pitched. "How did you suddenly become the tallest eighth grader? And the ugliest?"
"It worked again!" gloated Dr. D. "Now that Roger thinks he's in middle school, he's unfit to be your mayor. Therefore, I am the new ruler of the Tri-State Area!"
"Not on my watch," said Agent P. Of course to all the humans, it sounded like platypus chatter.
Perry ran forward.
Dr. D noticed this and aimed the memory wipe inator at Agent P. "Stop" commanded Heinz.
Perry saw no other option, but he had a plan in mind. He took off his fedora as a sign of surrender, but hid two items behind his back.
Heinz did not see this. "You know, I really have to thank you, Perry the Platypus. If it wasn't for all those times that I lost to you, I wouldn't be here and I certainly wouldn't be what I just became. So I want to offer you a choice to join me as my second hand man…er platypus. Join me, and we can rule … together!"
