'Are you ready to go?' Corin asked, a small bag swung over her shoulder and a wheeled suitcase at her heels.

The rest of the girls surrounding her – both my aunts, all my bridesmaids, my flower girl (Harriet) and train girl (Abi) plus the females from the Denali Clan - looked exactly the same and the guard members were dressed normally instead of in their Volturi cloaks. We were going away for the weekend for my hen weekend but I had no idea what Jane had planned with the rest of the bridesmaids except that we were away from now – Tuesday afternoon – till Friday morning as were the boys. Demetri had arranged a bachelor party for Alec but I wasn't too worried about that knowing he couldn't get Alec and the groomsmen drunk which would no doubt follow with them doing stupid things. I knew that practically everyone was going: my father and uncles, Alec, the groomsmen, my cousins, Ben, Renny and Eleazar.

'Yep,' Jane grinned from beside me, tugging on my hand to make me walk faster. 'Packed and ready to go.'

'Great,' Alice chirped as she pulled up the handle for her suitcase.

I cringed unnoticeably as we headed out the castle via the reception that had no idea what was going on around it: I really hated surprises.

Sitting outside was a large black limo coach, shiny - I wouldn't describe it as sleek – and impressive, with one long window on each side; it looked strangely out of place against the cinnamon brown of the sienna stone walls of the surrounding buildings. I was surprised our stuff all fitted in the back but eventually we were clambering in the rather strange limo for our "weekend" away.

Inside was silver and gold with mirrored ceilings – beside the sun roof – and bars that all had six colour lighting. In the mirrors there were hundreds of star gazers that changed six different colours. It had a DVD players and five fifteen inch flat screen TV's, lighting and strobe lights.

'This is so cool,' I admitted, sitting down on one of the seats as the driver closed the door behind us, 'completely over the top but nice.'

'I knew you'd say that!' Jane exclaimed happily as she grabbed something from her handbag.

She put it in the DVD player and, when it started to play, I groaned and covered my face with my hands. Up on the screen was a picture of me as probably just born with my mother (I cringed slightly, feeling tears blur my vision) she looked terrible - I wasn't afraid to say it – and I knew that she was an inch from death but she was smiling, she was happy, she even looked proud. It was then followed by pictures of me at a different ages surrounded by different people, which was a lot less emotional.

As I grew, Jane spoke, 'I was thinking of playing this at the wedding reception, Iz – don't worry, it'll go onto Alec soon.'

Soon just my clothes were changing but then, when I was in early 20th century style clothing, it changed to a young Alec. I knew this was because there weren't any more of me until Alec and I were together. I grinned, happier now that the images had gone onto Alec: he was a cute kid. The paintings, which of course were the only things documenting mine and Alec's childhood, depicted him with the same shaggy dark brown hair but these bright blue that were almost the colour of the seas around the Caribbean. Further pictures showed me that Jane had the same which looked so beautiful with her blond hair that I could tell that she had inherited from her mother – Alec was a splitting image of his father with hardly any features from his mother - and that, amazingly, the two of them had once been similar heights.

Once we reached 21st century clothing, the images changed to both us: walking in the castle, kissing, even sitting in our garden. There also ones that we were surrounded by different people; my favourite being one with me, Jane, Felix and Demetri. Right at the end, there was one of the whole family, including the Cullens, that I remember being taken around 2 weeks ago.

'That's great, Jane,' Aunt Esme smiled and my aunt Athenodora made a noise that seemed neither agreeing nor disagreeing.

'It's not finished,' she said shrugging. 'Hopefully, I'll be able to get some pictures of the ceremony, or at least some of the getting ready, and put them on before the reception. No promises though. Izzy, what do you think?'

I looked up at her and realised she looked as nervous as she had sounded but, as much as I wanted to tease her about it, I couldn't bring myself to.

'It's a wonderful idea, Jane.'

The girls cheered causing me to laugh before looking on the window. Volterra had gone and I was now looking out at the Tuscan landscape that surrounded our city with other little ones looking like castles on the hills.

'This is going to be so much fun!' Heidi screamed.

'What are we doing?' I asked curiosity taking over me as I looked back at everyone.

'You'll see,' Renata laughed: they were obviously enjoying me not knowing what's going on far too much.

It was dark when we arrived wherever we were and loud: people were chatting, laughing, singing, and people were moving stuff. I could guitars and piano's but before I could think much more the door of the limo opened.

'Here we are, ladies,' the driver said, extending his hand to help us out. 'Have fun, I'll meet you back here.'

Giggling we all clambered out of the limo and I recognised the surroundings instantly.

'A concert!' I shrieked. 'This is gonna be so cool.'

'It might not be your type of music,' Adrianna admitted although I grin was fixed wide on her face, 'but we can have fun jumping around to it.'

'I don't care,' I shook my head crazily, seriously excited.

