EEEEK! Do I have some explaining to do, or what? I haven't updated this fic in almost four months, I just completely forgot about it. Well maybe not, since every now and again I get a review asking for it to be continued. Sorry guys! It's here. There's like going to be two more chapters? I've extended it again, whoooops. Enjoy! And sorry for the ridiculous waiting time.

"What time is it?" Kiba questioned before eating a mouthful of ramen.
"Looks like it's about ten after five." Kankuro responded while watching Kiba feverishly stuff his face full of food. "You should probably slow down, that's like your third bowl of ramen, you're turning into Naruto on me." Kiba's pace slowed down after that mention. He slurped up a few noodles and began speaking "You know I have to leave today, right?" Kankuro frowned at the statement, sure they spent 2 nights together but most of the time was devoted to sleep. "Are you sure you've had enough sleep, your body still needs to recuperate." Kankuro tried to protest. "That didn't stop you a night ago." Kiba glanced at Kankuro to observe his reaction. "You were begging for it, so that situation will not hold up in your favor." Kiba's lips curled up into a smirk "So if I beg for something right now, would you give it to me?" the Inuzuka questioned. Instead of Kankuro getting flustered he sternly responded "Well it matters just exactly what are you begging for?" the sand ninja stood up and grabbed the dishes from the table and transported them to the sink, before he could turn around the Inuzuka's arms were wrapped around him. Kiba raised his lips beneath Kankuro's ear and started giving a weak hickey. "Well, you know if we do that, I'll make sure you won't be able to leave." Kankuro chuckled but right as the sentence left him Kiba began speaking "Oh, It's not me who is not going to be able to walk for awhile." The sand ninja cut his chuckle off abruptly. "What? Come on, I don't want to be the bitch all of the time!" Kiba viciously complained as he let go of the puppeteer. "I figured that, but I actually have to check in with my council later today." Kankuro was telling the truth, but he knew Kiba was just going to take it as an excuse. Before the leaf ninja had time to explode the puppeteer cast his charka strings and brought Kiba to his body. "Hey! That's not fair, let go of me!" Kankuro was only making the situation worse. "Kiba, I'll make you a deal." Kankuro offer seemed to pique the dog ninja's interest because he stopped struggling. "Okay, What the hell is your deal?" he questioned. "When I come to your house for another vacation, we can do it however you like." Kankuro's offer gave Kiba a sinister smile. "Hmm, alright. I'm going to hold you to that." Kiba spat his sassy remark and Kankuro dropped his charka strings. "Now I'm getting ready to leave, I absolutely cannot miss the ceremony." Kiba stated as he fished in his packed bag for some of his chakra pills. He dry swallowed two and tossed the bottle back in his pack. "I don't want you taking any more of those damn things. What's going to happen if you pass out on the way back home a rogue ninja come across you?" Kankuro voiced his concern. "Don't worry, I take short breaks, it's not like I'm on my feet the whole time. Besides I made it here, didn't I?" Kiba was quite complacent with himself to the fact that the puppeteer didn't even bother arguing with him. "At least let me walk you out of my village." Kankuro offered.
"Hmm, only if you hold my hand the whole way, or did we only do that because we were in MY village?" Kiba's conviction struck Kankuro right upside his head. A moment of awkward silence pervaded the area. "I'll walk you out." Kankuro gave in. Guess it was time for the Sand village to officially know, there was probably rumors floating about already with Kiba coming all of this way.

The two stepped outside together. Kankuro let out a worried sigh and bit his bottom lip as he reached for Kiba's hand, ready to hear all the obnoxious sounds from the villagers. To his surprise they were quite calm, a few of them took double takes but then resumed to their own lives. "See it's not so bad, it doesn't even look like anybody gives a fuck." Kiba whispered in a reassuring manner. But that was the problem. It's like everybody already knew about this ahead of time. Maybe that made the situation better, at least they were not being ridiculed out in public. The two finally got passed the Sand village's walls "Alright, looks like this is it, until next time rolls around." Kankuro stated with a saddened expression. "When will that be?" Kiba questioned. "I don't know, I'll try to make it soon, okay?" Kankuro gave Kiba a goodbye kiss and started heading back. "I'll send a letter when I am coming back. So you know, you can get prepared for everything." Kankuro's voice fluctuated at the end with a hint of sarcasm which made Kiba laugh. "See you then! And don't forget our agreement!" the dog ninja shouted as he turned the opposite way and began walking.

Only three hours had passed since their departure and Kankuro still wasn't feeling right about letting Kiba go off with all of those advanced energy pills.
"Did you hear the weather?" a villager started to speak with another. "Yeah they said there was a massive thunderstorm headed our way from the leaf village. They even said that they are having haphazard twisters that are wreaking havoc and uprooting trees!" Kankuro's eyes widened at the thought, Kiba absolutely loathed thunderstorms. He couldn't see him even trying to move in one. The puppeteer booked it to the Kazekage.
"Gaara! I need to request immediate leave for the leaf village!" Kankuro spat out. "No, there's a storm from that direction advancing to us. Why would you request to do something so foolish" Gaara's concern was hidden in his tone full of authority. "Please, it's an emergency, there's a Hidden Leaf ninja heading straight towards the storm with no knowledge of it!" the puppeteer pleaded. "Fine. If I don't hear back from you in a 5 days, I'm sending a search team." Gaara sighed. "Thank you so much, don't worry I'll send word back." Kankuro bolted to his apartment to gather necessities.
