Choice

It wasn't until several seconds later that Kol finally allowed me a chance to breath. I gasped deeply for as much oxygen as I could, meanwhile he simply moved his lips to my throat. I gave a small moan when I felt him kiss one particularly sensitive spot. I then involuntarily closed my eyes and simply allowed myself to enjoy the feelings Kol was bringing out. Although, his seductive spell was instantly broken when I felt his right hand push my dress up and begin to move up my thigh. My eyes immediately flashed opened and I exclaimed.

"KOL!"

He seemed to have misunderstood what my yell meant since he quickly lifted my leg up around his waist and pressed his lower body against mine. I could feel his ... his ... desire, and I very nearly screamed, but I held it in. I had no experience with any of the things he was doing to me. I felt uncomfortable and I didn't really want him on top of me anymore. This was ... it was ... to me it was extremely inappropriate. I ... wasn't ready for this. I wouldn't do this with him. Especially not after only being together for like what? Five minutes? Two minutes? Besides, I hadn't been kidding around when I told Klaus my mom had raised me right and with good morals.

Therefore, I quickly moved my hands to his chest and began to push him away. Kol groaned then moaned against my throat.

"Why?"

I pushed him harder and said honestly.

"Because this is making me uncomfortable. I don't want too, Kol."

That was all he needed before he was instantly off of me and sitting beside me. I immediately pushed my dress back down and sat up as well. I looked over at Kol and realized he was looking away from me with his hands a good distance away as well. Aw, he was such a gentleman. I gave a small smile then carefully took his hand in mine and said.

"We can hold hands. I don't mind that."

Kol quickly turned to look at me and smiled. I easily returned the smile then shifted forward and wrapped my arms around his neck. I gave him a small kiss on the cheek and murmured.

"Hugs and kisses are okay too."

At that, Kol seemed to relax his slightly tense form and slowly wrapped his arms around me. I leaned my head against his shoulder then said.

"We should go."

Kol chuckled then replied.

"Or, we could just stay here and be kind enough to redecorate for the Salvatores."

I pulled slightly away from him then asked bluntly.

"You're still mad about Damon kidnapping me, huh?"

Kol merely smirked and replied sweetly.

"Most definitely."

I sighed then shook my head with a small smile and said.

"If you don't do this you're going to hunt him down and kill him, right?"

Kol smirked and asked mockingly.

"Are you a mind reader, darling?"

I gave a small laugh then replied.

"No."

I then slowly released him and rose to my feet. Kol quickly followed and casually wrapped an arm around my waist. I then looked around the Salvatore Boarding House and was amazed at just how beautiful it truly was. It was such a shame Damon just had to piss off Kol. I calmly looked up at Kol and said.

"Well, do what you must. I won't get in your way."

Kol smirked then looked down at me and replied.

"Why, thank you, darling."

With that, Kol sped over to an expensive-looking coffee table and flung out their front window. I merely gave a small sigh at his antics and went to sit down on their comfy-looking sofas. I slowly got myself comfortable as Kol began destroying the entire Salvatore residence from top to bottom.

It was a great coincidence that I noticed my new cellphone sitting on the small table next to where I was sitting. I grabbed my cellphone then unlocked it and realized I had one new contact. Hm, how weird. I hadn't added anyone yet. Maybe Klaus had added his numder before he gave it to me. I clicked on the icon and very nearly fell off the couch in laughter. My new contact said in bold capital letters.

'Eternal Stud.'

I gave a small laugh then texted the number.

'You're hilarious.'

The reply I got was a simple.

'I know'

I rolled my eyes and replied seriously.

'Your sense of humor is going to get you killed one of these days.'

The response was as I expected.

'I've been like this for over 160 years. I must be too fun and dashing to kill.'

I scoffed then replied.

'Maybe with your lady friends, but Kol is going to kill you.'

His response took a bit longer, but when it finally came in it said.

'I'm just gonna say this once, so listen. Thank you. I know you don't like me, and well I already said it.'

Yeah, that sounded like a Damon thanks. I shook my head then replied sarcastically.

'I didn't do it for you. I did for all your fans. They would all probably skin me alive if I let Kol kill you. :P'

The next response was quick.

'Now who's hilarious?'

I actually laughed at that then sent back.

'I never said I wasn't hilarious. Truthfully, I did it for Stefan. I know he would be wrecked if you died. So, thank him.'

The typical and unsurprising response I received was.

'Careful there, jewel. What would your little boy toy think if he heard that you care so much about another man?'

I smirked at that and replied.

'I believe he'd be too busy killing someone else, who so rudely added himself to my contacts and kidnapped me. Also, he's not my boy toy. He's my boyfriend.'

I waited patiently for a response until several minutes passed. Well, it appeared I had finally shut him up. I quickly went to my contacts and edited, 'Eternal Stud' to 'Damon'. Kol was pissed off at Damon as it was. I really didn't need to add more fuel to the fire. Speaking of fire ... ... what was that burning smell?

I looked up from my phone and nearly had a heart attack when I saw there was a small fire starting in the kitchen. I quickly placed my phone inside my dress and dashed towards the kitchen. Holy mother flying fish! I had to put it out!

I quickly ran towards every door I could find, until I found the one that led to the basement. I quickly dashed down the stairs and began rummaging through all their things in search of a fire extinguisher. No, fire extinguisher, but a flamethrower for sure. Men!

I went through every box I could find, until the universe took pity on me and I found a fire extinguisher. Man, was it heavy! I carried it with both hands and wobbled up the steps. As soon as I reached the top, I scrambled to the kitchen and popped the lock. I then made my way to the stove and sprayed it with the fire extinguisher setting off the fire. I then dragged the fire extinguisher to the curtains and set them off too. Finally, the kitchen cloth was sprayed and I was done.

Gosh, I could hardly breath! It was so hot and the air seemed to be suffocating me! I made sure to respray them all just in case. Then I dragged myself and the fire extinguisher out of the kitchen and immediately tried to regain my breath, but it was hard. I dropped the fire extinguisher near the couch and quickly ran out the front door.

