Few get a second chance at living, let alone two or three. Rei Ayanami never knew what to do with the lives she had until it was too late. Getting another chance at living could mean a world of difference. After all, life is an ever changing thing and even the smallest of changes can reverberate across the world.

Dentro de esta historia, esta el joven Shinji Ikari, quien ha estado bajo el cuidado de su tío tras el abandono de su padre, el joven sufre de inseguridades por lo que siempre huye de todo, pero al encontrarse con la misteriosa Rei Ayanami, que se mantiene fría e indecisa, empezará a enfrentar esta inseguridad suya.

Misato ha cambiado mucho, actúa diferente cuando esta con Shinji. Empezó a tratarlo diferente como si se preocupara mas por el. Este cambio tan abrupto hace sospechar a Shinji. ¿Acaso su tutora oculta algo para que lo empezara a tratar así de bien?

Set in the anime, starting with the end of the Twelfth Angel attack, Shinji, along with NERV, find themselves having to deal with the unexpected, and very unimaginable arrival of a new generation with a tie to the hurtful past. Since there is an infinite number of alternate universes, the same scenario can be visited over and over again, with different results.

(Not to be taken seriously) What if Commander Ikari had another child that even he didn't know about?... One that literally works with him on the bridge. Guess he can't outsmart this scenario...
