Me: Oi, everyone get round, we got some new questions, these are for Amber and Leon, wow Leon, you sure are popular with the fans. XD

Amber: So what, give us the questions already.

Me: Very well, Amber, this one is from Vulpix Flame, do you think your temper will get worse upon evolution?

Amber: ...How the fuck should I know, ask some questions I can actually answer people!

Me: I shall take that as a no. Leon, RPGgamer69 asks, how do you feel evolving into a Kirlia due to its feminine form?

Leon: I don't really mind, thinking about such petty things would dull my focus, I do know my psychic powers would increase though, that I believe would be useful.

Me: Well, let's start the story, I decided to ask both questions at the start, and just have a chat with them at the end, anyway enough talk, BEGIN!

Chapter 10: Mysterious Advice

(Amber's POV)

It's been a good week, got a cool gift from Jet so it isn't as mind numbingly boring as usual, of course after about a week of non-stop gaming we reach Goza Village, it's a nice peaceful place and it was so BORING!

I hate quiet places, nothing interesting ever happens here, it was small like Ieshu but had really nothing unique, no where to really stay so we are depending on Jet who had disappeared to find a friend or something.

"Amber..." I hear a voice whisper. I turn around and find Summer, she was hiding around a corner.

"Follow me and don't tell anyone please." She says before disappearing.

I shrugged my shoulders, "Leon, gonna take a look around." I say before wandering off in Summer's direction, I spot her down the street, and I walk up to her, she keeps moving until we leave the village, what the hell could she want from me. We keep going for about 5 minutes until we reach a rock, she sits by it and I do the same.

"Thanks Amber..." She says quietly.

"No problem, now what ya want?" I say, slightly annoyed about why she took me out here.

"I... I want to do something nice for Jet, he's been so nice to me that I really want to thank him, but... I don't know what to do." She says looking at me with pleading eyes, they don't work on me well but I might as well help her, Jet does like her as well so it might get them somewhere.

"Well, Jet does like technology, but if you really want to impress him, then sing him a song, or create a tune, I dunno, he mentioned something about liking beautiful music, I wasn't to interested at the time." I say before getting up. "C'mon, let's go back before we get Jet on our backs, that little head of his holds a lot of brain power." I say laughing, to bad he doesn't use it in social situations.

"Thank you Amber." Summer says before walking back to Goza, she had better succeed where I failed, but that's a story for a different time. We head back into the village and find Leon, he gives us a questioning look but doesn't say anything.

"I hope you two had fun looking around, I'm going to head to the center of the village and wait for Jet." Leon says before walking off, I shrug and follow with Summer on my tail.

(Jet's POV)

I was heading to a large house on the outskirts of the village, it was a 2 floor house with kitchen, living room, dining room, games room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, not to mention a balcony that looks over the entrance to the Emerald Plains. A nice house that belonged to a good friend of mine.

"Here goes nothing..." I say sighing slightly, I haven't seen Cory in half a year but he said something about repaying some day, just because I helped him get a girlfriend. I knock at the door and wait, I stay for about half a minute until I hear a feminine voice shout something, that would most probably be Fey, Cory's girlfriend. I hear someone fumbling around with the door, it opens slowly to reveal a Flaaffy, this was Fey, she was 20 and was Cory's girlfriend, generally a very sweet girl but Cory was always a nervous wreck, never could get the guts to ask her out, it's only now I understand what it was like for him.

"Who is it Fey?" I here someone ask, sounds like Cory.

"Honey, your gonna wanna see who it is!" Fey shouts smiling like crazy.

"Who is it?" Cory responds appearing in the door way, he spots me and a massive smile appears on his face, Cory is a long time friend of mine, he was a Quilava, 18 years of age like me,he was both timid and mature, he never could do anything that required him to be strong, that was until I helped him out by backing him into a corner, not the nicest thing in the world but he thanked me like crazy for it later when Fey said yes. Cory is a completely normal Quilava with pretty much nothing unique about him physically, Fey did have a pure white orb on her tail to give her a different appearance, Cory did not have any defining feature beyond his great personality.

"Yo Cory!" I exclaim walking up to him.

"Jet! You're back!" He shouts giving me a massive bear hug, it's always hard being small.

