Hey! I'm really glad that you guys liked my last chapter (at least I'm guessing from the people who reviewed). Because it was such a big part of the story, I was really worried about not writing it good enough, but I'm glad it turned out good!
SpeechlessMind: Yes, they do look somewhat alike, but because they were split up, they do look very different. Damian, because he trained in the Middle East, his skin color is much darker than Tim's, which would throw a lot of people off about them being related along with the fact that I'm positive Damian would have at least a small accent from talking in Arabic for probably most of his life. Tim on the other hand, despite being born in the Middle East, was pale because of his birth defect, and he didn't have enough blood circulating in his body at the time to color his skin, and was probably as white as an albino. And because he grew up in Gotham, where they don't have real sunshine because of all the pollution there, he's pretty pale. They do have the same colored eyes though, both a blue steely color that they got from Bruce, but their eye shape is different. Tim's eyes are shaped more like Talia's, while Damian's eyes look more like Bruce's. They both have the same black hair and nose, but Tim's face is more narrow than Damian's. And while most twins are equal in height, Tim was starved till the age of 5 in Crime Alley and his birth defect didn't help, so while Damian is more broad like Bruce, Tim was stunted in his early development, so he scrawnier than Damian, and more lithe than broad. So, yeah, they have similarities, but they've pushed aside by their differences by their environment they lived in. Sorry if I ranted on too much :]
ToughGirlsRuleTheWorld: Yes, Selina and Talia will definitely have a fight at some point. Like I showed in the prologue, Talia really didn't want to give up Tim, and Selina is the one who got to spend the 9 years with her son instead of her. I'm not giving away how it will go, but yes, there will be a fight. As for why Talia left him in Crime Alley, I'll let everyone know why later at some point, and I'll be giving away how Tim survived in Crime Alley, just not so early. It will probably be before the fight with Talia vs Selina, because I have some things planned to go on with Talia and her dad. Though I'm not completely sure, so that might change later.
Mireilles3: I'll be working in flashbacks for Jason and Bruce at some point, probably in the next few chapters, and I'm working on the flashback for Dick right now. And to how Tim learned their names, I'm going to try to bring that into the flashbacks, but if I can't, then I promise I'll tell you in another comment review answer thing, whatever you want to call this.

Ra's POV
"Master, your daughter has been brought from her room." White Ghost said, bowing at my feet.
I nodded. "Let her in." I said, watching as Talia walked into the room, her head held high, till she stopped in front of my throne.
"What have you brought me to talk about, Father?" Talia asked calmly, looking straight into my eyes with determination and defiance, that I had no doubt that she knew exactly why I had called her here.
"What are planning, Talia?" I asked, narrowing my eyes at her. "Many of my ninja that were sent to Gotham are dead or missing, because of your ninjas. Selina Kyle is missing, and her children can not be found. I want to know where my ninja are, Talia, and you to hand over Selina Kyle so that she may be killed."
Talia's eyes narrowed, her lips pressed into a thin line. "Your ninja are in Gotham, Father, about to be transported here so that you may see their cold dead bodies with your own eyes as proof that you shall not win this war, or kill Timothy or any of his adoptive family members." Talia said.
I shook my head, glaring at her. "Why do this, Talia? Why are you so insistent upon making us fight each other for a mere thing that should have been killed 14 years ago?"
A scowl spread over her face, her dark brown eyes filling with anger at my words. "That, thing, as you so called him, is your grandson, Father, and my son. He is my son that I held for 9 months alongside Damian, I cared for him for 9 months, I fed him for nine months, he grew inside me for 9 months, I talked to him for 9 months, I loved him for 9 months!
And you forced me to give away that son, to a place so vile and horrible that even you would not look to find him, so that he may stay alive! I do not have to try to find out his past to know he was hurt and traumatized there, just so that he could stay away from you. And it makes me feel horrible to know that my son that I love has gone through so much for such a stupid and idiotic reason, as a defect, something he could not control!" Talia said, her body starting shake. "And it hurts even more to know that I was not able to raise him as I wanted, that he will never see me as his mother, and to know that he will never love me as he loves his adoptive mother. But I would rather him stay alive and not love me, than for him to be dead and for me to mourn the son that I could have saved."
I watched as Talia stopped, breathing heavily from talking so angrily and so fast. "If you feel so strongly about this then Talia, then I will treat you as any other enemy. Guards, escort Talia to the dungeon. Do not allow any of her ninja near her, and any ninja that is seen attempting to help her escape will be killed on sight." I said coldly.
The guards grabbed Talia, her glare not once leaving my face. "I will protect Timothy, Father. He will stay alive, and I will not allow you to kill him. Even if it means killing you and burning your body to ashes so that not even the lazarus pit can bring you back." She growled as she was forced out of the room, the doors slamming shut once the guards dragged her out.
"Master, Deathstroke has replied." White Ghost said, holding up a phone in front of me.
I took it pressing the phone to my ear, "Sounds like some family problems, Ra's. Can't control your daughter?" Deathstroke chuckled.
"Do you agree to the job or not?" I barked, scowling.
