If Gabriel was upset, no one would ever have known. He put a smile on his face and told a shit load of jokes just like he would any other day. Castiel could feel it though. The omega rested his hand on his alpha brothers, resting his head on his shoulder. "I love you," he whispers.

Gabriel responded with a small chuckle. "I love you too."

Dean found him in the morning but Castiel felt the need to stay with Gabriel. He had had it the worst back when they lived with Naomi and Zachariah. No doubt he felt all of it weighing down on him. They all sat in the commons tables together; for the most part they were quiet aside from the occasion jokes.

When the bell rang Castiel and Gabriel held a very long hug.

"Don't do anything stupid today," Castiel urges.

"I won't."

Dean gave his boyfriend a confused look. "Is everything okay?"

"Naomi and my father have striked again. I'm not sure on the outcome of this one. If they win custody they're taking us back to California, Dean."

"How the fuck could they ever win?" His hands tightened to fists unfortunately Castiel's hand was in his own.

"Dean you're hurting me," he whines pulling at his hand, the alpha automatically loosened his hold.

"Sorry baby."

"They've convinced Michael that if he doesn't give us up that he'll loose and won't be able to see us ever again. My father said that if I don't tell the judge that Michael and Gabriel are lying that he won't let me speak with you ever again. I don't know what to do anymore. I don't want to go to California and I don't want to live with them but if they win and I don't lie then I won't ever be able to see you again or hear your voice. I love you Dean, I don't want to leave you."

"Have you told Michael what he said?"

"No, he'd just tell me to tell the truth."

Dean and Castiel bid farewell at the gym doors and Dean was having a hard time letting him go. Everything the omega had said was running through his mind. He had to do something, he couldn't just watch as his boyfriend was ripped from his home, from his brothers, from him.

When he got home that night he immediately picked up his phone and called the number imprinted into his mind. "Dad?"

"What's wrong?"

"I need your help."

Lucifer was lying on the couch when Castiel got home after spending an hour after school with Dean.

"Where are Gabriel and Michael?"

"They're not here, Michael decided to go speak with a lawyer and Gabriel is probably off getting drunk."

Castiel nodded. "I'll be in my room." He really wished the alpha would stop coming here. His father was shit though so even if Michael wasn't home, he still spent most of his time here.

"Or you could come over here." Lucifer sat up and patted the spot next to him.

"Why would I do that?"

"You don't want what I've done getting out any more than I do. Imagine how bad that would look in court for Michael."

"Michael would never speak with you again."

"Do you really want to test that theory?"

"Stay away from me Lucifer." The omega snarled at the alpha. "If you come near me again, I will tell Michael."

"Oh Castiel get over it, I barely touched you. You're acting as if I raped you."

"Fuck off!"

"Castiel," Lucifer says firmly. "Get over here."

"No."

They both stared at each other for the longest period of time.

"I'm going to my room," Castiel announces walking past him and towards his room.

"You little shit!" Lucifer lunged at him knocking him to the ground.

Castiel yelped squirming under him. "Get off of me!"

"No."

"Lucifer get off of me, please." Tears started to run down the blue eyed teens face. "Please. You don't want to do this."

"That's where you are wrong."

"NO!" Castiel grabbed at the table gripping a mug that had been placed there and smacked the alpha across the head with it, hard. He used the few seconds he had to run from him and towards his room. He slammed the door and let out a cry when he remembered Michael didn't allow him to have a lock on it. "No!" He pressed his body against it sliding down to the floor and bracing his feet against the floor. He was expecting the push and his body slid as the door opened. The omega cowered away, tears now running down his face.

Lucifer looked down at him and sighed as they connected eyes. He opened his mouth to speak when the phone rang. "Get the phone."

The blue eyed boy nodded getting up making a huge loop around Lucifer as he went to the living room. "Hello?"

"Cas! I have great news! I can help you with your dad."

Castiel locked eyes with Lucifer as he entered the room. "Really? That's great, Dean!" His voice still shook.

"What's wrong? Do you need me to come over?"

"I'm fine."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

"Okay. My dad is coming to town next weekend and he's going to talk to Michael about everything."

"Thank you Dean, thank you so much."

"Hang up," Lucifer orders.

Castiel wanted to squeal in happiness. He wouldn't have to live with his father but Lucifer was ruining it. "Dean?"

"Yeah Cas?"

"Thank you, you have no idea how much I appreciate this but I have to go."

"Oh okay. Bye love you."

"I love you too." Castiel slowly set the phone down, gulping as he did so.

Lucifer watched him for a while longer. "Why the fuck do you make this so hard?"

"Because I feel nothing for you! Before you started doing this, you were another one of my big brothers, now you're just a monster and an ass."

"You think so do you?"

"Yes."

"Fine." Lucifer sighed, grabbing his coat from the couch and leaving.

Castiel let out a huge sigh of relief, practically crying.
