~Yukio's POV~
I woke up to find a blurry picture of the bed above me. I blinked a few times before pulling my glasses from the dresser, putting them on. I blinked a few times and turned on my side, and I saw my brother still asleep. His chest rose and fell steadily and he almost looked like his old self. He wasn't pale anymore and he looked healthy again. I sighed to myself, figuring the others were probably up already. I hope Shiemi doesn't get in trouble… Normally her mom needs her help in the shop, and she probably wants to get back to her garden. I quickly dressed and was about to pull my shirt on when I noticed the appendage swinging around behind me. I had forgotten I had a tail now.
I sighed, trying to wrap it around my chest like Rin does. To my luck, it worked out fine. I sighed with satisfaction as I put my shirt on, heading to the kitchen, which already was occupied by Bon, Konekomaru, and Izumo.
"Everyone else is still asleep?" I looked at each of their faces as I sat down. Izumo rolled her eyes and rested her head in the palm of her hand, while Bon and Konekomaru both nodded.
"You're going to mass, right?" Izumo tilted her head slightly at me.
I nodded. "You guys?" They all nodded as well. "Shiemi most likely will have to go back to the Exorcist Supply Shop, but Shima is also coming with us." Konekomaru stated.
I nodded. "Rin will probably sleep through it, but I'll go, too."
"Alright, see you later, then, Yukio. We're going to try and figure out how to make breakfast since Rin's asleep."
I smirked a little. "I'm eating breakfast, too. I should probably come." Bon shrugged. "Whatever, Okumura-sensei."
We all walked into the kitchen. After a while everyone else came downstairs and saw us in the kitchen.
And the gigantic mess we had made.
"Yuki-chan!" Shiemi laughed, entering the kitchen. "What are you guys making?"
"Yeah, I can't tell what you're making." Shima laughed, rubbing the back of his head.
"We were going to try and make pancakes, but it became a mess…" I rubbed the back of my head. "Do you think we should just clean this up and get a meal somewhere?"
Everyone nodded in agreement as we agreed to meet up at the church once everyone had gotten their meal, wherever they were going to get it.

Awhile later everyone met up in front of the church. It was about 10 in the morning, so we were just going to wait around for the service to start. We quickly finished our food outside and took our seats inside, getting ready for it to start.

We all left the church building. "Where are all you guys going now?" I questioned.
"Well, I have to return to the Exorcist Supply Shop. I'll see you guys later!" Shiemi waved goodbye and ran around the back of the church, putting her Exorcist key into the keyhole on the door in the back, closing the door behind her after she turned the key.
Shima sighed. "I think me, Shima, and Konekomaru should head back. We have a test in normal school tomorrow, so we should get back and study." Shima whined but Konekomaru nodded in agreement as they began to walk away.
"Paku is probably worried about me at this point, so I should probably head back, too." Izumo sighed, about to walk away.
"Izumo?" I called before she could vanish from sigh.
"Yes, Okumura-sensei?"
"I though you said we were going to interrogate Nii-san."
She sighed. "He put off all his plans just to hang out with us, which means it's something he's doing out of choice. When has that idiot ever purposely betrayed us?" She smirked.
I felt my eyes widen with realization. "So it was interrogation in disguise." I shook my head slightly, feeling a slight grin come onto my face. "You're smart, you know that, Izumo?"
She just smirked again and walked off. I sighed and headed back to the dorm room, to find Rin had face-planted on the kitchen table.
"Nii-Chan?" I shook him a little. He groaned a little bit and weakly tried to shake my shoulder off. I grinned.
"Oi, Nii-Chan, it's 1 in the afternoon. C'mon, we both want lunch." I shook him a little more.
"Hnngh?" He lifted his head slightly, blinking several times. "Oi… moley four-eyes, whatcha doin'?" He mumbled, rubbing his face sleepily.
"Well, first of all, I'd like to have lunch, and I think you would, too. Plus, you haven't seen Kuro in days, and he misses you."
"Kuro?" He mumbled, before his eyes widened in realization. "KURO!" He shrieked, face-palming. The cat-sidhe ran into the room, leaping on the table and biting Rin's nose.
It's about time you talked to me again! I missed you, Rin! He sniffled, tears running down his face. "Kuro, I'm really sorry!" He whined, hugging Kuro tightly.
R-I-I-I-I-N! The cat cried again, licking his face affectionately.
I couldn't help but smile at this. "So, who wants lunch?" He smiled. "I do." I smirked, raising a hand. Me too! Kuro cried. He turned around, and tucked some of his hair behind his ear. I squinted a little, and I saw a small fox earring in his ear.
"Nii-Chan, what's that?" I kept staring at the earring.
"What's what, four-eyes?" He turned around, still smiling. The earring was shining in the light.
"That earring." I gestured to it.
"Oh, this?" He tugged at it a little. "I found it in a store a month or two ago, and I thought it was pretty cool, so I got my ear pierced so I could wear it. Neat, right?"
"Oh…" I sighed, feeling relieved. "Oh, well. I'm sure we're all hungry, and you missed breakfast, so could you please make our lunch?"
He rubbed the back of his head. "Sure, four-eyes!" He headed into the kitchen, quickly making lunch.

Hours later, we were just lounging around in our rooms.
"There's nothing to do~" Rin moaned, swiveling in his chair.
I sighed, rolling my eyes as I continued to make lesson plans. A sudden voice brought me out of my thoughts. "You didn't do it yet, four-eyes?"
"No, why?"
"Well, I just thought that, y'know, you're you. I thought that I might've been finished by now. And by that, I mean I thought it would've been finished on Friday."
I smirked. "I was busy that day."
"Busy with what?"
"Nothing in particular." Even after what Izumo said, I still felt the need to strike at him so I might get a little bit of an explanation. Curiosity killed the cat, true, but satisfaction brought it back.
He fell silent for a moment, his expression suddenly becoming serious, almost to the point where it was scary.
"Nii-Chan?" I mumbled, staring at his face. He leaned his head forward slightly, his posture having straightened as his face shadowed slightly. "Yukio…" He started, seemingly looking for words.
I waited patiently for him to speak again, almost anxious.
He sighed, restarting. "Yukio, I know that I haven't really been explaining where I have been going, what I've been doing, and I know I've been acting weird." He paused, and I could tell he was looking at me. His blue eyes seemed to glow a little underneath the shadow of his hair.
"I know that it's aggravating on your part." He stood up, placing a hand on my arm.
"I know that it might be hard to understand why I don't want to tell you, but I do want you to know that nothing is wrong. Just…" He pulled me to my feet.
"Please trust me, little bro. Like when we were little." He pulled me into a hug and had one arm around the middle of my back, one arm around the back of my head, and his tail wrapped around my knees.
"Just… please." He whispered into my ear. I could hear his voice shaking a little. I hugged him back, and we just stood there for a while.
After what seemed like hours, his grip loosened on me and mine on him. I could tell his eyes were somewhat wet, so I decided not to push it. "We… We should probably go to sleep." He mumbled, grabbing a pair of boxers and a green shirt, going to the bathroom.
I sighed and decided to use the other bathroom on this floor, grabbing my own clothes to sleep in and going to the bathroom on the other side of the floor.
By the time I came back he was already in his bed, sleeping. I sighed, getting into my own bed and falling asleep almost instantly, but not without a final thought.
'Just what is going through your head, Nii-Chan?'