"Of course, but you know, my services won't be cheap." Deathstroke said.
"And you know that money is not a problem for me." I retorted.
Deathstroke hummed. "True enough. Who is it that you want me to kill?"
"Timothy Kyle." I said, even it's name sounding bad on my lips. "I want you to kill him as quickly as possible, and I don't care how you do it, so long as he stays six feet under."
"Fine, I'll get the job done." He said, before hanging up.
Helena POV
"Mommy?" I asked, looking up at her. Mommy looked down at me with her green eyes, her black hair swept over her shoulder.
"What's the matter, Helena?" Mommy asked, picking me up. I wrapped my arms around her neck, and wrapped my legs around her.
I propped my chin on her shoulder, blinking up at her. "Why was Timmy screaming last night?"
Mommy hummed, stroking my hair. "He was having a nightmare, Helena. It's like a dream, but it's a really bad one."
I frowned, pulling my chin off Mommy's shoulder. "Then it must have been really bad the way Timmy was screaming. What was so scary that made someone like Timmy scream?" I asked.
Ever since I could remember, Timmy has been the strongest guy I've ever known. He scared away all the bullies that pick on me at school, even when they brought their siblings, who had usually smoke and had knives. He had beat up the mall santa when he tried to take me away from Mommy, and made him cry while rocking back and forth when he was through with him. Timmy could even scare away people two times his size with just a look.
So, it was hard for me to believe that Timmy could be so scared that he was screaming in the middle of his sleep, yelling for somebody to stop it, stop, you're hurting me, please stop, I'm begging you.
Mommy frowned, her eyes turning sad and guilty. "It's really hard to explain right now, but someone-" Mommy shook her head. "No, a lot of people hurt Tim a lot when he was a kid. It's why he's so paranoid, like you said when you found out the word. And because of that, it makes him get worried about stuff; like subs at his school, or that we'll abandon him one day."
"What's abandon?" I asked, my eyebrow wrinkling together.
"It means to leave someone or something. Tim thinks, because he's paranoid, that we'll leave him one day." Mommy said, tucking some of my hair behind my ear.
"But that's stupid!" I said, "We'd never leave Timmy. He's my big brother, we could never leave him."
Mommy nodded. "I know that, and you know that, but so many people have hurt him Helena. I can't tell you it all exactly until you're older, but just know this Helena; Timmy will do and think dumb stuff like that because he was hurt. So it's up to us to help him see just how dumb he can be sometimes. Okay?"
I nodded, smiling. "Okay."
~Dream~
I curled up, reaching out when I didn't feel the heat from Timmy's warm jacket, or his black silky hair, which had grown out to his chin. I frowned, forcing my eyes to open.
I blinked, light blinding me for a second before I was able to see again, and I started to get confused.
The last thing I remember, Timmy and I had just left that Alley place after we got attacked. I had fell asleep on Timmy's shoulder, his grip on me tight as he carried me, while trying to get his breathing back to normal.
But now, I was surrounded by people I didn't know that hadn't noticed I was awake; all of them big and in uniforms, while we were all in a cave that scared me. Where was Timmy?
"Tim, wait, you don't have to do this on your own. Tim!" A guy with a worried frown, dressed in a black and blue uniform called out.
I looked over where he was looking, my eyes widening when I saw Tim's shrinking back. His shoulders were stiff as could be, but I saw it, the tear that was falling down his face, and landing on the ground.
"TIM!" I screamed, tears filling my eyes as Tim froze, before taking off.
"No, Timmy!" I yelled, scrambling off the chair I was laying on, and ran towards Tim. "Timmy, come back!"
Strong arms picked me off the ground as Timmy disappeared down a tunnel, tears pouring down my face. "Timmy…" I whimpered, before sobbing.
"Helena, it's going to be okay." A deep voice said, walking away from the tunnel Timmy went to, with me in his arms.
I shook my head, sniffing. "No, it's not!" I said, wiping away the tears pouring down my face.
No one said anything to that as I sobbed, crying into the stranger's chest, because even though I had no clue about all the confusing stuff going on today, I knew Timmy wasn't coming back. Why did he leave me? Was it because of the guy that attacked us? Or was it because of everything that had been happening today?
I cried harder, feeling hands switch me over to someone else. "Mistress Helena, would you please calm down?"
I hiccuped as I looked up at who was holding me, staring at the old man with white hair, the gentle look in his eyes enough to calm me down. "Where am I? Who are you guys?" I asked, looking at the other people in the cave.
"Tim didn't tell you anything before he brought you here, did he?" A man next to the old man, the one who had been yelling after Tim, asked.
I shook my head as the old man set me down in the chair I had been in before, bringing my legs up to my chest. "No. He didn't say anything." I said, rubbing the rest of my tears out of my eyes. "What is this place?"
"It's the Batcave." A man in a Batman costume without the mask said.
I sniffed, looking around. If I were somewhere else, I would have called this guy a stupid-head for thinking he could lie to me. But this place was exactly everything I thought the Batcave would look like, and more. This was the real Batcave.
"Then that means you're Batman." I said, blinking up at him. "But why would Timmy leave me here with you?"
