Chapter 5 Reunion in Wakanda.
Pepper's point of view
Tony broke when he saw his parents. He turned and ran back to the plane. I followed him.
Peggy's point of view
Tony broke when he saw us, and he turned and ran back onto the Quinjet, Pepper on his heels.
"What do we do?" Howard asked.
"We wait and we let Pepper handle it"
Pepper's point of view
"Tony?"
He was curled up on the couch in the back of the Quinjet. He let out a shaky sigh, swallowed thickly, sat up and looked right at me.
"I'm sorry" he gulped.
"Tony, you're allowed to be upset. You have believed for 21 years that your parents were murdered by a HYDRA operative."
"They haven't changed a bit since I saw them last."
"We should go off the plane and talk to them, don't you think?"
"OK"
Peggy's point of view
"We don't have a great deal of time, so, we're going to watch some memories."
"Before we start, can I speak to someone about something I did?"
"Of course Wanda"
"Dr Strange kidnapped me and made me go with him to tell Thanos about the other 69 timelines… and the versions of Thanos in each one…"
Everyone in the room gasped, and Wanda looked ashamed.
"Wanda, don't worry… I know how to fix this. I will make a quick call, and then we can start watching the memories…" I reassured gently.
"OK"
"You did the right thing by telling us." said Queen Shuri, "Because now we can warn the other timelines and prepare for what is to come."
