Chapter 20: Welcome To Zero District
"WHAT THE FREAK-NASTY? Why do I see a humongous wall with two enormous-pink-wig-wearing-weapon-holding-bunnies...guarding Z.D's entry? I thought this island was lawless Gantz, if so why do they have huge animals guarding it in such a scary fashion?" Said Carlos with a freaked out look on his face while he was looking at the island from a couple miles away.
"It is Lawless, those rabbits are guarding the outer island anything inside those walls goes." Stated Gantz while packing his suitcase with medical equipment and extra clothing. "Don't get dragged into nonsense once were into those walls understand? We have a agreement that you guys would be my bodyguards and on return I would let you meet the Warlord that controls this island from the underground alright?"
Ken nodded his head satisfied with Doctor Gantz answer while changing his white shirt with the lion in the front with a yellow U-neck with small golden chains hanging down from the bottom of his shirt. He now had on brown cargos and changed his shoes for off white sandals. Ken wasn't the only one with a new look; Carlos and Ryu also changed their outfits. Carlos now was sporting a orange V-neck with black fancy pants and his favorite soundless dance shoes. Ryu was still wearing his gray hoodie tee shirt but instead of black pants he had on pure white pants with gray sneakers. Everybody was now looking on point ready to enter Zero District and cause hell...clearly Doctor Gantz didn't know these pirates good enough.
"RYU! Direct the ship towards the loading dock and get ready to drop anchor! CARLOS! Make sure all of our valuables are put in the storage room...especially my precious food." Commanded Ken saying the last word while drool leaked from his lips. Everybody on the ship sweat dropped at the same exact time with the same exact thoughts in their heads 'How can such a selfish idiot be a captain of a pirate crew?' Soon afterwards the crew finished loading everything inside and now was docking on ZD's front porch.
Ken was the first one to hop out the ship jumping straight in the air doing a ultra fancy backflip which he actually landed. Carlos placed a plank on the side of the ship while the other was on Zero District and simply walked off the ship while clapping at Ken's unnecessary performance. Ryu on the other hand wanted to look even more fancier than Ken so he jumped off the ship using the plank as a diving board and tried to do a triple backflip...which failed horribly. Ryu head almost hit the concrete pavement but Ken quietly activated his Devil Fruit abilities turning his legs into flaming lion legs which he quickly used to swoop his fallen Nakama before he got hurt. "Your ok Can't-Stick-My-Landing?" Said Ken laughing so hard he was almost unable to breath for a couple second, Ryu simply raised up and with a quick comeback said "That was all according to plan, I wanted to see if my captain didn't get too rusty from sleeping 2 days straight I guess your right around 70% full power." Carlos chuckle at Ryu's unexpectedly quick comeback, Gantz looked at his wrist watch while Ken actually believed the lie Ryu just feed to him.
"Damn I'm only at 70% I need to warmup quick on somebody," stated Ken cracking his knuckles with a excitedly look in his eyes,.
"No Ken if nobody attack me don't move a muscle please I don't wanna get in any needless trouble while we meet up with this Shichibukai ok?" Gantz blurted out now shaking with a Den Den Mushi in his hand that he pulled out his white coat. "Besides he told me that as soon as we reach inside the walls he'll call me which must mean that he has people watching my every move, I need you guys to be my eyes while I answer his call and get the information we need to meet up with him." The entire crew nodded in agreement, Carlos was the first one to notice his shaky hands but said nothing about it. Ken used his hand signals to call Gantz In front of him which surprise the doctor a lot "If your in front of me I can protect you better by using my 'Might Signal' to watch over the surrounds of your body." ken said happily at Gantz who hand suddenly stop shaking,
Carlos noticed that too while Ken continued to speak encouraging words "Let's go men, were about to have a fun adventure today, hopefully finding a new Crew Member and defeating a Royal Warlord! The finally gang walked towards the giant pink bunnies that was guarding outer ZD and from everybody surprise they actually knew how to talk "Are you FRIEND or FOE?" Asked the bunny on the right "Are you PIRATE, MARINE, or BOUNTY HUNTER?" Asked the bunny on the left, then both the rabbits looked at each other and started laughing "It doesn't even MATTER, welcome to ZERO DISTRICT try not to DIEEE Fayayayayayaya we don't CARE ANYWAYS Fayayayayayaya!" The two bunny then simply moved out the way letting the young pirates and doctor through without much hassle. 'That was a little to easy' thought the group as they walked through ZD's entry. "Now it's time to wait for that man's call..." said Doctor Gantz silently to himself "What exactly does that demonic evil bastard want from me!?"
(Zero District, Inside Castle Redemption [Top Level] "Heavenly View")
"Roses are red aren't they, blood is the same color too, if killing is sinful, why must I keep killing weak crews?" Singed a man who was laying in a bed naked with two females asleep on his chest. "Cerise BA-BEE can you cook me a special feast today, I have a special guess coming? Also I need the Den Den Mushi he should be here any minute now!" Said the man while his face was planted in the pillow sleepily. "Your wish is my command sir." Said the girl who opened the room door, she had long straight black hair that end in reddish cherry color curls. Her big innocent light brown eyes were very attractive and the color of her silk skin was milk chocolate...she was indeed very beautiful. "I know I tell you this all the time Cerise but you have to be the best cook on the Grand Line that's why I kidnapped you and didn't rape you, you pleaded to me that you were a very special chef and wasn't trash enough to be forced into prostitution which I gave you a chance and you prove yourself with 5 star meals Fufufufufufu that weak body of your have some uses after all...in the KITCHEN Fufufufufufu!" Laughed the man still shadowed by darkness "Oh yeah don't try to poison me again next time I'll kill you without a second thought about it Cerise BA-BEE understand? Now go get my Den Den Mushi !" The man said sending the girl away while moving his hand like he was trying to swat a fly. From his face "Yes...sir." She said while biting her lip letting blood and tears leak on the marble floors "I...understand." She turned around and walk back out the door closing the door slowly "Clean the floor while you at it Cerise. In Zero District I am GOD and everybody in it is my PAWN even TRAVELERS FUFUFUFUFUFUFUFUFUFU!" Said the man laughing even louder and colder than before...everything inside the castle became quieter while light foot steps were heard from Cerise who emotion filled her mind. "Help...anybody please...help',"
