I see red when I hear the engine.

Dammit, Mulder! Why, after all the opposition we've met, can't we just go back to D.C.?

Of course I'm curious, though it's a scientific curiosity in my case. But why can't you see it's hopeless? We're getting deeper in trouble, but no closer to the truth.

You still don't trust me – you keep things from me and lie to me. And now I don't know where you are and can't be your rational second opinion, keeping you objective - and it is our objectivity that keeps us safe. You can't do this alone.
