Previously: Inuyasha just beat Kagome and left her crying on the ground.

WITH KAGOME

Kagome got off the ground while holding her stomach. She walked over to the dinning room chair and sat down. She lifted her shirt up to see a giant bruise on her stomach. 'I should of listened to my father. When he told Inuyasha was no good for me' Kagome thought. With that Kagome went to bed.

NEXT DAY

Kagome got out of bed and made the bed. She walked into the closet to get some clothes when she saw a picture on the ground. 'This is Inuyasha's pants' Kagome thought. She picked up the pants and grabbed the photo. 'This must be the woman he is sleeping with. She not even that pretty' Kagome thought. She put the picture back the way she found it and got dressed.

Kagome pulled into work and went to her office to see that Kouga has beat her to work. "Good morning, how are you" Kagome asked.

Kouga looked up and said "Good morning, I am doing good. How about you"

"I am doing fine" Kagome answered as she sat down at her desk.

WITH INUYASHA

Inuyasha finally got home from work and went into the house. He was looking around to make sure that Kagome did everything. 'Wow, she got everything done. Nothing in the house was missed placed' Inuyasha thought. He went up stairs and into the closet and changed into regular clothes. Once he was done changing, he got into the car to go visit Kagome at work.

WITH KAGOME

" Hey Kouga will go file all of these papers for me please" Kagome asked.

"Yes" Kouga said.

After Kouga left there was a knock on the door. "Come in" Kagome said.

"Hey, the house looked wounderful" Inuyasha said as he walked up to Kagome.

"Well, I didn't want to get punished again" Kagome said as she looked away from Inuyasha.

"Don't look away from me. Especially when I am giving you a compliment" Inuyasha said.

"Well, Inuyasha I have to keep working" Kagome said.

"Your job can wait so, we can talk" Inuyasha said.

"Why did you come here anyway" Kagome asked.

"I came here because, I wanted to see you baby" Inuyasha said.

"I don't believe you. Wait, let me guess you came to see me because, your other woman was not free for you. I am just your second choice and the one that you have to take your anger out on" Kagome said.

Inuyasha started to get mad and said " You know I would never cheat on you. You are my one and only. I have never gotten mad at you"

"Yes, you have. Heck you just hit me last night. If you love me so much, why do you hit me all the time" Kagome asked.

Inuyasha grabbed Kagome by the collar of her shirt. He brought her to his face and said " You tell anyone that I hit you then, you will be dead. Then your family will be dead". Inuyasha pushed Kagome into the wall and walked out.

Kagome stayed against the wall until Kouga showed back up. "What are you doing down there" Kouga asked.

"I was just, trying to see if this is where I want to move my desk too" Kagome said with a smile.

WITH INUYASHA

Inuyasha pulled up into the drive way and went to bed.

WITH KAGOME

The end of the day has finally arrived and Kouga and Kagome have not talked that offten. "I was woundering since it's Friday night, if you would like to come to the bar with me" Kouga asked.

Kagome looked at him and smiled " I would love too" Kagome said.

Once everything was done they both got in their owne car and meet each other at the bar. They walked in and to the counter. They order to beer's.

"So, Kagome how is your home life" Kouga asked.

Kagome looked at him and thought ' Should I trust this man. I need someone to talk to about this. Maybe he can help me. No, what am I thinking about, I can't drag him into my mess. I need to tell someone though and I can't go to the cops because, no one would believe me. I got to trust this man with everything even if he runs after he finds out the truth.'

" Well, Kouga my home life is not that good. I also lied to you yesterday. I am not happy with my husband" Kagome said.

" What do you mean it's not good" Kouga asked.

"Well, my husband hits me and calls me mean names" Kagome said.

"Why don't you leave him" Kouga asked.

"I can't, he will kill my family and I " Kagome said.

"Well go to the cops" Kouga said.

" I can't because, he is a cop and everyone will be on his side" Kagome said.

"Well, can you hold on until I can find a way to help you. I don't want you to tell me anything so, he don't find out okay" Kouga said.

They finished their beer and both left to go home. Kagome was so glad to see that Inuyasha was not home at all. Kagome went straight up to the bedroom and went to bed.