I fell on my knees and quickly began gasping for some oxygen. I coughed and sputtered several times, but my throat really hurt. I could feel my eyes become watery at my attempts to breath in clean air. I then hit my chest several times in an attempt to let oxygen go through, but all I did was intake small amounts and cough. It was then that I heard a familiar voice yell.

"Diamond!"

I didn't even regard the person and simply kept on trying to obtain some more oxygen. I then felt myself being wrapped around in someone's arms. I clung to them tightly and gasped out.

"I ... can't! I ... can't! Help!"

I was quickly then picked up bridal style and moved away from the house. I was somewhere deep in the forest with the person sitting me on their lap and coaching me on how to breath right. I listened to the sound of their beautiful voice and tried incredibly hard to follow their directions. It took me, no lie, about two minutes of coaching before a FULL lungful of air went through. I gave a huge gasp of relief and carefully began to breath in more clean air. I leaned my head against my savior and wasn't surprised at all when I heard him say.

"Just like I won't let you leave me. I won't let you die on me either, darling."

I gave a small cough then replied with a tired smile.

"I know, Kol. I don't want to die, either. Thank you for helping me."

Kol merely kissed my forehead and replied.

"Of course, sweetheart. I always take care of what belongs to me."

I gave several more coughs then replied.

"So, we're back to me being a what, huh?"

Kol seemed to realize his mistake then amended.

"I meant the people I care about, darling. Which truthfully speaking is only you."

I took several deep breaths then said.

"What about your family? I know you're the big bad Kol Mikaelson, but I'm sure you care about them too. They're your family after all."

Kol merely gave me a casual shrug and replied.

"Elijah is too strict and boring. Nik is always putting me to sleep with his dagger threats, and Bekah never stops talking or keeps her legs closed. All in all my family is really annoying."

I shook my head then ruffled his already messy hair and said.

"Kol, be nice. You should have seen just how messed up Klaus was when Jeremy and Elena killed you. He vowed to hunt them down and burn their house to the ground. Even Rebekah cried over you."

Kol seemed stumped at my words and I slowly wrapped my arms around him. I hugged him tightly then said.

"I know you guys fight a lot, but at the end of the day you care about each other and there's nothing wrong with caring."

Kol remained silent and I carefully added.

"I care about you too, Kol. That's why I saved you. You didn't deserve to go like that. I mean the most lethal Original taken down by Elena Gilbert? What a joke. That's why I put that skanky broad in her place. You don't mess with the Original family."

Kol then chuckled and said.

"And you did an excellent job at putting her in her place. Taking her down by the hair and stabbing her with that knife was greatly amusing and entertaining. It was just such a shame there wasn't any stake you could use to end her permanently."

I gave a firm nod and replied.

"My thoughts exactly."

I then placed my hand over my mouth and gave a small yawn. Boy, was I sleepy. Kol seemed to notice this and quickly rose to his feet while still holding me. I shook my head then moaned.

"I can walk, Kol."

He merely shook his head and replied.

"I'm not letting you go."

I sighed then replied calmly.

"I didn't say you had to let me go. I said I can walk."

Kol smirked at my reply and I simply rolled my eyes. He continued to walk throughout the forest while still holding me until we came to a small clearing and he relented.

"Very well, you may walk now. The mansion is just a few yards away."

He carefully placed me on my feet and merely gave him a playful glare. He was such a cheater! Kol merely gave me that adorable innocent look and my glare instantly melted away. My brain seemed to shut down and all I could concentrate on was his beautiful smile and eyes. I stayed staring at him like a complete moron for several seconds, and he quickly took advantage of my dazzled look by flashing over to me and pulling me into a passionate kiss.

My hands instantly tangled into his soft hair and I pressed myself tightly against him. Meanwhile, one of his hands was wrapped tightly around my waist while he tangled the other in my long dark hair. We kissed for several seconds until I pulled back slightly to breath. Kol groaned then moved his lips to my throat. His lips tickled and I began giggling uncontrolably. Kol then chuckled against my throat and murmured.

"We should stop before a take you against that tree, and the floor, and that stump, and on top of the trees, and maybe even on that rock."

I blushed a deep red at his blunt remarks and carefully pulled myself away from him. I looked up at him and his eyes looked wild, almost black, completely covered in lust. His hair was a disheveled mess and his lips appeared fuller and almost red. Why would his lips look like ... Ooooohhhh, my lipstick. I could feel my face turn pink as I shifted slightly and said.

"Um, Kol. Your ... um ... lips are ..."

He interrupted me and said.

"Delicious? Mouth-watering? Addicting?"

I bit my bottom lip and replied.

"No! Well, yes, but ... I ... Ugh, Kol why do you have to confuse me?"

He smirked and replied obviously.

"Because you are incredibly amusing when you are flustered and confused."

Great, so now I'm his own personal clown. Lucky me. I deadpanned then said calmly.

"My lipstick is all over your lips."

With that, his eyes grew wide and he instantly began to wipe off his mouth. I gave a small laugh then moved to help him clean it off. Once we finished, I carefully interlocked my fingers with his and said.

"Can you please lead the way? If I were to guide us through here, I would probably end us up at Slender Mansion."

Kol looked at our conjoined hands then looked up at me with a smile and replied.

"I'd be happy to lead, darling, but where is this Slender Mansion? Nik said his mansion was the only one around this area for miles."

I clenched his hand more tightly in mine then replied with a shiver.

"Slender Mansion is where Slenderman lives. Trust me, you wouldn't want to go there and say hi."

Kol looked down at me in curiousity and asked.

"Who is this slender man, and why do you fear him? Would you like me to go and rip out his insides for you?"

"You can't!"

Kol seemed surprised at my outburst and questioned.

"Why? Is he your family member? I thought you weren't from here."

I quickly shook my head and began to walk at a faster pace. Kol easily kept up and said.

