22. Chapter 22: Ghidorah Must Die

Chapter Twenty-Two: Ghidorah Must Die

Godzilla burst from his imprisonment beneath one of the buildings, fueled with anger for the death of his friend, his spines, throat and eyes glowed an eerie blue as one thing ran through his mind over and over;

Kill Ghidorah! Kill Ghidorah! KILL GHIDORAH!

Godzilla screamed into the air before unleashing a blast of energy at Ghidorah, who was sent end over end by the explosion, landing near the coast, her impact sending a huge wave out to see as abandoned cargo ships were capsized by the tidal wave as it sped away from Tokyo.

Godzilla's immense power was trippled by the Death Of Mothra, meaning her was far superior to Ghidorah, his thick scaly skin seemed to glow raw energy encased it in impenetrable armor, slowing his advance to a brisk stride. This gave Ghidorah the opportunity to take flight and start to flee the scene.

Meanwhile,

"Thank you for this, Angel, Hunter." Zack said, setting the crate of missiles by his side as the hatch slowly closed. "Goodbye." He said quietly as the hatch finally closed and his two siblings hesitantly fled.

Zack eased himself into the Anguirus gunner seat, priming the Mesa Cannon mounted onto the roof of the tank. He zeroed in on Ghidorah as she flew over the top of him. "Sayonara, You three-headed son of a bi-" He fired the mesa cannon, letting a burst of raw energy dart through the air faster than light. Ghidorah screeched before falling to earth.

The beast slammed into the ground, quickly correcting herself and turning to face her attacker. Zack looked out of the Anguirus viewscreen and saw Ghidorah charging at him. "Come one then, FINISH ME!" He roared as the beast snatched the tank up into the air in `her middle heads' maw.

The side hatch flew open as Zack locked his fingers around the detonator for the explosives.

The Anguirus exploded in a massive ball of flame, the explosion tore away Ghidorah's entire middle head, severely wounding her. Before she could react, Godzilla grabbed Ghidorah's two remaining heads, prying them apart as he unleashed a long blast of energy, tearing Ghidorah apart. Empress Ghidorah managed a final cry of defeat before exploding in a huge fireball as raw energy bled out into space.

It was done.
