Henry talked with Regina for a minute, she wanted to do some last minute Christmas shopping with her. Henry dropped his backpack and followed Regina out. Together they walked hand in hand towards 's shop. A little bell rang as Regina opened the door for Henry.

"Hi, ." Henry called to the man standing behind the counter talking with Belle.

"Hello Henry," He smiled genuinely. "Merry Christmas."

"Merry Christmas." He returned.

"What can I do for you." Henry smiled looks like the holiday really brought out the best in everyone, including Rumpelstiltskin who was being far more accommodating than usual.

"Just came in to pick up a gift I asked you to hold and to drop your gift off as well." Regina respond placing two apple turnovers in a tupperware tub on the counter.

"Ah we thank you Regina and here is the item you requested." Gold pulled somthing out from the display case under him and placed it next to the tub.

"Thank you." Regina lifted the box lid and nodded.

Henry listened to there exchange until they started talking about boring adult things. Henry decided to glance around the shop and let him mind wander. He really didn't want Emma home alone on Christmas Eve, but he didn't know what to do. Everyone had plans and family of some sort to spend the holiday with everyone but Emma. Henry shuffled around the shop opening lids and looking into things trying to come up with an idea to help his mom have a good holiday.

'Maybe he could find a gift to give her?' Henry thought to himself.

Then just as he was about to give up her found a round, green velvet jewelry box and inside sat a perfect gift for Emma and a grad scheme for Henry.

"Mom?" Regina turned to look at her son. "Can I have this?" I want to give this to Emma."

"Of course Henry. How much?" She asked Gold.

"Go ahead and take it Miss Swan deserves a little somthing."

"Thanks . Mom, I got something for Captain Hook to we aren't far from the docks can I run it over."

" Whatever you want sweet heart I'll just be another minute. Be careful. "

Henry pushed his way out of the shop and sprinted towards The Jolly Roger.
—-

Hook lay spralled across his bed looking at the ceiling. His thought lingering on blonde hair and green eyes until her heard footsteps clunk onto the deck and a familiar voice call his name. Quickly Hook arose grabbed his coat and headed to the deck.

"Ello, Lad. Come for another sword lesson?" Hook smiled large upon seeing Emma's son.

"Not quite…"

"Ah, a sailing lesson then? Or perhaps more tales of my past adventures."

"Actually I was wondering if you would help me with somthing."

"Of course lad what do you need?"

It was a little past six when Emma heard a knock on the door.
She peeled the blankets off herself and muted the newly purchased tv.

Clicking the three locks out of place she swung the door open to see…

"Hook?"

"Ello, love." He smiled.

"What are you doing here? Is everything okay?" Emma asked looking into ice blue eyes that were complemented by the snow that dusted his matted and ruggish hair.

"I was close by just thought I'd stop on and say Merry Christmas."

"I didn't think Christmas was a holiday you knew about being from the Enchanted Forest and everything. Come on in."

"Actually, I was a stranger to the fesivities around town up until about an hour or so ago when your boy explained the holidays worth." Hook said waltzing through the door.

"You saw Henry?"

"Aye, he came to leave a gift with me and to request that you not be left alone on this special night."

"Henry asked you to keep me company?" You don't need to do that Hook."

"If its all right with you love I think I will fulfill the boys wishes and being the gentleman that I am it would tarnish my honor to leave you alone on such a momentous occasion. So, with that said, Happy Christmas." Hook produced a bottle of rum from behind his back and gave Emma his award winning smile.

"You brought rum, trying to get me drunk pirate?" She inquired jokingly as she grabbed the bottle an motion for him to follow her to the kitchen.

"Quite possibly we've been back in Storybrooke for nearly a month now and the fun has yet to begin."

"Well, I've been a little tied up after Pan and Neverland I needed a break from everything." Emma walked to the counter and lent down to start pulling some glasses out for the rum.

"Perfectly understandable, but I am curious as to when we may spend some time in each others company."

"Hook, I-" Emma rose, put the glasses on the counter and turned to see a leather clad chest then up to two ice blue eyes looking straight into hers.

Silence cloaked the room as they looked at each other, into each other, simply understanding each other and in that moment what they both desired. Emma put the lapels of his jacket into a vice grip and pulled his lips to hers as she had done in Neverland, and much like Neverland for a moment they swayed in aww before their lips took a turn to show there desire their need for each other. To be close to the other. When they broke apart to breath. Through her panting Emma heard the creaking sound of a small box opening next to her face. She turned her head to glance at something Hook held in his hand. It was a little green box that she had seen in Golds shops one time while she was snooping and had admired it many more times after that and inside the box lied a necklace on that necklace was a charm of a silver pirate ship.

"She looked at the necklace with wide eyes and pushed herself back from Hook a little ways to see his eyes again while he said.

"Happy Christmas, my love."

"Merry Christmas, Captain." SHe said endearingly. Emma placed a hand on the box and sent it down on the counter next to the glasses before she returned her hand to Killian's face. So that she could continue enjoying her first of many Christmas with a certain pirate captain.
