As soon as his words had fully escaped into the lab, Raph's body tensed. A part of him wanted to attempt to play it off as a joke, but the words to form said joke refused to materialize, as if covering up his mistake with a lie was... ...was something he was no longer capable of... (Based off the 2012 TMNT series) Nefertiti was an orphan girl living off the streets of New York City, but what set her apart from the other children that resided within the Big Apple was that she was a mutant. A cat mutant, to be specific. After an encounter with the Kraang, she is rescued by a group of ninjas who just so happen to be mutants as well. (Rated T for future content)

Part of the Neozoic Tales, the Turtles help the Fellowship Crew with their plan to bring down the Wrangler Planet of Viola Strierra and liberate all the Humanimals enslaved there, but certain Humanimals having their hearts been hardened don't want reconciliation with humans but revenge

Over the past couple of months, humans had become aware of mutants and yokai. The humans had slowly started to accept them. Well, some of them had. The rest were still firmly against yokai-kind, but who needs them? Either way, the president had made the dicision. This was the bill that would make yokai and mutants american citizens. Donnie-centric. On AO3 as pip the human.

When Leonardo is abducted, his family is left without a clue as to who has taken him or where he might be. Tested in body and spirit, chances for Leo's survival look bleak. But the turtles have made friends and allies over the years, and help comes from an unexpected source, giving them the chance to try and rescue their brother before it's too late.

Donatello just wants to find the answer. He had to have overlooked something. It had to be there. He just needs to dig deeper. Raphael offers a little bit of perspective and forgiveness. Takes place after the events of The Invasion. One shot. 2K12

Our brave hero's weren't the only ones to be mutated into giant warriors. Since the fire, Eric Sacks continue Project Renaissance as he and Shredder tried a final round on human trials. However the Mutagen did more than cure the virus, but created a hybrid. Now the turtles and Splinter have to help Galizia adapt to this new life, if not the art of the ninja.(2k14 version)

Donatello is hunted down by a old enemy they thought was beaten. But their sick game is to continue. Meanwhile Splinter is falling into darkness from the same returning foe. Who is this one tormenting them? and can the brothers save them both in time? (Collab with Glazier Blue)

Vanessa Black has transformed from a human girl to a giant Black Widow! The Turtles shelter her but Vanessa has to deal with Raph's hatred of bugs. all the while trying to solve the mystery of this new Mutagen while others are also seeking to harness the new Mutagen for their own purposes

Almost a year has passed since the Krang invasion. New York has recovered, and at the same time the Hamato clan has, emerging stronger than ever. But evil never sleeps, and when a new yet ominously familiar threat emerges, the brothers must face yet another battle... one that will test the strength of their bond and depth of past scars. Oh, and Leo gets thrown through a window.

Sequel to "Weavings." Adjusting to life as an immortal god hasn't been easy, but now that Raphael has begun to accept who he is, he has begun picking up the pieces he tried to throw away. The pair must wade through years of deception and mounting pressure between the two ninja clans, the mafia and the Kraang, making them question their loyalties and the fine lines between friend, foe and family.

"Leo could see the flames licking the top of the lab, see the smoke pouring out of the door. He didn't hear anything else from Don. Raph was only a second or two behind him." Don has an accident in his lab, but fortunately for him, his brothers won't hesitate to plunge in to a burning lab for him.

One year later, after the Krang’s invasion, the turtles are now stronger as a team. But now, the turtles are faced with a new challenge, four new mutated turtle girls. With them training with them as the new kunoichi and living their new life, they find themselves falling for them.

(set in 2003 verse) It was only the four of them and their rat father in the beginning. At least until one incident happened somewhere underground and far from their home. An off-white colored rat caught their attention in the dark sewers and they followed her, not knowing she would lead them to their newest addition to the family.