I hadn't been to a concert in absolutely years and I couldn't honestly care less about who it was because I mainly just loved the atmosphere that surrounded concerts and it being my hen party just made me even more excited.

The concert lasted two hours and by the end I was sure, if it was possible, Jane, at least, would have worn her feet out. The same could be said for Harriet and Chelsea. I spent most the time dancing with Abi which was quite amusing.

'So,' Tanya giggled, reaching over to hug me. 'Have fun?'

'Yes,' I grinned, 'though I'm worried about what you guys have planned for tomorrow.'

'Don't be,' Kate laughed heartily. 'It's gonna be so fun.'

'I really hate not knowing,' I sighed as I climbed into the limo.

'Oh we know,' Jane and Alice said together, dragging it out.

When the limo started moving, feeling as though we had to, Jane and I stuck our head out of the sun roof. I screamed, stretching my arms into the air. Jane did the same and we laughed, jumping up and down.

The next day I was blindfolded as we exited the limo and the led by Carmen - I could tell it was her since it was the scent closest to me.

'Hello girls,' a woman said as Aunt Esme untied the blind fold from behind.

My eyes fluttered open and I looked around the room. It was a dance studio … with poles.

'Oh you are so dead,' I hissed so low only the vampires could hear me. 'Pole dancing!'

'This class is all about getting in touch with your own body,' the lady said smiling, 'which will give you a confidence that you didn't know you had – it's also all about having so fun that's the main part. So where's the bride.'

I tried to shrink in on myself as everyone pointed towards me. Dance lessons weren't so bad, we'd all had a lot of them for the wedding but pole dancing I wasn't so sure on.

'Isabella,' Corin grinned.

'She is not going to go for this,' Abi muttered quietly and I could tell she felt extremely odd being there: which I suppose was fair enough since she was only thirteen (or at least looked it).

'Isabella, congratulations,' the lady smiled. 'If you take that pole there' – she pointed to the one next to one she was leaning on – 'the rest of you grab a pole.'

'Can I video this?' Jane asked me at human level. 'I could put it on the slideshow.'

'Absolutely not!' I almost yelled. 'My father and my uncles will be watching that. No way.'

The class was an hour and half long and in the end it wasn't that bad considering it was meant to be an all ages lesson. I spent most the time giggling helplessly as we made a routine and by the end I had to admit it was really good. We were given a copy of the final routine so I suppose Jane got her wish but there was no way she was putting it on that slideshow. We also all got certificates and a bottle of champagne to share – although we wouldn't drink it.

'Right,' Chelsea said. 'Upstairs?'

I shot her a wary look as Jane and Alice grabbed my hands and pulled me up the stairs. We entered and there was another woman in there. There were no poles but I could see loads of fans off to the side and two changing rooms.

'Don't just stand there,' she grinned. 'Where's the bride to be.'

I was pushed forward and the directed into the first changing room.

'Find one that fits you,' the woman smiled, 'and put it on.'

Dreading what I was going to see in this room, I took the few steps needed to enter the changing room. Inside the room were racks of white dress and I could tell they were all the same or at least very similar. Without looking at them in much detail, just in case I saw something that scared me out of doing or wearing whatever was coming, I found a dress in my size. I could hear the women directing the rest into the other room beside me.

Once I had the dress on I turned to look in the mirror. The dress had a taffeta corset bodice covered with soft white lace with a ribbon tie front and lace sleeves. The hips were padded probably to give a full bustle feel and look. Turning around I saw silk cord lacing to the back with modesty panel. The skirt was a full lace and tulle netted with a dipped hem.

I stepped out at the same time as Chelsea and she grinned at me, dressed in the same but black.

'Sexy,' she grinned.

When everyone else had joined us the instructor began to speak.

'This is a burlesque dance class as I'm assuming the bride doesn't know,' Rose, Alice and Jane laughed at that as I glared at them. 'By the end of this ninety minutes session you will train up as a sexy Burlesque dancer and learn a routine which will be performed at the end of the class where you can showcase your talents. I will take footage of this so that you can remember the experience.'

The session was very similar to the last, although there were no poles. Instead we had these large Burlesque fans. We got the same things at the end so now we had two certificates - one saying we could pole dance and the other saying we could do burlesque dance – and two bottles of champagne that we wouldn't drink.

We had a long break before they dragged me on our next activity. I was slightly comforted by the fact I had no criteria to fill for my clothing so I dressed comfortable in dark jeans, nice top and a white cardigan that I let fall over one shoulder.

As I stepped into the fancy lobby of the hotel we were staying in, my aunt Athenodora handed me a theatre ticket.

'Wuthering Heights?' I questioned.

'Alice and Rosalie's idea,' Aunt Esme laughed. 'They remembered the state that book of yours was in.'

'Yeah,' I said sheepishly. 'That fell apart years ago; my father brought me a new one for my next birthday.'

The Cullen's rolled their eyes.

