cregan's pov
I saw olivia in the bullpen. I was about to go see her when she walked in rubbing her arm.
"Hi Liv" I said
"Hi captain I just wanted to let you know i was here." she said
"Liv close pleas close the door?" I said
"OK why?" she asked as she closed the door
"nothing I'm fine" she said
olivia?" I said
what I'm fine." she said
olivia turn in your gun you are on desk duty tel you talk with Tucker and gorge and they both are convinced that you are telling the truth." I said
what why I am fine." she said starring out the window at Amaro
as she started to rub her arm subconsciously.
Then tell me why you where rubbing your arm in the bull pin, when you came in here and now." a asked and she stopped rubbing her arm.
I'm fine I wasn't doing that!" she said with fear in her voice still starring at Amaro.
Fine gun then." I said
fine!" she screamed giving me her gun then storming out of my office.
Olivia's pov
I was storming out of the captain's office when amaro asked if we could talk in the interrogation room.
Can't I have to talk to Tucker then gorge ." I said half way up the stairs.
Catching up he grabbed my arm and said "now olivia Nicole Benson" and I saw Tucker get up and follow us
Tucker's pov:
Amaro grabbed Olivia's arm after catching up to her, he said " now Olivia Nicole Benson" I got up to followed them.
When I get where I can see them walking though the bullpen I can see he let her go.
When they got to the interrogation room he grabbed both of her wrist and threw her down on the table and tore her jeans off and then her panties.
"now you stay quite and this will be over faster got it" he told her.
"OK" she said starting to cry as he climbed on her and had sex with her.
I went to talk to Cragen and said "you better get George down her now."
"why" Cragen said.
"Because I said so I want him there when Benson talks to me" I said.
"she hasn't talked to you yet?" Cragen asked.
"no she got diverted by Amaro. I think they are dating and he is abusing her" I said.
Olivia's pov
After Amaro finished raping me. He went and got my extra set of clothes from my locker then he told me "to get changed.
When I finished Cragen said "Tucker and George are waiting in interrogation one."
"Captain why the interrogation room" I asked, scared to go in there and he seemed to notice.
"Why not the interrogation room" he asked.
"The interrogation room is fine but don't let anyone in the observation room or your office I yelled walking toward the interrogation room.
Tuckers pov
"Hi' boys she said closing the door and leaning against it.
"Hi Liv" George said.
"Come sit down" I said.
"No thanks I'm good" she said.
"Detective are you dating Amaro?" I asked.
"What no I am not" said rubbing her arm again.
"Why do you rub your arm every time someone says Amaro's name?" I asked.
"I don't" she said as she quit rubbing her arm and sat down.
"Fine you what to play this game ill just tell Cragen to keep you on desk duty." i getting up to go to the door
"no ill tell you anything you want just get me off of desk duty!" she yelled starting to cry
"OK the truth right?" I asked feeling bad for making her cry
"yes" she said still crying
"are you dating Amaro?" I asked aging
"yes." she cries
"how long have you been dating?" I ask
"about three years." she cries
"is he abusing you?" I ask
"no!" she cried
"OK I have to go talk to Cragen ." i said
"OK but take George with you!" she cried
"when we got to cregan's office he asked "how is she ?"
"she admitted to the relationship ." I said
"how long?" he asked
"about three years." I said
"what about your suspicion of the abuse?" he asked
"no shes not admitting to it." I said
"shes afraid of telling. She would rather be on desk duty then risk getting hit again I saw it in her eyes when Tucker asked about the abuse." George said
"why?" Cragen asked
"he has her completely under his control in a sick way he owns her. Nine months ago he only had control of her home life. when Elliot left you needed a new detective so he took advantage and took the job. Working here he knows if she is really here or not. Being her partner there together at all times which only gives him more control." George said
"well let's take some control away from him. They know the rules and they are braking them. Transfer one out preferably him. We need to keep an eye on her." I said
"well im not losing my best detective over a relationship. What about her desk duty?" Cragen asked
"give her limited field work." I said.
