A few days after returning from Mexico when things were just getting back to normal Scott asked Liam to bring Mason to a pack meeting at his house. Liam wasn't really sure how to berk it to his best friend so he invited him to stay over on the Friday after school. It was something they did a lot staying over with each other especially when Liam's Step Dad had to work late.

Liam and Mason had spent most of the night playing video games so they ended up sleeping late. Liam was woken by a phone call from Scott at 10 that morning asking if they needed a ride over to his house. Liam said to him "nah we should be good it's not too far, it's a shorter distance then to school actually."

Mason stirred and said "what's a shorter distance then to school?"

Liam then said "Scott's house from here."

Mason then said "why are you talking about Scott's house then?"

Liam then said to Scott on the phone "will be over around noon we just got up, I gota go see you then." And hung up the phone and turned to Mason and said "you've been asking me what's going on with me and you want to know more about what Danny and Lydia were on about when you were in the school with the berserker?"

Mason nodded and said "yeah but why does this have to involve Scott?"

Liam then said "we're going over to his house to meet some other people involved in this too."

*- At the McCall house -*

Logan and Jeff pulled up in Jeff's car just as the twins pulled up on their Bikes. Logan then said to Jeff "when I come back here to live I'm going to get my Harley out of storage."

Jeff then said "why does that not surprise me that you have a Harley. Then again before you were bitten I would have figured you were some sort of tree hugging hippie who wouldn't even think of such a thing."

Logan then said "is that some cark about me being a vegan and driving a volt?"

Jeff then said "you were a vegan for a month I figured you'd grab some bacon in the cafe at some point anyway."

Logan then said "very funny did you take bets with people on that one?"

Jeff said "yeah but I lost."

Logan replied "so you thought I would stick with it then?"

Jeff said "yeah kind of you probably would have if you hadn't been bitten though."

Logan said "yeah but I did kind of miss bacon, oddly sometimes I would think about having a veggie burger with bacon on it."

Jeff said "yeah decently the farthest thing from a vegan now."

Logan laughed as he made his way into the house.

When they came in they could smell bacon frying as Melissa said "Scott's putting some burgers on and I making some bacon just in case we don't have enough meat for you guys."

Jeff then said "so in other words a vegetarians or vegans nightmare?

Melissa then said "I was going to do some veggie burgers if any does want them too."

Logan then said "warp one in bacon for me and I'm good."

Scott then replied "I think Allison might have one too without the bacon."

Just then Allison came in and said "have what without bacon?"

Melissa then said "were doing some burgers and I have some veggie burgers as well."

Scott then added "Loggie said he'd have one wrapped in bacon."

Logan then said "what I was a vegan for a month and I still like the taste of them too but adding bacon makes them better."

Liam and Mason then came in, Melissa was wondering why both of them were there she first looked to Logan who mouthed to her "Scott will explain." Liam then said to Logan "you were a vegan? When did you stop?"

Logan said "when I had a little run in with a couple of guys in the woods one night." Liam knew exactly what he was referring to well Mason seemed to be wondering what he meant by that. Melissa figured that one of them must know something about the supernatural stuff, otherwise they wouldn't be there.

Ethan and Aiden looked over to him and said "sorry about that."

Logan laughed a he said "you two can stop apologising for that it wasn't your fault ok."

Scott then came over and said "Mom this is Liam he's on the lacrosse team with us."

Melissa then nodded and said "uh huh so is their more to this then just lacrosse then?"

Scott said "yeah but were going to talk about it after lunch."

Danny, Lydia, Stiles, Malia, Derek and the Sheriff were the last to arrive. The Sheriff was wondering why the new comers were their just as much as Melissa was. They both noticed the others seemed to know already even Danny. Both Melissa and the Sheriff knew that Mason must know something as he was there in the school with Lydia and Danny with a berserker, what Liam knew was the puzzle. Although when Logan made a reference to Ethan and Aiden being involved in him getting the bite Liam seemed to know more than Mason did about that.

After having lunch everyone took a seat in the living room Scott then said "some of you know why your here well some of you don't and some of you are probably guessing at something. Um first we kind of need to bring someone up to speed on some things."

Scott and the rest of the pack then told some rough details about werewolves and the supernatural stuff to bring Mason up to date on things.

Scott then said "ok so now you know all this stuff you're probably wondering what does this have to do with me or why am I here."

Mason seemed to be wondering what all this stuff was well Scott continued and said "the night when Liam got hurt during Lacrosse he got taken up to the roof by a creature called a windago who was going to kill him and well I was trying to help him back up the windago grabbed my arms so the only way I could still hold onto Liam was to use my teeth and I ended up turning him into a werewolf."

Melissa turned to him and also looked at Logan and said "is this what you wanted Scott to tell me?"

Logan nodded and said "it wasn't my place to tell you."

Melissa then was about to say something about him being the older brother when Logan said "I didn't tell you because I thought it was better for him to tell you when he was ready to plus I don't like snitching on him anymore like I did when he was younger. He makes his own choices now. "

Mason then asked "ok so what exactly does being a werewolf mean?"

Liam then said "well I can do things a lot faster now, I can hear things I couldn't before, and also can smell things."

Ethan then said "another example is as one you can tell people apart by their natural sent and you can usually tell if they are a werewolf too."