"GAH! AIR!" I struggle to scream out.

"Sorry Jet..." He says putting me down.

"No problem, just remember I'm small and fragile... Okay, that's a lie, not too fragile, I'm still small though." I say holding a straight face, and then lose control and start laughing like crazy, Cory joins in leaving Fey very confused. She shakes her head and gives me hug, a much gentler one at that.

"Good to see you again Jet, I never got to say thank you did I?" She says smiling at me, she heads back into the house, something was different about her, I couldn't place it though.

"You curious about something Jet?" Cory asks me looking a little nervous, something was going on and I knew it, I'm not stupid enough to pry though.

"No, not really, something just seemed a little different." I say before shaking my head. "Enough about you, I need a favor." I say pulling one of my cheesiest smiles.

"Well, if it isn't anything to big then sure." He says scratching the back of his head.

"Nothing big, I was just wondering if me and my friends could stay a few days, you have room right?" I ask, he smiles slightly.

"Is that all? Sure you can Jet, Leon and Amber correct?" He asks.

"Yeah, with 1 more, a Snivy called Summer," I say blushing slightly.

"Hehehe, I know that look, do you 2 want the end bedroom?" He asks grinning slightly.

"WHAT!, NONONONONO!" I say shaking my head as fast as possible, red faced.

"Did I get something wrong?" He asks frowning slightly.

"We aren't like that." I say nervously.

"Well, you sure fooled me, a good friend then I'm guessing?" He asks me looking a little confused.

"Are we ok to talk for a little, just until I go to get my friends?" I ask Cory, he raises an eyebrow (Or similar appendage)

"Sure, why not come in, I could use Leon as well, I need him to contact his mother." He says looking away slightly and sighing, I was really wondering what could be worrying Cory, the mature, timid, light-hearted person, well no use worrying about it now, let's see if he still has that device...

(Leon's POV)

Summer and Amber have been getting along better then usual, Summer is mostly too scared of Amber to even strike up conversation, something must have happened but I don't want to invade in there privacy.

"HEY!" I hear Jet shout, looks like he was done getting us accommodations.

"Hello Jet, did you succeed?" I ask.

"Sure did, wanna follow me, it's not far, just on the southern outskirts of the village, anyway, you remember Cory right?" Jet says panting a little.

"Yes I do, but let us head there first." I simply reply, he walks off through the village, I was very curious though, Jet had been acting normal ever since we had a chat, and if I know Jet, that means he's planning something.

It doesn't take us long to reach Cory's place, it was quite a large house to be honest, Jet knocks and Fey answers the door, she let's us in smiling sweetly and we enter the house, we walk through a hallway painted white, with a few pictures on the wall, of Fey and Cory doing everyday things, I never saw the point in pictures, my mind was a lot more effective at capturing an image.

"Hello Amber, Leon, and you must be Summer." Cory says walking into the hallway, he gestured to enter the next room, it was a living room with 2 sofa's, a small table between the two and a TV, and more pictures along the wall.

"Fey, could you please keep out guests entertained? I need to talk to Leon 'Privately'." He says putting extra emphasis on the word privately.

"Oh, of course, who wants to play chess?" She asks, I really enjoy chess, but playing against someone like Fey was stupid, even for me, her chess skills were top notch, Amber looked bored already and took her game out and Summer looked really confused.

"No one?" She says looking slightly disappointed.

"I'm game." Jet says sitting up to the table.

"Well then, this will be fun." Fey says, a slight glimmer in her eyes.

"Let's leave them to it, I feel sorry for Jet..." Cory says using mock sadness.

"I wonder." I say looking at Cory, he leaves the room and I follow, he heads up the stairs and to the balcony, I stayed behind him until we were there, he then sighs and turns around.

"Leon, I need you to contact your mother please." Cory says looking at me, this had me curious.

"Any reason why?" I ask, he looks at me with a begging face before opening his mouth, then closing it.

"I-I-I... Fine, I need her because she's one of the best doctors around." Cory says looking at me with pleading eyes.

"Surely if you need a doctor you could get someone from around here?" I say very confused, while my mother is a great doctor, there should be some in this village.

"Please, okay?" He begs me.