"What's wrong, darling? You don't have to worry about him. If he comes after you, I'll rip his head off."

At that remark, I spun around then placed my other hand over his mouth and hissed.

"Ssshhhhhh! Don't say that! He can hear you!"

Kol seemed incredibly confused by my outburst, but nodded nonetheless. I carefully looked around then removed my hand from his mouth and said.

"Come on, Kol. You need to get us out of here."

He looked at me questionably then said.

"No."

I paled at his reply then said.

"No? What do you mean, "no"? We have to get out of the forest!"

Kol merely folded his arms across his chest and leaned casually against a tree. He merely smirked at me and said.

"I won't get us out of here until you tell me who this slender man is."

I began to slightly panic because I knew he was being serious. I looked nervously around us then quickly reasoned.

"If vampires, werewolves, witches, and hybrids are real in this dimension, reality, or whatever, what's to say Slenderman isn't real too?"

My eyes grew wide and I instantly said in horror.

"Or Jeff The Killer? Or The Rake? Or Ben Drowned? Heck, the Boogeyman could be real! Oh no! Maybe IT, the clown, could be here too! I hate clowns!"

There was seriously something wrong with me. I was tripping so bad. I could almost feel the panic attack waving at me. It was then that I felt Kol grab me by my shoulders and start shaking me.

Really? Probably the most dangerous and REAL creature out of all of those was standing right infront of me and I was his girlfriend! And here I was tripping over made up Creepypastas! I closed my eyes tightly and instantly wrapped my arms around Kol. I clung to him tightly and kept repeating.

"Please don't leave me, Kol. Please stay. Please."

Kol instantly picked me up bridal style and I immediately wrapped my arms around his neck. I clutched on to him tightly and whispered.

"I'm sorry. I don't know what happened. I'm sorry."

I felt the wind pick up around me and realized Kol was running. We made it to the mansion in less than five seconds and he quickly sped through the door. Kol carefully placed me on my feet, but kept his arms wrapped tightly around my waist. He then spun around to where my back was to his chest then called out.

"Rebekah!"

Rebekah was instantly infront of us and stared at me questioningly. She then looked over at Kol and asked.

"What seems to be the problem?"

Kol then rubbed the sides of my arms and replied.

"I believe she is becoming delusional. She is afraid of some slender man and some other mysterious creatures I do not know of."

Was I delusional? I blinked several times and looked around the living room in an attempt to relax. We were out of the forest. We were good. The Originals were here. They were far more scarier than any of those Creepypastas. Those other monsters were fake. Yeah, that's right. They weren't real in my world and they weren't real here. Everything was just fi ...

SLAP!

I felt it rather than even see it coming. My face flinched sharply to the right and I immediately raised my hands to cover my sore cheek. I heard Kol roar in anger then release me and lunge at Rebekah. Rebekah side-stepped him and that only made him angrier. Kol then flipped over one of Klaus' coffee tables and broke off one of the legs. Rebekah was at the other side of the room snarling.

"I was just trying to help! Besides, you can't kill me with that!"

Kol glared at her and growled back.

"You had no right to strike her!"

Kol then broke off one side of the legs and snarled.

"Also, who said I was going to kill you with this? Regular stakes may not be able to kill us, but they sure do hurt when we are stabbed numerous times."

Rebekah's eyes widened and she instantly yelled.

"Nik! Kol wants to torture me! Nik!"

It was then that both Klaus and Elijah came down the stairs. Kol gave them a side glance and that was just enough for Rebekah to speed out of the room. Kol was about to go after her when Elijah said.

"Enough, Kol. Can you please explain to me why you are attempting to torture our little sister?"

Kol glared at him and Elijah seemed impassive as always. Kol looked so mad that he couldn't even seem to speak. He then marched towards me and pulled me towards Klaus and Elijah. He then grabbed both of my hands and easily pried them away from my cheek. Elijah's eyes furrowed in disapproval and Klaus instantly turned to glare at Kol. Kol returned Klaus' look with a more threatening and dangerous glare of his own then snarled.

"I may be a monster, but I would never hurt my Dia."

He then carefully grabbed my face and showed it closer to Elijah and Klaus and growled.

"This is why I wanted to torture her. She hit her! She hit my Dia! Now, there will be no force on this earth that will stop me from killing her stupid bus boy!"

He then pulled me back and wrapped his arms tightly around my smaller frame. I buried my face against his chest and simply hugged him back. It was Elijah who then broke the silence and said.

"I shall speak to Rebekah and have her apologize."

I pulled myself slightly away from Kol then said to Elijah.

"It's okay, Elijah. I don't want you guys to be fighting because of me. Just let it go. I'm ok. It's not like she stabbed me or anything."

It was Klaus who replied.

"It appears our sister has forgotten her manners and needs to be reminded of them."

He then smirked and said sarcastically.

"What would mother say, Elijah?"

Elijah merely narrowed his eyes at Klaus and replied.

"Your sense of humor is without equal, brother. How is it that Diamond so kindly put it? Ah, yes, the peanut gallery isn't precisely necessary, Niklaus. Now, I'm going to track down our sister and have a few choice words with her about her manners towards guests."

It was then Kol who spoke and snarled angrily.

"You do that, Elijah. And while you're at it, tell our dear sister that I still have one white oak stake hidden away. I will gladly make it disappear right through her if she hurts my Dia again."

I instantly wrapped my arms around Kol's neck and pleaded.

"Stop it, Kol. She's your sister."

Kol wrapped his arms more tightly around me then stated angrily.

"She hit you."

I nodded and replied.

"I know I was there too."

Kol then glared at me and said.

"You're not funny."

I sighed and replied sincerely.

"It's like I've always said Kol, "Family is family no matter what." Please don't hurt Rebekah. She's your sister and she cares about you a lot. As her older brother, it's your job to protect her and take care of her rather than harm her. Believe me, I know what I'm talking about. I'm the oldest sibling and the oldest out of all of my 25 cousins. So, come on, let's just forget about it."

