Since it has been over a year and a half without an update (sorry!) I feel obligated to warn people that this will contain: excessive cursing, non-con situations, potential drug usage, and a whole slew of other unhealthy things. My very disturbing 'thing' with the Undertaker being all crazy and obsessive, and wanting people for no darn good reason, is also present.

Ft. Shawn Michaels/OC, Trips, 'Taker, and probably more.

Also, this is sort of a 'filler / getting back into it' chapter because I haven't worked on any wrestling fic in awhile, been mostly sticking to the Supernatural and Dragon Age fandoms, bad Ly, I know.

2: Single White Female

RAW: 1999
January 25

"You know, this just seems wrong."

"What? Me joining the Corporation?" Fallon shot Hunter a look over her shoulder, arching a black eyebrow when he nodded. "You'll be tagging along soon enough."

"That's me, tag-a-long." He joked lamely, watching as she went back to lacing her boots. Fallon was still iffy with him after last year's events. Granted, he hadn't handled the situation –Shawn needing rehab, her losing her mind- the way he should have but… just who the hell sprang a situation like that on a person? Seriously, he didn't even like Shawn and he had still sort of stepped up to the plate for Fallon.

Look where that had gotten him. They had treated him like an outcast for most of the year, Fallon the first to eventually start coming around and acknowledging him as more than 'that dick' and her DX companion. Now, with Shawn gone, he was hoping they could go back to being friends, or something along those lines, but… he had to get past being awkward first. "Look, Fallie…"

Sighing, Fallon finished with her laces and stood up, extending her arms. "Okay, come give Fallie a hug." She groaned when he did, patting his shoulders. "To hard, to hard, Fallie needs to breathe!"

Grinning, he let go of her, feeling like maybe they could get over last year. He wasn't even allowed to visit them in Texas, not that he was overly keen on that idea anyway, and Fallon had point blank refused to let him come to the Maine house is Shawn was going to be there. Things would change, Shawn had pulled him aside only a few nights ago, demanding that he protect Fallon. Obviously, he had agreed, she was his friend. His unrequited love –he really was pathetic- and as long as it didn't involve Shawn needing rehab for his many, many issues, Hunter was on board.

Tonight's game plan was for him to face Rocky in an 'I Quit' match with Fallon defecting to the Corporation. Storyline bullshit. Anyone who actually knew Fallon knew she could not stand Dwayne and would have gladly fed him that stupid belt if she could. "You going to be able to do it?"

"I'm working with Glen mostly, I'll be fine."

"That's a disturbing little storyline."

"Trust me, I know." It was probably a good thing that she wasn't widely known as Mrs. Michaels or else it would have seemed weirder then it already was. Of course, she was known as Shawn's sometimes play fling, they had done their share of inappropriate flirting and making out in the ring on occasion. Come to think of it, probably not that smart considering she was still considered Hunter's main… whatever. Valet worked she supposed. She was seriously considering making them announce her as Fallon Michaels from here on out.

"All right, let's go get this ball of bullshit rolling."

Fallon watched in amusement as Luna made them both up beds on her hotel room floor, wondering if the other woman was serious. She was tired, sort of, mostly because nights after a pay-per-view were usually done running on fumes, but also because she had spent an hour on the phone with Shawn, who didn't seem very happy about the storyline with her and Corporation. She may have neglected to mention that to him but honestly, with entering the Royal Rumble and him heading off for surgery, it had sort of slipped her mind.

That and he tended to get jealous about the fact that her career was beginning to take off now that his was winding down.

"A slumber party? Don't you think we're a bit to old for that?" She asked, shrugging when she simply got a 'nope' in return. "You're insane, Looney."

"You go get your bath, and I'm going to go use my tub, steal the extra blankets and pillows, and then come back here. We can order a movie, some take-out, and talk about our men's junk. How's that?"

That… actually worked for her. "Be back in thirty or I'm going to order porn without you."

"Anything good playing?"

"Gay alien cowboys."

Luna considered that, finally nodding. "I'll bring popcorn."

RAW
February 1, 1999

"Shane, Fallon, Fallon, Shane."

"Hi."

"Pleasure to meet you." Shane extended his hand, smiling when Fallon took it, pleased with her firm grip. From all the griping his dad did, he would have expected her to be a total bitch but… from what he had seen of her, she seemed okay. A bit of a card, but considering she was a former member of DX, and Shawn Michael's wife, that was to be expected. "So, we're going to be working together for a while."

She nodded, taking her hand back and clasped it behind her back with the other one, trying not to rock in her heels boots as Vince just stared at her. It was obvious he was waiting for her to do or say something, probably in retaliation of his denying her time off to go be with Shawn. Joke was on him, Fallon could behave when she had to.

When it seemed like she was going to play nicely, Vince excused himself. He wasn't scheduled to "be" at RAW. "Shane…" He stopped, glancing back at Fallon, frowning. She was not as innocent as she looked, especially with that damn whorish red lipstick. "Watch her."

"Me?" She mouthed, pointing to herself, green eyes wide.

"Yes, sir." Shane said seriously, waiting until Vince had walked away to start laughing. "What did you do to him?"

"It is a very long list, and I will be happy to discuss it with you, after we go over what we're doing tonight."

"So, Frogger, how did it go?"

Fallon caught the bottle of water Hunter tossed her, scowling when he then chucked a second. Flipping him off, she cradled the phone between her ear and shoulder, opening a bottle and took a long swallow. "It went fine, I think. Huntie boy got to trash talk me-"

"After she cuddled with Shane!"

"After I cuddled with Shane." She added, deciding to use the second bottle as a missile and launched it, smirking when it hit her much taller friend square in the jaw. "Suck on that, Levesque."

"Fallon…" Shawn sounded annoyed, and exasperated. "Stop playing with your bitch and focus on me instead."

He sounded in a mood and she shook her head at Hunter, gesturing for him to quit his whining. "Shawn, not to sound mean, but who pissed in your IV?"

"Not in the mood, Frogger."

"Well, I gathered that cowboy. I don't understand why you're in such a damn bad mood though. I get you're probably in pain but…"

"It's not that."

"Are you having issues with my career again?" She knew she was right when he sighed into the phone, genuinely feeling bad for her husband. To have his career end the way it had, that had to suck, especially when there was so much more in him. At the same time, however, she couldn't give up on hers either. She loved what she did, and now she had a chance to become something other than the DX chic.

"And the men." He admitted.

"And the- Shane?"

"Well Fallon, you're working with all these guys… it's like… you're single or somethin'."

"Single white female, that's me."

"You're not funny. Why can't you work with Terri and Jackie? Or Luna?"

"Because I am not about to join PMS and Luna is… Luna." Luna had a tendency to get in trouble with the higher-ups, and while Fallon loved wrestling her friend, there was no way she'd put her career in jeopardy by siding with her friend. "That and I get to actually see more action then the other women."

"By mixing it up with the men."

She was wondering when that was going to be thrown out there. Yes, she was on the small side. She wasn't a strapping 200 lb. female with huge muscles and all that jazz, but she was quick, and she was learning how to use her size to her advantage. A lot of that was thanks to Hunter and his insistence that she resume training and exercising with him, like she had before Shawn entered the picture. She had even remembered how to do some of the holds he had taught her a few years ago, talk about rusty as hell. "Better not watch next week's show then."

"Why?"

"Steve is going to stun my ass."

He hung up.