I sigh "Very well, give me a minute" I focus on my pendent and create a psychic connection to my mother, I simply ask her to teleport to me, she is used to having to teleport all over the country so it shouldn't take her too long.

"Well Leon?" Cory asks me.

"She will be here soon, I really don't understand why you want her here, but I won't pry." I say, I was really tempted to mind read the information but I decided against it, anything personal should stay with him.

"Leon? Why did you want me here?" My mother says from behind me.

"Cory here wanted to talk to you, I do not know the reason why." I say before leaving back downstairs, leaving them to sort out there conversation, it seems I was getting a bit of an attitude from this journey, I should keep an eye on that. I head back into the living room and notice both Amber and Summer watching Jet and Fey playing chess, and surprisingly, it was a very even game, both of them were making very smart moves and keeping each other on their toe's, I must admit Jet was impressive with anything that requires logic.

"Dammit..." Jet says before leaning back, I look at the chess board and notice checkmate, Jet had lost.

"That was a fun game, you're really good at chess Jet." Fey says putting the board away.

"I like anything that tests my mind, mainly puzzles so I don't play much chess." Jet says before yawning, I notice it was quite late, we might as well turn in for the night.

"Anyway, it's getting late, I'll be getting Cory, then we will turn in for the night, I can show you the rooms, girls in one, boys in the other, sound fair?" She says smiling, it's at this moment I hear some whimpering...

(Jet's POV)

Whimpering, just great, I don't see how it could get any worse.

"Summer? Are you okay?" Fey asks with concern.

She simply looks at Amber with a scared look, it doesn't take Fey long to realize what she meant.

"Ahh... Fire." She says simply.

"Don't worry about it, I can stay down here, Summer, you take the room, no fire that way." Amber says, it's new seeing her act caring, what's going on between them?

"Are you ok with that?" Fey asks, Summer simply nods but looks quite unsure, I didn't complain and we all headed up the stairs to see Cory and Kari talking about something, Fey walks over to them and talks for about a minute before heading back to us, she shows Summer the room she would be staying in, Summer nods and enters the room for the night and then we go to the end of the hallway and enter the other bedroom, it had 2 beds in it and a couple of bedside cabinets, Fey wishes us goodnight before leaving us be, I really want to go to sleep so I don't argue.

Leon climbs into one of the beds and I take the other before nodding off, hopefully for a nice peaceful sleep, of course I couldn't have been any more wrong.

I wasn't long before my dream scape I was traversing turned white and a mysterious feminine voice appeared out of no where.

"Young one..."

"Ok, this is creepy." I say looking around.

"I can't stay for long, getting into your mind cost me most of my power, but I needed to relay you a message, you are in serious danger, the darkness will rest at nothing to take Summer for its own, and now that someone who is unaffected by the nightmares has appeared, you are a danger to his scheme, he will stop at nothing to kill you. The other thing is Summer, he needs her for the plan, the young girl possesses great hidden power that he wishes to take for himself, anyone that gets in his way will be destroyed without discrimination, that is why it is of the utmost importance for you to reach Hitesu City... Or what's left of it, once there you must utter the words 'Servant of the full moon'. Only then will we appear before you, I believe you to be the hero we have been waiting for, to finally take out the darkness that threatens our world, and your friends will be at your side throughout it all. One last thing, you made a good choice in Summer and vice versa, Meadow would accept you, please tell Summer this, it is the next piece of information that I can give her, Meadow is her mother and she is waiting for her at Hitesu..." The voice explains to me before disappearing and leaving my head in a massive jumble.

I think for a few minutes before deciding to get up, I would rather not have to listen to another strange voice forcing a destiny into my face.

I wake up and sigh before getting out of bed, looks like it was dawn outside, so I should have gotten plenty of sleep. I stretch all my muscle's before leaving the room and head for the balcony, I could use a relaxing break.

(Summer's POV)

I got another peaceful night, I'm glad I haven't had one of those awful nightmares in quite some time, I guess I have Jet to thank for that, I guess the nightmares are rendered useless with him around, and Leon being on extra high alert. It didn't take me long to realize I had woken up and I could here some soft singing coming from somewhere, I couldn't make out the words but it sounded amazing.