Kol really looked like he wanted to throw something back at me, but I simply gave him a bright smile and kissed his cheek. His arms around me tightened then he replied seriously.

"You need to stop being so reasonable and kind. It's going to get you killed one of these days."

I merely smiled then replied.

"I would be terrified if my boyfriend wasn't the most lethal and feared Original in the world."

He then smirked at my compliment and replied cockily.

"That is very true."

I laughed then I heard Klaus say.

"Would you like more of my blood to heal your cheek, love?"

Was he serious! I instantly turned to glare at him and realized he was smirking at Kol. Why did he have to start things just to piss off Kol? I quickly looked up and realized Kol looked murderous. He then glared down at me and asked menacingly.

"What does Nik mean by more?"

I immediately grabbed his face between my hands and stared deeply into his eyes. I kissed his lips softly then murmured.

"Please don't be mad. During the party, when I went after him, I didn't realize just how upset he was and he ... threw a book at my head."

There was no way I was telling him what really happened. Kol would lose it big time and there would be lots of blood shed. I merely kissed his cheeks in a comforting manner and said.

"It was an accident. He fed me his blood afterwards and I felt better instantly. Can we please just let it go?"

Kol's glare remained on for several seconds, but slowly began to subside as I wrapped my arms around him and massaged his tense shoulders. He closed his eyes then slowly nodded and replied.

"Very well. Let us go to bed. It's late and you need to rest."

I gave him a bright smile and instantly nodded. I moved away from him cautiously then grabbed his hand and guided him towards the stairs. Before we could even take one step up, Kol stopped then said sweetly.

"Hold on, darling. Let me get a blood bag from the cooler."

At that, I nodded and released his hand. I gave him a small smile and replied.

"I'll wait for you."

He nodded back with a smirk then flashed away from me. I leaned against the stair railing and decided to wait patiently when I suddenly heard the sound of something smashing apart. I immediately looked up and dashed towards the sound. I ran towards one of the studies and saw Klaus clutching his head with a broken vase at his feet. I looked over and saw Kol leaning casually against the wall with his arms crossed and a satisfied smirk on his face. I sighed then shook my head and went towards Kol. I grabbed one of his hands then dragged him out of the room and said.

"You truly are you, Kol. No matter what anyone says, you are still yourself. Honestly, instead of being mad or disappointed in you, I respect you."

Kol laughed at my honest remark then called out.

"Remember what I said, Nik! Next time, I won't be so nice!"

I rolled my eyes and said to him.

"Yes, because having a vase smashed against his head is an incredibly noble act of kindness."

Kol then moved to walk beside me with our hands still tangled and replied with a smirk.

"Believe or not, darling. That was the kindest revenge I have ever delivered out of all of my 1,000 years of roaming this earth."

I looked over at him then said.

"You're kidding."

Kol simply smiled and replied honeslty.

"I am 100% serious, darling. That right there was me being kind."

If I didn't think Kol was nuts before, I sure did believe that now. I then shrugged it off and continued walking towards the stairs. I was always known for liking things I shouldn't, or things that could get me killed. Like snakes, spiders, cliff diving, and the supernatural. It was times likes these that I really missed my therapist.

Kol and I walked quietly up the stairs, and I was about to head to my assigned bedroom when Kol instantly pulled me back. I stared up at him in confusion then asked.

"What's wrong?"

Kol simply smiled then replied innocently .

"Your doll is still in my room."

That was right! Chucky was still in Kol's room! I had to go get him! I quickly nodded then replied.

"You're right. I need to go get him."

Kol simply smiled then replied calmly.

"Of course, darling. Let us go get him."

I held on tightly to Kol's hand and followed after him as he led me towards his room. Once we reached his door, he quickly reached for the handle and opened the door for me. Kol could be so charming when he wanted to.

I slowly stepped inside and immediately saw Chucky lying on Kol's bed just where I left him. I quickly walked towards the bed, snatched Chucky up in my arms, and cuddled him close to me. I then looked down on the bed and realized the necklace Kol had given me was lying there as well. I immediately snatched it up as well and unclipped it open. I was just about to attempt to put it on when Kol appeared behind me and said.

"Allow me."

He carefully took the necklace then placed it around my throat and locked it in place. The golden 'K' hung beautifuly down my chest and even seemed to sparkle against the light. I carefully held the beautiful letter in one hand and gave it a small squeeze. No one had ever given me something like this. My grandmother had only ever given me two rings and a bracelet back when I was a baby. I still had both of them stored safely in a small jewelry box back home. For Kol to give me something like this meant a lot to me.

I then carefully released my necklace and turned around to face him. I gave him a bright smile and said.

"Thank you for this, Kol. You don't know how much it means to me for you to do something like this. I pro ... No, I give you my word that I will treasure it always."

Kol easily smiled back then wrapped his arms around me and replied honestly.

"It's nothing, darling. It's just my own way of warning off other males that you are taken. If they decide to disregard said warning ... well then it will be their head."

I could merely gape at him in astonishment for several seconds before I snapped out of it and said calmly.

"You're truly serious. Have you always been this ... this ... "

"Possessive?"

I gave a small nod in confirmation and Kol simply smirked then replied.

"Vampires are naturally territorial creatures, darling. Although, being with me, you may take it as if you've won the lottery, or gained extremely bad luck."

I gave a small gulp then asked.

"Why?"

Kol actually laughed at my question then pulled me tightly in his arms and replied honestly.

"Because I am not only known for being the most lethal of my family, but I am also the most stubborn. I ALWAYS get what I want. If I have to kill a hundred or even a million people to obtain what I want then I have no problem doing just that."

Ladies and Gentlemen, Kol Mikaelson was no joke. He was the real deal. When it came down to murder and possessiveness he was your vamp. Well, he was my vamp, but you know. I simply wrapped my arms around his neck then said.