'Let's go,' Rose laughed, linking her eyes through mine as we led the way out the limo which I assumed they hired for the whole weekend.

I knew the book off by heart but I had never seen it performed and it was just as good. I had a smile fixed permanently on my face despite the fact it was a sad story. We pretended to get sweets and drinks since it was a really long performance.

'Having fun, Iz?' Jane asked during an intermission.

I grinned at her whilst biting my lip and nodded, my hands balled up under my chin before reaching over to hug her.

'So much, thank you.'

'You should see what we have planned tomorrow,' she smiled looking proud of herself for planning all this.

'I don't want to think about,' I pretended to shudder. 'No, really, I love for you all this.'

'I love you, too,' she grinned. 'Alec couldn't have chosen better. Just think in … four days, you'll be my sister-in-law. Scary or what?'

'Not scary at all,' I disagreed. 'I far too excited to be Alec's wife than to be scared of being your sister-in-law.'

'Aw,' several people cooed and while most were my friends, there were a few strangers sitting around us that over heard that did it as well.

I glanced around and covered my face with my hands whilst resting my elbows in my lap causing all my friends to laugh.

'This Alec is very lucky,' the woman in front of us said with a smile, 'to have such a beautiful girl who loves him so much.'

'Damn right he is,' Rose agreed from the other side of me. 'Luckiest guy in the world.'

I felt like blushing once again and I think Jane knew that as she put an arm around me and squeezed gently before letting me go. Just then the intermission ended and everyone turned their attention back to the stage.

'So what are we doing today?' I asked hopefully although I was sure I would receive no answer unless it was something cryptic.

'The best things come to those who wait,' Chelsea smiled at me and I rolled my eyes.

'Good morning,' a man sitting at the desk in a chic looking lobby. 'How can we help you?'

'Hi, I'm Jane Talor,' Jane grinned sweetly at him. 'I made an appointment for 17 people at 10 o'clock.'

He types a few things in – probably Jane's name – and then nodded,

'Of course, if you just come this way,' he rose from his seat and leads us through a door.

There were many pictures lining the hall that he led us through and they were obviously very professional. The hallway was long, light and just screamed sophistication. Eventually we entered at room with mirrors that were surrounded by small lights in four rows separating the large room, under all the mirrors were desks and in front the desks tall chairs like bar stools. For two of the rows, with mirrors were facing each other and the chairs facing away, the desks were covered in makeup while the other two rows had hair stuff. Standing in the front of the room were people, both male and female, dressed in black matching clothing with a small badge with their name on.

'These are your hair stylists and makeup artists,' the man informed us. 'I will be back to collect you and take you to the photographer.'

I turned to look at Jane curiously not sure what exactly was going on but the words the man had just said made me groan inwardly. It involved being a Barbie, I was sure.

'Makeover and photo-shoot,' she hissed below human hearing range.

'Thanks,' Adrianna grinned as he left.

'All right,' what looked like the eldest person - a woman with grey stands in her black hair - said, stepping forward from the line and smiling at us kindly. 'If you split up, half you will do your hair first and the others will do makeup.'

We split up most the girls laughing, Jane and I stuck together. It took almost an hour for the makeup to be done since my artist kept tweaking it. I didn't really mind wearing makeup and doing my hair elaborately since it was what I had grown up doing, it just wasn't a particular fan of people doing it for me. Not having a mother, I had always had to do it myself, although my Aunt Athenodora had taught me when I was really young just so I would know what to do to get the best effect.

The hair took another hour but the overall effect was really beautiful, which was good since we had hired four of the makeup artists and four hair stylists from this company. You couldn't hire the photographers so we had hired one of the best photographers in Italy, a vampire who had enough control not to kill every human he came across. He had both humans and vampires working for him so he, along with a few of his vampire employees, was coming to do the photographs for the wedding.

The man, Steve his name tag had said, came back after a makeup artist sent for him and escorted us to another room. For the next few hours we posed and laughed as we had photos taken, we even changed clothes to fit the back drop and then we sat down to choose the ones we wanted to have.

We returned to the castle the next day around noon. The boys were already back and oddly enough covered in paint, it looked like they had tried to get it off but had been unsuccessful. My Uncle Carlisle and Alec had been the first ones I had seen, and by then I was only walking with my Aunt Esme and cousins, and as soon as we saw them we burst out laughing. Their hair was covered in little spots of paint and I could see a bit on their face as well but it was hardly noticeable. My uncle had it far worse with his blond hair and it didn't help that he always looked so respectable that he looked odd not being perfect.

'What have you been doing?' I giggled, kissing my uncle on the cheek before going to Alec's waiting embrace.

'That for us to know,' Alec laughed.

'Not fair,' Alice, Rose and I said in unison making it the boys turn to laugh.

Woo! That's that done, I'm getting so excited to write the wedding! Hope you like this, seems okay to me. Please review x
