*Flashback*
Saturday the 14th of October, 1980
"Morticia, I am-" He managed to speak before she raised her hand silencing him.
She sighs and rests her head on his strong shoulder. "Just save it. It isn't your fault."
"But I can't help but feel responsible Morticia. If I would of went with the nurse and watched our daughters in the nursery. We would be going home with them both, not just Wednesday." At the mention of her name, they both looked to the baby in Gomez's arms.
Morticia smiles at her daughter trying to hide her feelings, "We'll find Tuesday."
"I won't stop till I do. I'll look for her forever, if I have to. I promise I will bring her home." Gomez spoke softly as Lurch pulled the car out front of the large mansion.
"I know." She whispered back.
Once inside, the couple began to make their way upstairs.
"I have arranged a surprise for you my dearest. I hope you like it." Gomez spoke softly as he opened the door with two vultures painted on it. The room inside was gray. Two wooden Victorian cradles were side by side. An antique chandelier hung from the ceiling. A wooden rocking chair sat in the corner beside the fireplace. Against the wall sat a wooden changing table.
"Oh, Gomez, it's dark, it's depressing, and it's desolate." Morticia spoke looking around the room before her eyes landed on the extra crib.
"It says, 'toddler'. Come, Cara Mia." Gomez Leads Morticia to the one cradle and lays Wednesday down. "Our daughter" "Gomez…" Morticia whispers as tears come to her eyes. She walks to the empty cradle running her hand on the bedding. "My baby…" "Oh Tish, I'm sorry. I had Lurch add the extra crib before she was taken… Cara Mia I should of told him to remove it." Gomez spoke taking her hand in his own. "I miss her Gomez. I held her only once… One time and now she is gone!" Mortcia spoke as the tears began to roll. She clutched onto the crib for support. "Oh Cara Mia, it pains me to see you like this." He takes her in his arms and they cry together. Both let out the pain and the sorrow of losing their first born child…
Not much of an update, I know. But I am getting back into this story. Hopefully have the next update in a few days. Definetly by next Wednesday.