"Kol, you are a true vampire. You should like write a ... No, you should ... Nah, that won't work. Hm, you should go and threaten some TV and movie producers/directors, and show them what a real vampire is like."

Kol laughed into my hair then kissed my forehead and replied.

"That sounds like an excellent idea, darling. I may just take that into consideration."

He then looked down at me and frowned. I was just about to ask him what was wrong, when he quickly lifted his arm up and bit down into his wrist. He then presented it right infront of me, and I carefully brought his bloody wrist to my mouth. I took several small sips then slowly released his arm and looked up at him. Kol carefully carressed my cheek then smiled and said.

"You are far too beautiful to have your face bruised. My blood should be out of your system within the next 24 hours."

He then frowned again and growled.

"And Nik's blood should be gone as well."

He then narrowed his eyes at me and stated seriously.

"Do not drink from Nik again. If you are to turn, it will be on my blood only. I will not tolerate Nik or any other vampire giving you their blood."

I gave a quick and small nod at Kol's proclamation. Now, that I knew just how serious Kol was about me, I wasn't going to give him any reason to go on a killing spree. Kol's face quickly turned into a smile and he gave me a small kiss on the lips. I carefully returned it then said.

"It's late."

Kol pulled slightly back and replied.

"How very true. On what side of the bed would you like to sleep on, darling?"

At that question, I gently bit my lip then replied carefully.

"I prefer the right side of MY bed."

Kol seemed to completely freeze at my reply. I nervously looked away amd replied with a blush.

"I ... I don't think it's appropriate for me to stay in your room, or you in mine. We just started dating and well ... I have different values from other girls. I mean ... I just ... "

I was stopped by Kol placing his finger gently to my lips. I quickly looked down and Kol immediately removed his finger and used it tilt my chin up. I stared deeply into his beautiful brown eyes and Kol merely gave a small smirk in return. He hugged me tightly against his chest then said.

"I understand, darling. Believe it or not, I can be a gentleman."

My eyes grew wide and I began to stammer.

"That's not what I ... I didn't mean to offen ... "

Kol interrupted me and continued.

"And as a gentleman, it is only appropriate to respect a lady's wishes."

He gave me a small kiss on the cheek then pulled away and extended his hand towards me. I blushed slightly and took it carefully in my own. Kol then smiled and said with a heavier and much more sensual accent.

"May I accompany you to your chambers, my lady?"

My blush grew tenfold and I immediately replied.

"It would be an honor, my good Sir."

Kol then kissed my hand and handed me Chucky with the other one. Where did he get him from? Hm, I must have dropped him and didn't notice. I quickly took Chucky in my arms and allowed Kol to lead me out of his room. We walked quietly down the hallway, hand-in-hand, until we reached my room. Kol then slowly released me and opened the door for me to step inside. I slowly turned to look at him and noticed he was standing outside my room. I looked up at him then said.

"Thank you for everything, Kol."

He nodded then extended his hand to me. I instantly took it and he immediately pulled me into his arms and into a long and passionate kiss. I held Chucky in one arm, but used the other to hold Kol tightly to me. We kissed for several seconds until I had to breath for some air. Kol then reluctantly released me and said.

"Good night, darling."

I blushed then took several steps back and whispered.

"Good night, Kol."

With that, Kol moved away from my door and I carefully shut it closed. I slowly moved to my bed and placed Chucky in the center. I then noticed that several shopping bags were on the other side of the bed next to my dresser. I made my way to the bags and searched through them until I found some pajamas.

It had taken me, no joke, about ten minutes straight to convince Rebekah to get this particular pair. Which consisted of small pajama bottoms, rather than shorts, and a spaghetti strap shirt along with a button-up top. They weren't provocative and were extremely comfortable.

I carefully grabbed them along with some undergarments and went to the bathroom. I placed my clothing somewhere I knew they would remain clean then moved to the shower. I adjusted the temperature of the water just like I wanted and took a quick cool shower.

After I finished with my shower, I quickly got dressed and went back to my room. I made sure all of the windows were locked then moved to the bed. I slowly pulled the covers back and slipped inside. I then pulled Chucky under the covers as well and hugged him close to me. I closed my eyes and waited patiently until sleep finally took over.

*Next Morning*

I awoke to the feeling of my face being showered by immense sunlight. I moaned then turned over and pulled the covers over my head. Stupid sun. I remained in bed for several minutes in an attempt to let sleep find me once again. Although, it appeared my brain had had enough rest for one night, since I couldn't seem to fall asleep again. I slowly pulled the covers back and blinked several times in order to adjust my eyes to the light.

Man, how long had I slept? I gave a small yawn then carefully sat up and looked around. Thankfully someone had conveniently placed a small alarm clock next to my bed. I stared at the time and my eyes grew wide in shock. Why had noboby woken me up sooner? It was already 12! I had to go meet Rubi in less than five hours! I quickly got off the bed and stumbled towards my bags of clothing.

I searched through my bags until I found a pair of jean shorts, and a red and white, v-neck, stripped shirt. I then dug through another bag and began opening the boxes of shoes Rebekah had bought me. All of the shoes were either high heels or some sort of boots. The only reasonable pair of shoes were the flats, I managed to sneak in, and a pair of small black heels that wrapped around the ankle. I bit my lip in considertion and decided on the small heels.

I had to meet up with Rubi today and some of the dances I was going to teach her required lots of flexibility and easy movement. The flats wouldn't move so easily, so the heels were my best bet. I calmly gathered all of my belongings and made my way to the bathroom. I placed them all on a nearby counter then adjusted the water temperature and took a nice relaxing shower.

Once I finished my shower, I quickly changed and wrapped my hair in a towel. I stepped out of the bathroom and proceeded to dry my hair. I then made my way to the dresser and brushed my hair. I looked around the dresser drawers until I finally found a headband to pull up my hair. I pulled my hair up in a neat pony tail then made my way back to the bathroom. I quickly brushed my teeth with a new toothbrush I found in the cabinet then grabbed my phone. I couldn't believe I had left it there last night. I placed my phone in my back pocket then walked back into the room and proceeded to fix up my bed. Once I finished cleaning it up, I carefully grabbed Chucky and walked out into the hallway.

