I had to move fast!

I took Leo in my arms and jogged over to Emmett's base house. I knocked frantically and he opened the door. "Bella! What's wrong? Why are you here at…" He looked at his watch. "Nine at night?"

"I just need you to take care of Leo for the night. Is that okay with you?"

"Yeah yeah." He took Leo from me and he started to cry. I leaned over and kissed the baby's head.

"Hey, don't worry, momma will be back soon. I gotta go get your mommy. I love you little man."

Emmett looked sad. "Black Shadow?"

"Whitlock too Alice. I have to save her. Lock the door, and keep him safe."

"Be careful, Swan. You're like my sister in law now."

I saluted and ran back to my house, opening the false door in my closet and looking at the outfit within. I pulled on the black boots and black fitted pants over them. Next came the black shirt and gloves. I pulled on my forearm guards and slipped my throwing knives into my boots, under my forearm guards and around my waist. I pulled on my face mask, which covered all but a small slit through my eyes and over the bridge of my nose, only enough for me to see. I eyed the gun, knowing this was my strength… no. The Black Shadow doesn't use a gun. I grabbed my staff, also black, and left my house, melting into the shadows.

Third Person POV-

Jasper paced around the basement, throwing looks at the bound, gagged, and blind folded woman who still managed to look pissed. He reached down and placed a hand on her cheek. She yanked her head away and he growled, grabbing her chin in his hands.

"Bella isn't here to protect you now. You going to stay here with me. Bella can't save you." Alice mumbled something through the cloth that kept her quiet. "What?" He pulled it down and she smirked.

"You shouldn't underestimate her, Jasper. She's got a lot of rage."

He scoffed and put the gag back, leaving the basement and slamming the door behind him. Still, a small amount of fear entered him mind and he frowned.

She couldn't get past him… could she?
