So I totally re-wrote this chapter so it's not amazing or anything, but it definitely changed quite a bit. I hope you like it :)

Tophs POV:

It took a while but i finally picked out a bedroom set, Katara did too with the help of Sokka, I mean who cares if mine was in the boys section people don't ask about out the exact location of your bed do they? Plus i'm blind should I care either way?

"Ok now on to the living room," Katara says with a deep breath. She obviously likes Aang even though she won't admit it. The whole time Katara was just flirting with him. He obviously got freaked out too because he would try and stay away from her as much as possible. Still it was an pretty amusing thing to watch.

Aangs POV:

Toph is amazing. I don't know why but i'm constantly smiling around her. But it sucks not being able to carry out a proper conversation with her without Katara butting in. I'm really starting to like her and I don't know how worried i should be about it. But for now i'll just focus on getting to know her.

"Hey, Toph i'm gonna go use the bathroom be right back," says Katara.

"K, Sugar queen" says Toph. We managed to actually carry out a conversation.

I honestly didn't expect the conversation to end up like this. It started out with me asking her how her day was but now it came to this:

"SO you hate pineapples?" I ask

"Yup and water I have a bad experience with both,"

"Why?"

"Well when I was little I used to love pineapple and I ate so much-"

I cut her off in the middle of her sentence "No not the pineapple...I meant the water,"

"Oh um i'd rather not tell the story..."

"That's ok I completely understand,"

She smiled and Aang swore his heart always beat a little faster whenever she did. "Um are you ok your heart is beating really fast,"

No you're just really pretty. i thought

"Um," she said all of a sudden

"I just said that out loud didn't I?" I asked her

"Yeah," she said while chuckling "and thanks." again with her smile. He really needed to get a grip.

"So uh are you busy tomorrow night? I mean we can have coffee or something. But if you don't want to it's cool. But I mean if you do then we don't have to go get coffee we can-"

"Sure Twinkles let's get coffee tomorrow. You ramble when you're nervous you know that?"

"Yeah, i've been told hehe, so um meet at The Brew at 6?" She nodded and then said

"But uh I think Katara likes you, and I can't do that to her..ugh this too complicated. Whatever i'll think this through later but we're stll on for coffee."

"Great! And Katara's on her way back."

"Don't say anything about this to her yet, please?"

"Sure," I tell her with a smile.

"Hey Toph on my way back i saw this beautiful coffee table for the living room," says Katara.

"Ok let's go 'look' at it," she says getting up.

"FINALLY WE'RE DONE!' says Toph sitting on a chair.

"Yup all your stuff will be shipped within two days,"I say.

"Bye Aang you've been great help today" says Katara kissing his cheek,and leaving outside to their car. Toph got angry at shot a glare at her. I snickered and gave Toph a hug.

"Bye Tophy-Bear" I say sadly.

"Bye Twinkles, and don't call me that!" She leaves out the door and I watch their car drive off.

He can't remember the last time he was this nervous for a date. Wait...was this a date or was it a 'friendly outing'. And why was he so nervous. It was already 6:05...was she standing him up? What if she was, how would he face any girl again?!

"Twinkles you might wanna stop biting your nails before you chew off your fingers." I looked up relieved to see the face of the voice as Toph.

"Hehe sorry, just thinking about stuff."

"Sorry I was late, Katara wouldn't stop questioning on the 'mystery guy' I was going out with," she snickered.

"So, why'd you decide to move to Chicago?"

"Parents. They've always been so strict with me that I had to move out as soon as I could. Lucky for me my parents love Katara so they didn't have a problem with me staying with her."

"Were they strict cause you were blind?"

"Yeah, they always thought of me as the helpless little blind girl, but that's not who I was." then she started laughing a little, "But every Saturday night I would go to an underground wrestling arena and fight. I was the champion of that place. Of course they never knew that."

"How'd you wrestle?!"

"Feet remember?" she said while pointing at her soleless shoes, "I always knew how'd they'd come at me and how to defend myself."

"That's amazing!"

"Thanks...anyways did you always live here?"

"Actually no, i'm out here finishing college i'm working on my degree in engineering, it's my last year."

"Then where did you live?"

"California, me and Gyatso, lived in an apartment it was nothing spectacular but it was enough for the both of us. I saved up enough money to go to college here."

"Gyatso?"

"My adoptive dad." he quickly tried to change the subject before they got too into it, "So um did you have any pets growing up?"

"Nope my mom would freak, what about you?"

"Yeah a Dog,Appa, and my cat, Momo."

They continued talking for another two hours. It felt like time flew by when he was with her. Before they knew it they were saying bye to each other.

Toph gave him a quick peck on the cheek before she left. "I had a lot of fun, we should do it again,"

"Y-yeah we should, um i'll see you later then?"

"Yeah i'll see you later," she turned around and walked off.

Aang strolled back to his apartment with a dreamy look in his eyes. He flopped down on his bed and fell right asleep.

So that was my attempt at re-writing this chapter it's not great but it's better than it was before hopefully. :) Please review, thanks byeeeee