I casually walked down the hallway and carefully made my way down the massive stair case. It was way past breakfast, so I needed to go into the kitchen and make myself something to eat. I calmly walked into the kitchen and made my way towards the refrigerator. I had only slightly opened the door when someone else instantly slammed it shut. I blinked several times then looked over and realized it was the same girl from yesterday. Her eyes seemed almost glazed over as she quickly began to push me out of the kitchen. I frowned then protested.

"Hey, I just want to make ... "

She instantly interrupted me and exclaimed panicked.

"You can not be in here! Mr. Mikaelson will kill me if he sees you in here! Please leave!"

I was just about to explain that I hadn't eaten yet, when she quickly shoved me out and slammed the door in my face. I stared at the closed door with my mouth hanging open for several seconds before I snapped out of it and decided to hunt down 'Mr. Mikaelson'. I was just about to make my way up to Klaus' room when I heard his voice coming from one of the studies. I narrowed my eyes and made my way towards him. I carefully opened the door then walked in saying.

"Klaus, you need to tell your people to ... "

I froze in mid sentence at what I came across.

NO!

It couldn't be!

What was she doing here!

Klaus and Hayley appeared to be having a very intimate moment. His shirt was removed, he had his arms wrapped securely around her waist, and they were making out passionately. Why hadn't I thought of this sooner? THIS was that important thing I had forgotten! Hayley!

I politely averted my eyes away from Klaus' naked form and immediately turned around covering my face with Chucky muttering.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I ... I ... didn't know! I ... "

I heard Klaus then start laughing and say.

"No worries, love. Would you mind shutting the door on your way out? That is unless you wish to join."

I blanched white then stuttered.

"No! I just ... There's something you need to know."

I heard some shuffling then Klaus replied.

"Can't it wait until later? I'm a bit busy here, sweet-heart."

I then heard the sound of fabric tearing and I was pretty sure it wasn't the curtains. Seriously, did men only think with their ... their ... you know!

Klaus deserved to know what would happen if he did this with Hayley. He, at the very least, deserved the chance to CHOSE if he wanted to be a father now. He deserved to know what would happen if baby Hope was created. In my book, Klaus should have the right to decide when he should become a father. Not only that, but I knew Hayley didn't and wouldn't love him. He deserved to create a family with someone that did love him and wouldn't mess around with his brother. Again.

Therefore, I closed my eyes firmly then spun around to face him and shouted.

"You're going to get her pregnant!"

Silence.

Absolute. Dead. Silence.

I bit my lip then cuddled Chucky close to my chest and waited patiently for a reply. It took about 20 seconds for Klaus to finally say.

"That's impossible. Vampires can't procreate."

I kept my eyes shut and replied calmly.

"Technically speaking, you're not a vampire. You're a hybrid. Therefore, you fall under different rules. She's a werewolf and you're half. So, yeah. Baby IS and will be possible if you ... ummmm ... you know."

I heard the sound of some more shuffling then Klaus said.

"You can open your eyes now, love."

I slowly opened my eyes and realized Klaus had placed his shirt back on. I looked over at Hayley and saw she was holding her shirt together while staring at me in curiousity. I quickly looked down at my feet and waited patiently for Klaus' next order. I heard him sigh then say.

"Come and have a seat, love. We need to talk. Hayley, darling, go make yourself at home in one of the guest rooms."

I quickly shuffled over to sit on one of the couches and waited patiently until Hayley finally left. I kept my eyes glued on the floor until Klaus sat across from me. He then cleared his throat and said.

"Start talking, sweet-heart. I demand to know everything you know about this supposed child of mine, and why you are just now informing me of this."

I began trying to explain myself when Klaus interrupted and said.

"Look at me when you are speaking."

I sighed then lifted my head up stare at him and a small blush instantly coated my cheeks. After seeing him in such a compromising position, I would never look at him the same. But I had to tell him everything I knew for his own good. He had the right to know. I took a deep breath then said.

"It's like I told you. You're a hybrid, so you can have kids. You just have to ... umm ... conceive with another werewolf. In the show, when you first found out about the pregnancy you where completely thrown off guard and you were a bit mad. No, you were really pissed off. I just thought it would be best for you to actually DECIDE when you wanted to become a dad. Hayley doesn't love you and she probably never will. I thought ... I'd hoped that maybe if one day you decide you want a family that you could find someone that would actually ... LOVE you for you. You know? Like not judge you and say you're a monster, or whatever."

Klaus remained silent, but he seemed to be lost in his thoughts. I waited patiently for several minutes then decided to play with Chucky's hair and clothing. After a long wait, he finally snapped his head towards me and demanded almost angrily.

"Why did you wait until now to inform me of all of this?"

I gulped then slowly leaned back and replied honestly.

"Because I didn't remember. Do you remember when I first met all of you? I told you guys everything about Silas and the people that would die, but I also said I knew I was forgetting something important. The fact that you can procreate was that important fact. Seeing Hayley was what triggered my memory. She's your baby's mom."

Klaus then scowled at me and replied.

"Not in this reality she's not."

I stared directly into his eyes and asked.

"Does that mean that you're ... "

Klaus nodded then replied.

"You are right. It should be MY choice when I wish to become a father and with who. If I am to have a child, it shouldn't be with a drunken one-night stand."

Ouch. That was harsh. He then continued and said.

"I suppose I should be thanking you, love. Rest assured that your help will not be left unrewarded. What is that you want? A car? A house? More clothing? Damon's heart on a silver platter? Whatever it is, name it, and it's yours."

I immediately shook my head and was just about to refuse all gifts until an idea popped into my head. I gave him a small smile then said.

"Lift your, 'No Diamond in the kitchen' rule and we're even. I want to be able to make myself a snack without your servants kicking me out."

