Y.O.L.O.s everyone! Sabere commander here and back with another chapter of Twist of Fate! Lately I've been reading a story, also about Alpha and Omega, called: "I will find you" by "section8bypass1" It's actually already complete. I'm on Chapter 12 so don't spoil it for me! I actually started reading it back when he had only 3 chapters up. (Before He changed to Summary to fit the new plot). Anyways like I said more reviews=faster updates! Hope you enjoy it!

Chapter 16 "Be mine"

P.O.V. Omniscient...

Humphrey ran and ran until he couldn't run anymore. When he finally came to a stop he looked at his surroundings. It was sun set and about 4 feet away was a small stream probably only claw deep. Around it were stones along with some green plants. Most of the rest of the grass was yellow. Makes sense seeing how it only rained about twice this winter for some weird reason. He was on a path about a wolf and a half wide that he had been running along. after looking at his surroundings he realized he was clear across Jasper Park!

He walked to the stream and looked at his reflection. He wasn't to buffed anymore. Although he had been constantly doing things since he'd been here none of it was technically working out his muscles. He was just a little bigger than Garth now. He also realized it was do to the fact he hadn't eaten in... 4 days? So his body started feeding off his muscles to supplement his energy out put. Turns out he has a high metabolism, meaning he burns energy quicker and needs to eat more often, also that his frenzied state burns off energy twice as quickly as his current metabolism. although he didn't know that last part...

He continued to look at himself in the streams reflection and saw his red eyes. He swiped at the reflection and said "God! why can't I be a normal wolf! Why is it because of me I can't have a good life! Why... Why..." Humphrey's ears went flat against his head as he cried over the stream. Or at least until something spoke to him...

"Don't resent you'r gift..."

Humphrey's head instantly shot up and he looked around He spotted a wolf across the stream. It was black and had red eyes like his. Except it had a scare on one of his eyes (*Cough* story picture *Cough*). He looked well built like Humphrey was when he got there only a little smaller; closer to Garth's size.

"Wha-what did you say?" asked Humphrey staring at the wolf. One of his eyes was blue while the other remained red.

"I said: Don't resent you'r gift!"

"Ho-how do you know about it..." Humphrey was a shaking. Not only because of his emotional vulnerability; but also because this wolf some how knew about him and his "trait" without him noticing.

"Stop trembling you coward!" Humphrey stopped and just stared frozen in place. "God, you're pathetic! You are a Epsilon for Christ's sake! Act like one!"

Humphrey was more confused than ever now. "What's an Epsilon?"

"An Epsilon is you! Few wolves develop this gene. You're lucky enough to have it and it be activated in you."

"What's it do and why do I have it?!"

The wolf only smirked and told Humphrey "It gives you abilities of you'r ancestors for short periods of time..." He smiled again before continuing. "You have it because some where in you'r family tree an ancestor had it duhh... Also as for what it's for? It is used to keep the peace between wolves and only comes out when in a time of great crisis. You were obviously having one and it emerged to save you'r sorry hide...You'r blue eyes represent: peace, compassion, and love... while you'r red eyes represent: Anger, resentment, pain, and confidence... If trained by someone like me, who has complete control over their powers, you can call on them at any moment..."

Humphrey was trying his best to act like a sponge and absorb all the information he could before finally asking:"Can you train me?-"

"-Hell no I can't! I have no time to waste on a idiot alpha like you. All muscles and pride, no brains inside!" (Rym intended)

"hey I wasn't always an alpha! Just a year ago I was an Omega!" Shouted Humphrey.

This caused the wolf to stop in his tracks. "Maybe, just maybe, he's the one..." He turned toward Humphrey and said "How about this? If you can preform over 100 hundred log squats, and do 50 laps around he clearing you liked to visit when you first lived here, I'll start to teach you... Deal?"

"Humphrey thought long and hard about this before finally saying: "Alright... deal-"

"HUMPHREY!" Came a voice in the recognized it as Kate's and went to turn back to the wolf, for more questions, only to find him gone. He turned only to be tackled by a tan blur. When he looked up he saw it was Kate. "Humphrey! I've been searching for for hours!"

"You have? asked Humphrey in a state of shock. It hadn't felt like hours and it barely felt like 40 minutes!

"Yessss! We havvvve!" Kate said raising her non existent eyebrows. "Humphrey I'm sorry for everything that's happened to you... Please just don't go-"

"Go? Who said I was leaving?"

"You mean you weren't gonna jump on the train and leave?"

"Noooo, besides, I still have to prove I'm not crazy to you're parents! He, he" Both of his eyes had reverted to their normal blue state when Kate showed up.

"Okay; but first let's go and get some sleep."

"Actually Kate..."

"Yes, Humphrey?"

"I was wondering... would you marry me?"

With out hesitation Kate jumped on Humphrey hugging him tightly. "Yes! Yes! A thousand times! YES!" She stopped hugging him and calmed down after 2-5 minutes of hugging. "We have to tell my parents!'

"Actually Kate... Let's wait to tell them until were sure they won't try to stop us... Okay?..."

Kate was a little disappointed; but decided to let it go seeing as the ordeal they had just went threw. She nodded and they turned and began to head to Humphrey's den while the sun began to set. "I wonder who that strange wolf was..."

Ooooooh Spooky! Well as I said it would come out quickly the more reviews were added! I like this 5 review thing, it's pretty nice and is good motivation! Also a question for you all!
