Shout Outs/Replies:

CitiesofOwls: Thank you! I had figured he would be a little different having been brought up by completely different people in a different place. As for Boomer and Boz, they have grown up as princes, however as shown in the show, they generally are oblivious to a lot of things. (Like Lannys evil.) They will get better though, I promise! Brady may sing, you just have to wait and read! I understand the instrument memory, mainly because I was so happy when I got my first clarinet, and when I got my keyboard. There should be one if there isn't! That would be so cool to have a fan girl code! You didn't waste any of my time at all! I enjoy reading reviews! Thanks!

Princess-Girl12: I know, isn't he adorable!

Disclaimer: I own nothing except the plot and the OCs!

"As Brady felt himself nodding off and sleep overcoming him, he couldn't help but smile as he felt himself drift into his memories of Miami, a place he called home."

No One's POV

It had been two months since Brady had joined the Raven family. While he did miss Kinkow, he was beginning to like it in Chicago, and he enjoyed living with the Ravens. They had been kind to him, and had tried as hard as they could to make sure he was happy, and he was. He loved the Ravens. Cheyenne was already like a sister to him, and as for Mr. and Mrs. Raven, they were like his parents.

"Brady! Cheyenne!" Mrs. Raven's voice rang through the house, calling the two children. The two kids perked up at their mother's voice before they came rushing into the living room, racing each other. The children burst into the room seconds later, eager to hear what their mother was going to tell them. The two found their parents sitting on the couch. Mrs. Raven, noticing the two children having entered the room, smiled and motioned for them to take a seat on the chairs opposite of them.

Mr. and Mrs. Raven shared a smile before they turned back to the two five year olds. "Brady, Cheyenne, we have an important announcement." There was silence for a few seconds. "We're moving to Miami!" Mrs. Raven spoke these words with such excitement that it caused Brady and Cheyenne to smile as well. While they didn't quite understand what this meant, they knew it must be good since their parents were happy. So the two just smiled and started cheering, and a few months later, the family moved to Miami.

Brady smiled in his sleep as he recalled memory this in his dreams before he turned onto his side and another memory drifted into his mind.

Brady gazed around in wonder as he took in the sights of Miami. It was his first day here. His family had just moved to Miami, and were leaving the airport. The plane ride had been slightly scary for Brady, considering how he was still getting used to a lot of the technology in the world since he didn't have all of the technology on Kinkow. After getting used to being high in the air and the soft rumble of the engines, Brady enjoyed the flight. Now, as the family climbed into a taxi destined to take them to their new home, Brady couldn't help but stare at the city that was going to be where he would now live with the Ravens.

As the taxi pulled up to their new house a few minutes later, Brady and Cheyenne eagerly hopped out of the car and raced up to the door of the house. It was a two story house with four bedrooms, one of these being the master suite. There was a room for each of the kids as well as one of the parents. Each of the rooms had their own bathroom. There was also a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a game room as well. The house also had a pool in the backyard. It was the Raven's dream house.

It took a few hours, but the Raven family slowly moved all of the boxes from the moving truck that had arrived a few minutes after they did into the house. As the whole family gathered in the living room to sit down and relax, the doorbell rang. Brady, being the closest to the door, answered it. On the other side of the door was a little boy. He had short brown hair and bright blue eyes.

"Hi! I'm Tate!" He greeted Brady. "I live next door! My parents wanted me to come welcome you guys to the neighborhood." Brady smiled at Tate before he let him inside the house.

"Brady, who's your friend?" Mrs. Raven smiled at the two boys. "Momma, this is Tate. He lives next door!" Brady explained excitedly. "Well, why don't you two go play for a little while. I'll order lunch. Tate, are you ok with pizza?"

The little boy nodded before he and Brady ran off to the latter's room to hang out for a while.

It was after that day that Brady and Tate became best friends. Mr. Raven opened Mad Sounds a week later, and the following week Mrs. Raven opened Raven's Delights. The family was settled into their new home.

Brady smiled as the dream ended and he opened his eyes. The first cracks of dawn were seeping through the window. He sat up in bed, his mind still in Miami. He was feeling more homesick than ever at the moment. Brady sighed quietly before he remembered something that would make him feel better. He jumped out of bed before he began searching for his jacket.

