Theme : Light
That's when the light suddenly comes on. Kairi is up immediately, without thinking, and she hits her head on the table above her.
"Ow..." she mutters, crawling between two chairs to get out of the small space. She stands and puts a hand in front of her eyes because the light is so bright, even though she likes being blinded by light than being in the dark.
The tv turns itself back on where she left it on, right before the power went out. That part doesn't make her jump like it usually would. She's had enough scares tonight.
Sighing, she gathers her hair into a ponytail and grabs a soda from the kitchen, walks back out and makes herself comfortable, spending the rest of the rainy afternoon watching a movie that dated back at least 50 years ago.
She was at peace, though.
Oh yeah, it's been a long time.
Don't get onto me about not updating often enough. Yes, I know these are really short and I need to update more. But sadly I don't have internet at home so I have to come to my grandma's house once a week to update. I also just went through a really bad period where the connection was so bad the screen was freezing up every two minutes or so. So please. Son't rant at me or tell me that I need to update more.
WolfieRed23 : Yeah, she actually shows it now. Yes I know how bad it sucks when a character is hurting. It happens to me all the time when I'm playing a game.
