When Logan walked into school on Monday morning, he could feel the people watching him and talking about him. He ignored them and focused on the warm hand clasped in his. Of course, his boyfriend's attention was drawn away by someone calling his name. He looked up to see a guy approaching them. He was taller than Logan, but not as tall as Kendall; he had dark hair and golden-brown eyes, with glasses framing his eyes, making them seem brighter than they probably were.

"Kendall, how's it going?" The guy seemed to completely ignore that Logan was standing there, and Logan felt anger bubble up in his chest.

"It's going good. My boyfriend finally got to return to school," Kendall said, a grin on his face as he turned to Logan. "Will, meet my boyfriend Logan. Logan, this is my friend Will." The two scrutinized each other before Will turned back to Kendall.

"We should get going. We've got a test today and you promised me you'd help me study before class."

"Shit, I did," Kendall said, turning to Logan. "I've got to go." Logan nodded and kissed him hard, making the blonde flushed in the face when they pulled away as well as sporting a huge smile.

"Good luck." Kendall grinned and gave Logan another kiss before he walked off with Will; Logan noticed how close Will was to Kendall, and he felt anger bubble up in his chest.

"Logan! What are you doing here?!" He turned at the sound of his sister's scream before she wrapped her arms around him. "How did you get out? Do mom and dad know? Are you better now?" He laughed and pulled her off of him; when he did, he noticed Lucy and Jo standing behind her while James and Carlos approached them from the other side.

"I checked myself out, because I could, and no, they don't. I'm staying with Kendall until I can find my own place. And yes, I'm fine." Camille frowned but nodded before she turned to James, a finger poking into his chest.

"Where the hell have you been? Mom and dad are freaking!"

"I'm staying with Carlos. Didn't mom tell you what happened?" Camille shook her head and he frowned. "She told me that it was time I leave Carlos, which I'm never going to do. So after school today Logan and I are going apartment hunting." Camille frowned but nodded again.

"I guess I understand… you two just be careful, okay?" The two nodded and then she turned to Logan. "Where's Kendall?"

"He went on to class with Will." By the tone of Logan's voice, they could tell he didn't like him. "Is this the same one that was hitting on him for the Winter Dance?"

"Yup," Carlos said, moving towards Camille, who he had class with. "But you're here now, so it'll be okay."

"Just don't punch anyone's face in." Logan waved his hand at his sister and turned to James.

"Come on, I need to go to the office and let them know I'm back." James nodded and gave Carlos a kiss before he and Logan walked off.

"You gonna be okay?"

"As long as he doesn't hit on my boyfriend, I'll be fine."

"So, you didn't tell me you had a boyfriend," Will said as he and Kendall sat in their desk, their test review between them.

"Oh, well… we just recently got back together actually," Kendall said, a light blush on his face. Will mused this for a minute before he spoke.

"Is he the Logan that everyone was muttering about when we walked to class?" Kendall didn't respond, so Will continued on. "The same Logan that smashed a guy's face in?"

"That guy… he deserved it," Kendall said, closing his eyes briefly.

"What did he do?" Kendall looked at Will; although he knew Will liked him, he had become a good friend to him over the months. "Ken. What happened?"

"The guy… He raped me. That's why Logan beat him senseless," he whispered, watching as Will's pupils widened in surprise.

"So is he really crazy?"

"No. He's just… "

"Crazy."

"Will."

"Sorry." They were silent until Will spoke again. "Do you love him?"

"Of course."

"… So why'd you two break up then? Before?"

"His mom asked me to because she thought I was a trigger for his… episodes."

"And are you?" Kendall just shrugged and Will watched him. "Has he ever hurt you?"

"Of course not! Why all the questions?"

"I'm just concerned about you, my friend's, safety." Kendall's glare softened and he nudged Will.

"I'll be fine. Logan would never hurt me. He loves me."

"Right. Is he why you said no to me at the dance?" Kendall nodded and Will frowned. "I'm not crazy."

"Will."

"I'm just saying." Kendall rolled his eyes and went back to studying. "I feel like I should've at least gotten one date out of you before you settled back down."

"If you want to date me so badly, ask Logan if you can take me out," Kendall muttered as their teacher came in. Will nodded and looked at him.

"Maybe I will."

"Good luck with that."

Logan couldn't say he was surprised to see the fear on people's face as he walked with James to lunch. He had become well-known and well-feared after beating someone's face into a pulp apparently; people skirted past him as if he would explode at any minute.

Which he was likely to do once he saw who was sitting next to his Kendall at their table; of course, there was an open seat on Kendall's other side, but Logan wasn't thinking straight right now.

Until James put a hand on his arm.

"Don't. He just got you back; don't give him a reason to lose you again." Logan was silent as he stood there, taking deep breaths.

"I'm okay."

"You sure?"

"Yeah."