Batman took a breath, looking back at the old man, before looking back at me. "Because… I'm your father."
I blinked, staring at him. "I… no, Mommy would have told me if someone as awesome as Batman was my daddy!" I said, shaking my head as chuckles started to echo through the cave.
Batman, who's face hadn't changed, raised his eyebrow. "Did she ever say anything about who your father was?" He asked.
I shook my head, looking down at my lap. "No, Mommy always talked about something else when I asked." I said, frowning as I thought about Mommy missing somewhere, with a Daddy I knew nothing about.
"What happened to your mom?" The blacked hair girl, Black Bat I think, asked, looking at me like she knew every single thing I was feeling.
I tucked my chin on my knees, shrugging as tears filled my eyes. "I-I don't know."
Batman, or my Daddy now, I guess, frowned. "When was the last time you saw her?" He asked.
"This morning, when I was eating breakfast with her and my brother." I muttered into my knees.
"Tt." Robin said, rolling his eyes. "Not much of a brother if he left you here."
I glared at him, sliding off the chair I had been placed. "Shut up! You don't know anything about Timmy! It's not his fault all this stupid stuff happened!" I yelled, tears dotting my eyes.
"Helena, can you tell us what happened today?" Daddy asked, kneeling in front of me.
I shrugged, blinking the tears out of my eyes. "Mommy had to work late today, and Timmy couldn't watch me because he had to go to work, so I had to be in the stupid Daycare for most of the day. Timmy told me some of the stuff that happened when he picked me up, but I don't know everything." I said.
"That's alright, just tell us about when your brother picked you up." He said calmly.
I nodded, taking in a breath as I thought back. "When Timmy picked me up, I already kind of knew something was wrong since he picked me up so late, and it was him that picked me up instead of Mommy." I said. "After Timmy signed me out, I asked why we weren't going home with Mommy, and he said… said." I sniffed, wiping more tears out of my eyes. "He said that… that it was hard to explain, but bad guys went after him and Mommy today. And, I didn't want to believe it, because we've never done anything bad to anyone, and it didn't make any sense." Tears started to pour down my cheeks.
"But…. Timmy was whiter than normal, and he looked tired, and his eyes were kinda red like they get when you cry a lot, so I knew he wasn't lying. And he said that Mommy called him, and told us to hide, and that… that she would have to leave us." I said, watching Daddy's eyes soften.
"After that, Timmy did what Mommy said, and took me to this scary alley place to hide from the guys chasing us. I didn't like it, and it scared me a lot, but… Timmy thought we could hide there, till- till…"
I took in a shaky breath, my body shaking as I remembered what happened in the alley. The wind rushing past my face as a knife almost hit me, the sounds of their fighting, Timmy's harsh breathing as he tried to keep the guy away from me, and then the sudden wet snap - "Helena, what happened in the alley?" Daddy asked, placing a hand on my shoulder.
"A-a-a guy dressed in all black clothes found us." I said, my body trembling. "He almost hit me with knives, and Timmy's hair got cut off, and parts of his pants I think. Th-the-then Timmy told me to close my eyes, and once I did they started fighting, and Timmy was breathing hard, and somebody got hit, a-an-and there was this snap that didn't sound right, and I was scared-"
"It's okay, Helena." He said, waiting till I calmed down enough, rubbing my shaking arms till they weren't shaking anymore. "What happened after the fight?"
"Timmy picked me up, and he took me out of the alley. It was really late, and I was sleepy, and I closed my eyes, and…. when I woke up, I was here." I said, my voice going quieter.
Daddy sighed, picking me up. "We'll find your mother, Helena. I promise." He said.
I pulled back so that I could look at his face, and shook my head. "No. Mommy's…. Mommy's tough, I know she'll be fine if we look for her later. But Timmy won't be okay. Timmy does stupid things, and he doesn't think they're stupid, but they are stupid. And… and I'm afraid Timmy will get hurt if he's out there by himself." I said, looking down as I remembered Timmy coughing up blood, getting whiter and whiter with every cough as Mommy drove her car over to Dr. Thompins. I didn't want that to happen to Timmy again.
"Don't worry, Helena, I'll go after him." The guy who was yelling after Timmy when he was leaving, said, ruffling my hair as I blinked at him.
Dick POV
"Are you really going after Tim, Dick?" Jason asked as Bruce went upstairs so that Helena could sleep, raising his eyebrow. "With everything that Helena said, he might not want to come back here."
I shrugged, not sure myself. "Maybe he won't, but I have to try, Jason. You saw how he looked when he came here, and after he left Helena…. I think Helena was right in thinking that Tim might get hurt out there by himself." I said, walking towards the motorcycles while placing my mask back on my face.
Sorry I wasn't able to post this earlier, I was trying to get it done sooner, but I wanted you guys to get an idea of how Helena felt throughout this entire thing, and I was afraid of messing up Helena, since she so young. And ToughGirlsRuleTheWorld, I hope I answered your question with what Talia said about having to put him in a place so vile that not even Ra's would look.
I hoped you guys liked this chapter, review!