Klaus tilted his head to the side then said with a smirk.

"I was being serious."

I mirrored his look and replied.

"So was I."

Klaus stared at me intently for several seconds then chuckled and replied.

"Very well. I will let my servants know that you are allowed in the kitchen from now on. Come now, love. There must be something else you want."

I immediately shook my head in a negative, but then thought of something. I still needed to buy everything we would need to travel to the island. I wasn't exactly positive if we could get everything done in just one day. So, we might need some camping equipment and food just in case. Oh! I also had a bet to win. So, I needed to get some sort of video recorder. I gently bit my lip then asked politely.

"Well, I, and probably the rest of the Supernatural world, would be very thankful if you funded my trip to The Island."

Klaus raised an eyebrow at me and gave me a small smirk. I instantly began to wave my hands around nervously and said.

"Uh, I mean, you don't have to give me a lot. I could go shop at Wal-Mart, and get everything cheap."

Klaus simply chuckled at my nervousness then pulled out his wallet. He calmly stood from his chair then walked over to me and handed me a credit card with his name on it. I cautiously took the card from him and stuttered.

"I promise to go shop at Wal-Mart. I won't spend a lot. Only the necessities."

Klaus calmly took a step away from me then placed his hands behind his back and said with a smile.

"Nonesense, sweet-heart, purchase to your heart's desire and above. You've earned it."

With that, he turned away from me and began to walk out of the room muttering something about a shower. As soon as he was gone, I quickly stood up and placed his card in my front pocket. I then looked around the room and saw a grandfather clock. Hm, I still had a couple of hours before I had to meet Rubi.

Oh! I could download all of my favorite k-pop songs for today's lesson. I hugged Chucky tightly to my chest then walked out of the room towards the living room. I took a seat on the sofa then instantly began downloading as many songs as I could. I downloaded songs for about half an hour then decided I was bored.

Bored.

Bored ...

BORED?

WHERE ON EARTH WAS KOL!

I began to slightly panic and instantly rushed up the stairs yelling.

"Klaus! Klaus!"

I heard the sound of a door slam and Klaus instantly met me halfway. He was looking around the living room with a glare and he seemed upset. He then looked at me and asked.

"What seems to be the problem, love?"

"KOL! Where is Kol?"

I said in a panicked and scared tone. Where was he? What if the Scooby Gang killed him? What if someone daggered him? Oh! What if he was in trouble? Like kidnapped or something!

Klaus simply stared at me like I was insane then replied.

"He's at school, sweet-heart. Elijah had to practically drag him all the way there. He remotely refused to leave you by yourself and very nearly snapped my neck in the process of throw ... I mean escorting him outside. Both Bekah and Elijah were able to convince him to go to school today using several different methods. Elijah was mostly concerned for how our family would look if he missed too much school. Which Kol very politely stated he didn't care about. Rebekah, surprisingly, was the one to actually convince him by saying he needed to go and show the students why they should fear him, considering you will be enrolling in school tomorrow."

Yeah, that sounded like a very good reason for Kol to go to school. He wanted to make everyone cower at just the sound of his name. He wanted to give everyone very good reasons why they should fear Kol Mikaelson. That way when I went to school everyone would be too frightened to even breath in my direction. Kol wanted them to fear him, so that nobody would mess with me. I had to admit that was kind of sweet. In a kind of crazy twisted way, but that was Kol.

I calmed down significantly then gave a small sigh and replied.

"Thank you, Klaus. I thought for sure I would have some sort of panic attack."

Klaus merely smirked at me then ruffled my hair and walked back up the stairs saying.

"Now, don't go crazy on me, love. Rebekah and Kol are enough psychopaths for me at the moment."

I gave his back a small glare then stuck my tongue out at him. He surprised me by continuing to walk away then saying with a laugh.

"I would put that away before it is put to better use, sweet-heart!"

I instantly put my tongue away and flushed in embarrasement. Seriously, what a guy. I merely gave a small huff then walked back down the stairs. I took a seat on one of the couches and placed Chucky on my lap facing away from me. What to do? What to do? I looked around and finally decided the TV would be my source of entertainment.

I looked around the living room until I found the remote. I turned on the TV and scanned for something entertaining to watch. Surprisingly, they had all the same channels I had back home. Therefore, I settled for a channel that was passing re-runs of Supernatural. Seriously, if I wasn't such a Kol fan, I would definitely be a part of Team Dean. That man was just handsome and funny as heck.

I watched approximately three full episodes that were simply amazing. I had forgotten just how awesome Supernatural was when it first started. Heck, it was still awesome! Man, how I missed watching that show. The first thing I would do when all of this Silas deal was over would be to buy all of the Supernatural seasons on Blu-Ray. Actually, no. The first thing I would do would be to go ask Damon to give me my one grand then I would buy all the seasons.

I slowly stood up from the couch and stretched my sleepy muscles. I then pulled my phone out and checked the time. Crud! It was already four! I quickly grabbed Chucky from the sofa, placed my phone in my back pocket, and dashed towards the door. I quickly opened it then walked outside and began to walk down the street. I held Chucky tightly with both my arms wrapped around him and casually began to make my way more into town. Hopefully, I would make it to The Grill in time for me to meet Rubi.

I had been calmly walking down the road when I heard the sound of a car horn behind me. I casually disregarded it and continued to walk down the road like nothing. It was then that I saw a small, red, convertible begin to slow down beside me. The owner honked again and I sighed. I gave a casual side glance and was relieved to see it was only Stefan. I gave him a bright smile then walked over to the window and leaned down so he could see me. He smiled back then said.

"Need a ride?"

I gave a small smile then immediately said.

"I'm dating Kol."

At that, he nearly lost his footing on the brake and stuttered.

"You're dating Kol! As in, Klaus' brother, Kol!"

I gave a small laugh then replied proudly.

"Yep! He asked me out last night and I said yes. So, with that knowledge, does the offer still stand?"

Stefan then looked at me like I was dumb then immediately replied.