Together, they made their way to Kendall's table, which was slowly filling up with their friends. Logan took the seat next to Kendall, who turned his chair so he could lean against his chest; Logan wrapped his arms around Kendall and felt himself relax. He even saw Will shooting glares at him and felt himself just ignore it.

He felt peaceful for once.

"Hey Loges, I got an email from that realtor I found," James said, making Logan look at him now.

"And?"

"She found a two-bedroom two-bath apartment in our price range, all bills paid."

"Sweet. Where?"

"About two blocks from these two," he said, tilting his head at the two younger teens. Logan nodded and smiled.

"When do we look at it?"

"After school. I figured we'd drop these two off and go see it."

"Aww, I wanna go see it too!" Carlos exclaimed, making everyone laugh. After the laughter died down, Will turned to Logan.

"Logan… I was wondering if I could ask you something?" Everyone's eyes batted between the two of them except for Kendall, who looked mortified.

"What." His tone was short with him, but Will just sat up straighter and opened his mouth to speak.

"Will don't!" Kendall said, making Will look at him.

"You told me to, remember?" Kendall looked scared as he turned to Logan, who had an eyebrow raised at his boyfriend in question. "Logan, I wanted to know if I could take your wonderful boyfriend out on a date." Everyone was silent as Logan got up, tugging Kendall with him into the empty hallway. Kendall leaned against the wall as Logan paced.

"Did you really tell him to ask me?"

"I said if he wanted a date so badly that he had to ask you if he could take me out. I didn't think he really would!"

"Kendall, do you… do you want to date him?"

"Of course not! I love you," he said, pulling back his bracelets to show the black-inked name on his wrist. "I'm bound to you, remember? You told me that." Logan was shaking his head and frowned at Kendall. "I'm sorry for saying that to him, I really am."

"Go on the date." Kendall stared at Logan, who wouldn't look at him now.

"What?"

"Go. If he's so determined… then fine. I want you to go on a date with him." Logan brushed past Kendall and back into the cafeteria, grabbing his bag. "Take him home later James, I'm leaving."

"What?"

"I just… Text me the info of the apartment and when we're seeing it. I'll meet you there." James just nodded and Logan stormed out, not missing the smirk on Will's face as he left.

That afternoon, Logan and James were being shown their apartment when James finally got to speak to his brother.

"You could've said no."

"About what?"

"About Will asking out Kendall. You should've said no."

"Why? He would've just kept pestering us about it; I know his type."

"Maybe so, but what if Kendall goes out with him and has a lot of fun?"

"… Maybe it's for the best."

"What? What are you thinking Loges?"

"Remember when we first got to know Kendall and Carlos?"

"Yeah."

"Remember I said dating younger guys was a bad idea?"

"You don't still think that."

"I don't know, maybe I do."

"Loges."

"I just don't want him to settle with me because I got to him first. If everything worked out that way then I would be with some ass that used me only for sex." James frowned and Logan shrugged. "You know it's true."

"But he loves you."

"I know. And I love him. That's why I did this. If he goes out with Will and finds out he likes him, then that just means maybe we weren't meant to last like this."

"And if he doesn't like him?"

"Then I will love him until I die." The two brothers were silent as their realtor came up to them then.

"You two like it?"

"We'll take it," they said, making her smile.

"Let's get these papers signed then."

Kendall followed Will into the restaurant, a feeling of unease settling in his chest; he was dating Logan, so why had he agreed to this?

"You okay Ken?" Will asked as they took their seats.

"Yeah, I guess… I just don't know why I agreed to this."

"Because somewhere in that Logan-infested heart of yours, you like me back," he stated, making Kendall shake his head. "You know it's true, otherwise you wouldn't have said yes." Kendall didn't respond as he gave the waitress his order. They were silent as they waited for the food. When it finally arrived, they ate quickly and silently.

When they were finally done and Will was driving them home, he spoke.

"Did you like the food?"

"Yeah, it was great. That's a good restaurant. I'm surprised I've never been there before."

"…Maybe it could be… our place?"

"Will-"

"I really like you Kendall," Will said as he pulled up outside his house. "I think that's obvious."

"It is," Kendall said, unbuckling but not getting out yet. "And I think you're a great guy and a great friend…"

"But?"

"I love Logan."

"But you like me."

"Will-"

"Kiss me then." Kendall looked at him and shook his head. "I'm not going to rape you or anything." Kendall glared at him and Will smiled, making Kendall want to roll his eyes; he was still his friend, even after this. "I just want one kiss from the guy I've wanted ever since I met him." Kendall blew out a huff of air and leaned over.

"One kiss." Will smiled and leaned over too until their lips connected

And as quick as it had started, it was over; Kendall pulled away, lips parted and eyes wide.

"Told you you liked me." Kendall didn't say anything as he got out of the car. He watched Will drive away before he slowly walked into his house and to his room, where Logan was waiting.

Logan took one look at him and frowned.

"You like him."

"…I kissed him."

"Oh."

Welp, thanks for reading! I hope ya'll liked it!