"Wow..." I say before getting up, I walk towards the door and open it, the music got slightly louder, I head in the direction of the singing and I notice it coming from the balcony, I open the door to the balcony and catch Jet singing the song, I also catch some of the lyrics.

"Let's make sure we create... A world of our hopes and dreams." He sings before he stops, turns around and notices me, he smiles and invites me over.

"Mornin' Summer!" He exclaims.

"Good morning Jet, what were you singing? It was beautiful..." I say smiling slightly.

"Oh, that was an all time favourite song of mine, I guess I could sing it to you, but I think another time would be more suitable." He says before looking over the balcony and into the distance. "You notice that over there, the forest, that's the entrance to the emerald plains, as it's called, it's really just a mix of grasslands and forests that span hundreds of miles." He tells me before looking at me with a serious face.

"Summer, you told me about that voice, the one from you dream, well it talked to me last night..." He explains before looking at me, this surprised me a lot, why would she be talking to Jet?

"She said something about me being a hero and how I'm in great danger or something, I didn't care to much about that part, all I care about is some information for you, about your family I guess, I was told you would be able to meet your mother at Hitesu, someone called Meadow." He gives me a gentle smile before I break out into tears, I was getting so close to finding out who I was, and it's all thanks to Jet, I guess I should take Amber's advice and whistle a tune for Jet.

I start whistling a tune I put together in my head, it was a slow, mysterious yet relaxing tune, something that suits me perfectly now that I think about it. I carry on for a few minutes before stopping, he looks at me wide eyes before he says something.

"Summer... That was amazing, I loved it." He says giving me a massive hug, I start to blush like crazy. He let's go and scratches the back of his head sheepishly.

"Sorry about that, I'm a massive fan of peaceful music, and rocking music." He says before walking back inside, I follow after him and upon leaving the balcony we both see Fey and Cory talking about something.

"You think we should tell them, or keep it a secret?" Cory says, it looks like he hasn't noticed us yet.

"They deserve to know, this wouldn't have been possible without Jet." Fey says looking slightly worried.

"I'm more worried about my father, if he caught drift of this, all hell would break loose." He says looking very scared.

"What are you two on about?" Jet asks blatantly.

They both turn towards us before they look at each other, Fey simply nods and Cory sighs.

"I guess you deserve to know, just please don't tell anyone... Well... Me and Fey are expecting an egg..." He says leaving me and Jet speechless, then Jet smacks himself.

"Yup, I'm definitely awake... WELL DONE GUYS!" Jet shouts giving Cory and Fey a hug and Cory a pat on the back, it was this moment Amber screams something about shutting up from downstairs and Leon exits his bedroom.

"Should I assume this is what I think it is?" He says looking at all of us skeptically.

"Leon should also know, he will keep it a secret." Jet says to Cory, and Cory once again tells Leon this, and Leon gives us a surprising response.

"Oh, I already knew about that, It's pretty obvious with the way Fey is acting and how she has changed slightly." Leon says before going downstairs, he's a bit to smart for his own good sometimes.

"Well, shall we prepare for the day?" Jet says before going downstairs, Cory and Fey follow after him, I was about to as well but I notice the balcony door open, I go to close it and notice something outside fly off, I take no notice of it and close the door before heading downstairs.

Me: Ok, chapter 10 done, glad I got it done, even though I stayed awake all night to do it, now then, I was at an impasse earlier wondering how to get people to notice that I'm doing a collab with LagomorphKing and the first chapter should be out very soon over on his profile page, but only about 10 people actually read my profile and keep up with what's happening, so consider this a reminder, the collab is gonna be awesome by the way.

Amber: Yeah, it has Jet fucking up by falling into a rift, like the clumsy fuck he is.

Jet: Okay, no need to rub it in my face, you did jump down after me, it seems only Leon was smart enough to let go and find help.

Leon: You did tell me to Jet, and it was a good idea.

Me: Enough, all of you fuck something up, besides Leon, Leon is epic, now ima gonna go sleep, you lot go check out my profile, it tells you so much shit that would be useful, like crappy maps and news feed on the story. Anywho, cya later, I got to go before Amber burns be to a crisp *Runs off*
