A/N Want to apologise loads as I am doing to my readers from my other fics. I am so so sorry it has taken me so long to update. Everything has been so hectic of late, and if you are still with me, it means the world. I hope this chapter has been worth the wait.

MICHAEL'S POV

I quickly made my way out of Nikita's and to my car. I was so confused. It was all going so well between us, I thought we were about to actually kiss, which is what I had been dying to do from the moment I laid eyes on her, and then her phone rang, and she went all crazy ass on me. I hope she's ok though. I'm actually kinda worried about her now. That and the fact my hand is still actually killing. I managed to make it home and stumble through my front door. I was greeted by the sight of Birkhoff playing computer games with a box of popcorn.

"That's right bitch, I'm the king!" he shouted. I chuckled, and he turned around. "Mikey! How was your date man?" He jumped up to hug me, and I quickly stepped back. He looked at me puzzled, and I put my hand up. "Woah, bad date?"

"No, it was great, absolutely brilliant in fact, apart from her douchebag ex, and a mystery phonecall that just made her flip out and go absolutely mental" I replied.

"Tough break Mike. But question is do you want to see her again man? If you really like her, I wouldn't give up. She might not be like that really" Seymour stated.

"Check you, the prophet of wisdom" I laughed.

"There are many sides you haven't discovered" he winked. We both laughed. Under the bravado, he was right though. I genuinely wanted to see her again. I don't want to give up. I'm not going to give up.

NIKITA'S POV

I sat slumped against the kitchen counter, shaking. I was a mess. Alex had her arms around me trying to calm me down, but it wasn't working. He can't be back. He just can't.

"Nik, are you sure it's him?" she asked warily, so she wouldn't set me off.

"It was him. There was no mistaking the arrogance and the smugness. I'm terrified Alex. What if he really has found me. I can't go through that again" I replied, crying even more.

"Hey. It'll happen over my dead body. It nearly destroyed you last time. No way in hell am I going to let that bastard ruin you for a second time" she stated very firmly. At that very moment the phone rang again. Alex gestured that she would answer the phone. She picked it up and smiled.

"It's Michael" she mouthed. She passed it to me.

"Michael hey" I said quietly.

"Oh hey. Are you ok? I mean did I do something wrong? Everything was going so well..." he trailed off.

"No, you did nothing wrong. I had a lovely time thank you" I smiled.

"Well, er, could we do it again sometime?" he asked, and I could hear the nervousness in his voice.

"Not right now sorry" I said, and hung up. Alex rolled her eyes at me. "What?" I spat.

"You are making a mistake" she remarked. I shrugged my shoulders. Again, thw phone rang. I went to answer it, and Alex stepped in front of me.

"Oh no. From now on, I'm answering your phone" she said. She proceeded to pick it up. I mouthed 'put it on loudspeaker' and she did.

"Hello" Alex spoke clearly.

"Hello Alexandra" came the reply. Her face dropped, and the contorted in ager.

"Why can't you just die already" she spat.

"Now that isn't very nice is it Nikita. That's right. I know you're there" I could feel my skin crawling with every word he spoke.

"What do you want?" I asked, my voice cracking.

"I want to see you Nikita" he demanded.

"When hell freezes over" Alex roared. He chuckled.

"You will come. You will come alone, and met me at the abandoned railway in one hour. You know the place. It was such a special place for us, and come alone. You will come, I know you will, because Nikita, you always came for me." The phone cut off. The sick bastard. How dare he use that on me. Alex looked puzzled.

"What does he mean by "you always came for me"?" she asked.

"You don't need to know" I muttered as I pulled on my coat.

"Where are you going?" she asked.

"Where do you think" I murmured. She shook her head.

"You can't actually be serious. He has no hold over you. You don't need to go"

"He does Alex. I need to end this. Tonight" I stated, grabbing my keys and storming out, much to Alex's dismay and worry. I put keys in the ignition, and set off. I could feel my heart pounding, like it was about to break through my chest. I was shaking, and starting to break a little bit of a sweat. I finally made it to the railway. I nervously stepped out of my car, scanning everywhere, looking for him. I heard a low chuckle.

"You still are beautiful" I tried to move, but I couldn't. I was rooted, frozen in fear to the spot. I managed to turm around. It really was him. He hadn't changed at all.

"Hello Nikita.

"Percy"