He found it a few minutes later. Brady reached into the inside pocket and pulled out a faded, worn black book. It was his songbook from Miami. He had gotten it when he received his first black acoustic guitar. He had written all of his songs in this book, and he kept a few pictures of his family and friends in it as well. As he opened the book, a big smile broke out on his face at the picture that greeted him. It was a picture of him with the Ravens and Tate when the six of them visited California together. The trip had been the summer before. It had been the best two weeks of Brady's life. He got to hang out with his family and his best friend as well as surf all day, play volleyball, meet cute girls, and relax. He had loved the vacation, and he still wished he could relive it again, maybe now with his brothers since he had been reunited with them.

Brady smiled as he turned the pages of the book, each song reminding him of another memory. As he reached the end of his songs, he thought back to the memories he had been reminded of, and quickly grabbed a pencil as new lyrics began to flow into his mind.

By the time everyone else was up in the castle, Brady had finished the song. He was proud of his work. The only thing that would make the song better would be if he was able to write the guitar cords. He didn't have a guitar with him so he couldn't tell which cords would go with the lyrics well.

Knock, knock! Brady's attention turned to the door as it opened and Mikayla walked in. She looked surprised at the fact that he was already awake. "Good morning my prince." Mikayla smiled at the boy. "The King and Queen wanted me to tell you breakfast is ready." Brady nodded before he sat his songbook down and followed her to the dining room where he found the rest of his family.

"Good morning everyone!" He greeted cheerfully. The King and Queen both smiled, happy that Brady seemed to be feeling better as opposed to the previous night. "Good morning Brady." The Queen greeted in return as Brady sat down beside his brothers.

The King checked to make sure his three sons were all in the room before he cleared his throat, attracting everyone's attention. "Since your party is this afternoon, we were wondering if you would like to perform." He spoke, directing his question to Brady, but before he could reply, protests came from Boomer and Boz.

"What about us? We can perform too!" The King sighed and looked at his other toe sons. "No. We don't want a repeat of last year's Harvest Festival." Boomer and Boz shuddered at the memory of the giant tomato.

"Fine." The two grumbled. King Kunu smiled at his sons' actions before he turned back to Brady. "So, will you perform this afternoon?" Brady nodded, thinking of the song he had just finished.

"I'll perform, but I do need one thing. I need a guitar." The King nodded before he motioned for one of the guards to take care of Brady's request. The man left the room to do the King's bidding. He returned a few minutes later with a black acoustic guitar with the Kinkowian symbol on it. Brady accepted the guitar from the guard before he left the room to finish the music for his song.

A Few Hours Later

It was time for Brady's performance. He had finished his song and taught it to the villagers that would perform with him. Brady was doing the vocals and guitar while the three villagers would be playing the keyboard, drums, and bass guitar.

As Brady stepped up on the stage he bit his lip slightly. He was a little nervous, but he knew that once he got into the song, he would be fine. He always got lost in the music as he sang and played, and he loved the feeling.

"Hello everyone." He greeted the villagers as he spoke into the mic, earning their attention. "My name is Brady Parker, and I'm going to perform an original song of mine called 'Story of My Life'." Everyone gathered around as Brady began strumming his guitar.

(Listen to Story of My Life by One Direction if you would like to.)

"The story of my life..." Brady strummed his guitar once more as the song ended. The silence of the plaza was unnerving to Brady, but seconds later, the plaza was filled with deafening applause along with a few whistles. Brady couldn't stop the grin that spread across his face. "Thank you Kinkow." He spoke breathlessly into the microphone before he hopped off the stage along with the rest of the band.

As he made his way into the throne room, Brady was attacked by his brothers as they hugged him. "That was awesome! Why didn't you tell us you could sing like that?" Brady smiled at his brothers.

"You never asked." Boomer and Boz rolled their eyes at their brother's comment. As the three brothers pulled away from their hug, Brady was hugged once more by Mikayla. "That was amazing my prince!" After a few seconds, Boomer cleared his throat, causing the toe to break apart, both blushing lightly.

The King and Queen entered seconds later, followed by Mason, who luckily didn't notice the two teens' pink faces. "My son, that was a brilliant performance!" The Queen smiled as she hugged Brady lightly.

"It was very good my son." King Kunu smiled as well. "There's just one thing I need to ask: Did you write that song about the Ravens?" Brady was taken aback by the fact that his dad was able to decipher the song's meaning.

"Y-yes." Brady admitted. "Do you still miss them?" Brady nodded in answer to the King's question. "Well, maybe we should pay them a visit. You miss the Ravens and it would be good for you to see them again. Plus, we can collect your stuff as well." Brady smiled widely at his father's suggestion. "Thank you thank you thank you!" Brady exclaimed excitedly as he hugged his dad.

"You know what that means?" Boomer and Boz smiled. "Time for a cruise!"