"Of course it does. Hope in."

I shrugged then said.

"Ok."

I then opened the door and easily slid inside. I then carefully adjusted the seatbelt to where it was covering both me and Chucky then said.

"Ok, I'm ready."

Stefan stared at both me and Chucky strangely for several seconds then said.

"Right."

He then began to drive quickly down the road and after several seconds asked.

"So, are you running away from Kol or something?"

I instantly looked over at him and replied shocked.

"No, I was just heading towards The Grill to meet up with my new friend."

Stefan gave me a small nod and simply continued driving. I then shifted slightly in the seat and said sincerely.

"Uh, Stefan. I wish to apologize to you about Kol. I swear I had no idea he would hurt you. I thought he had already moved on to someone new. I am truly and deeply sorry about what happened. I promise to make it up to you."

Stefan simply chuckled and replied.

"Don't worry about it. It's fine."

I quickly shook my head and stated firmly.

"No, it's really not. I'll make it up to you somehow."

Stefan simply smiled at me then said.

"Alright, if it'll make you feel better."

"It will."

It was then that we pulled up to The Grill and Stefan instantly zoomed out of the car and opened my door. I blinked at his speed then quickly removed my seatbelt and got out of the car. I gave him a small smile and said.

"Thanks, Stefan."

Stefan merely smiled then shut the door and said.

"No problem. Come on let's go inside."

I quickly nodded and walked towards the door. He once again beat me and opened it for me. Seriously, how could Elena leave a guy like him? He was awesome. He was no Kol, not by a long shot, but he was okay. I merely gave Stefan another small thanks and walked inside.

I slowly made my way towards the counter and decided to order something to eat. I hadn't eaten all day and I needed some food in me if I was going to be dancing. Therefore, I took a seat on one of the stools and one of the waiters quickly came to me. I gave her a small smile then said.

"Can I please have a cheeseburger and fries?"

The pretty dark-haired girl quickly wrote it down then asked.

"What would you like to drink? We have all different types of bourbon, tequila, and whisky."

I blinked at her then shook my head and said.

"Sorry, I don't drink. May I please have a Sprite?"

She looked up at me from her notepad and stated bluntly.

"Well, you're a first."

I frowned then asked in confusion.

"I'm sorry?"

She simply sighed and replied casually.

"You're the first teenager to come in here and not want me to get you some alcohol. I'll take a fake ID if you got one. I cover you, you cover me."

I blinked at her then replied calmly.

"Uh, no thanks. The Sprite will do."

She then shrugged uncaringly and replied.

"Suit yourself."

With that, she walked away to give my order to the cook. I then felt someone sit in the seat beside me and say.

"Not a drinker, huh?"

I turned towards Stefan and replied.

"Yeah, I don't like beer or any type of alcohol. Tried it once, never again. Besides, I'm underage. I'm only seventeen."

Stefan raised an eyebrow at me and replied smugly.

"So am I."

I quickly shook my head and replied.

"No, you're not. You're over 150 years old, 168 to be exact."

Stefan merely shook his head then looked away and said.

"It still amazes me how you know so much about all of us, yet we know very little about you."

I gave a small shrug and replied calmly.

"I'm psychic. I know about everybody, but in order to stay alive I need to remain a mystery. I was just lucky Kol found me and not some other psychotic monster who would for sure use me then kill me. Kind of like your jerk of an ancestor Silas."

At that, Stefan froze then turned to stare at me in horror and asked.

"What do you mean MY ancestor Silas?"

I simply blinked at him and replied.

"Didn't I tell you? You're his doppleganger. Therefore, he's your descendant. If the situation were different, I bet it would've been pretty awesome to brag in history class how an all powerful immortal was your descendant. Alas, he just has to be some psycho who wants to bring hell on earth."

I then gave a casual shrug and said.

"Eh, there's always at least one psycho in every family."

Stefan merely gawked at me for several seconds and I asked.

"What?"

He quickly shook his head and said.

"You didn't tell me about this because ... "

I merely frowned at him and said.

"I thought it would've been obvious. Elena is Katherine's doppleganger, and Katherine is Elena's descendant. I thought it would've been two plus two for you."

Stefan then looked away embarassed and sighed. I simply gave a small smile and said.

"Still you gotta admit that having someone like Silas as a descendant is pretty tight. Take away the destruction of The Other Side and the world and you got a pretty bad-ass family member for Career Day."

Stefan then gave me a small glare and said.

"That's not funny."

I rolled my eyes and replied.

"Oh, come on, Stefan. Laugh a little. I know this is serious business and stuff, but that doesn't mean we can't have a good laugh about it. I can just imagine Mr. God's Gift To Earth standing in your history class messing with the blinds and setting things on fire just for kicks."

Stefan raised an eyebrow and asked curiously.

"God's Gift To Earth?"

I was about to reply when the waitress returned with my drink and my plate of food. Man, it smelled good. I was so hungry. I quickly munched on several fries then took a drink of my Sprite. Wow, that hit the spot. I then turned to Stefan and continued.

"Yeah, Silas is cocky as hell. You think Damon's bad? He's got nothing compared to that arrogant immortal."

I then grabbed my burger and took a small bite out of it and quickly wiped my mouth. I then remembered how Silas had told probably the best joke in history and decided to share it with Stefan.

"You know, he's actually quite the comedian too. This is a joke he told Damon and Jeremy once. It goes, "Knock, Knock."

Stefan then asked.

"Who's there?"

"The mayor."

"The mayor who?"

I then looked directly at him and replied the same way Silas did.

"No one! No one is there because I killed the mayor."

Stefan didn't even crack a smile. He merely frowned and replied.

"What a dick."

I instantly busted out laughing and said in between laughs.

"That's exactly what Jeremy said!"

My laughter began to slowly subside and I quickly added.

"Don't forget, Stefan. He's your descendant and you're his doppleganger."

Stefan merely huffed in annoyance then looked away saying.

"Don't remind me."