He then turned to him and said "so were all of you bitten by Scott then?"

Aiden then said "Ethan, Myself, Malia, Jeff and Derek were all born wolves."

Logan then said "I got bitten by an Alpha that Ethan and Aiden used to be in a pack with."

Isaac said "I was bitten by Derek but he kicked me out so I joined Scott."

Jeff then said "I'm kind of a bit of a weirdo in the werewolf world as I have traits of both a born one and bitten one. Like for example one of the really random things is I'm a diabetic plus it was harder for me to learn to shift then the rest of my family."

Derek then said "interesting we had a few humans in my family."

Logan said "yeah tell me about it." He then said "Ok um there are some things I haven't really been honest about."

Stiles then said "wait let me guess you're not really Scott's brother but just someone poising as him to gain our trust before you kill us all and kidnap him and take him to Deucalion."

Logan said "um as interesting as that sounds no I am not in league with Deucalion I've never even met him. I made a promise to Kyle and to Talia both his and Derek's mother that I wouldn't tell the secret about their family unless they specifically knew. I had two reasons why I left town when I did one was my girlfriend dyeing and the other was my best friend being burned alive." He then turned to Jeff and said "I wasn't exactly honest with you when I woke up that night after I was bitten I lied about not knowing about werewolves."

Jeff then said "don't worry about it I understand you made a promise to someone very special and you kept it, I guess well were all telling dark secrets about our past I have one I haven't told anyone other than my Dad. Sometime towards the end of June I was approached by Deucalion he knew about Logan and told me I should kill him and join his pack of Alphas on their mission to bring Derek and Scott McCall into his pack." All eyes were on him as he said "I kept silent about it because I wanted Logan to find out about Scott from him just like how Logan didn't say anything about Liam to his Mom or anyone else. Well except for me because he knew I wouldn't say anything to them. Also I didn't want him to do something stupid and get hurt."

Ethan then said "I couldn't imagine you killing Logan to join Deucalion."

Jeff then said "yeah the more likely thing would be he'd kill me I may be taller than him by four inches but he's way stronger than me."

Scott then said "tell, me about it my tail bone still hurts from when he slammed me into the table back in Mexico."

Logan then said "sorry about that Scotty I thought you were a berserker."

Scott then said "its ok you're forgiven. Kate before she turned me into one said she would have liked for you to be the one who killed me and to see the look on your face."

Logan then said "she said that? I sewer to god I so want to kill her now and rip her limb from limb I don't care what it does to the colour of my eyes."

Liam then said "so your eye colour can change then?"

Logan then said "yeah if you become an Alpha or you um do something else."

Ethan then said "Scott you need to tell him sooner or later."

Aiden then said "now's as good a time as any."

Scott then said "ok so red is for an Alpha," as both him and Jeff changed their eye colour, "Gold is for a Beta," as Logan and Isaac both flashed theirs, "and the third." He paused well he looked at Derek Ethan, Aiden and Malia who all had blue eyes. He noticed the twins had some flecks of red in them too.

Derek then said "it means you took an innocent life. Sometimes there are good reasons as to why a werewolf takes one for example when I was young and stupid I had another werewolf bite a girl I liked and she died in my arms because she rejected the bite."

Melissa then said "that must have been hard for you."

Derek said "yeah my Mom helped me with it a lot though."

Logan said "yeah she was great she was always there when you needed someone to talk to if you didn't know where else to turn."

Melissa then said "you talked to her over me."

Logan said "no but I did talk to her a bit after my girlfriend died and then she got killed in the fire."

Liam then said to Ethan and Aiden "so who did you guys kill?"

Ethan then said "it doesn't really matter."

Isaac then said "it was Boyd right?"

Aiden said "no our eyes were blue before that at least they would have been if we weren't Alphas then."

Mason then said "so did you guys kill anyone else at school?"

The Sheriff replied "no they didn't and you also have to remember most werewolf related deaths end up being classified as a wild animal attack. So we can't really put one in jail."

Malia then said "yeah tell me about it just in case you're wondering I killed my adopted family when I changed during a full moon."

Stiles then said "and then she got stuck as a coyote for about 8 years."

Mason then asked "so can that happen to Liam then?"

Ethan then said "it's possible but he's learning to control it plus he has all of us here to teach him Malia was kind of an odd case."

Malia then turned to Logan and said "you knew the Hales did you ever hear anything about my Mom from them?"

Logan then said "not really I met Kyle when I was four and in kindergarten plus Peter was older then Derek and I never really saw him around the Hale house often."

Stiles then said "so if you knew Derek sort of do you know how old he is?"

Logan said "I'm not really sure but he was a senior when I started at Beacon Hill High School," he then turned to Derek and said "I was about 14 then so that would have made you about 18 then?"

Derek said "close enough I was 19 then I started school late so I was older then everyone else. So what exactly happened with the basketball team? When I left we had won sate for almost forever."

Logan replied "um they weren't really that good after you left and when I started in freshman year was when Coach Finstock started the Lacrosse team. When I was a sophomore we won our first championship and the rest of the school kind started gaining interest in us. Half way through that season our Captain got hurt badly and everyone for some reason looked to me to lead the team. The next year I got made the Captain after I proved to Coach that I could lead the team both on and off the field."

Liam then said "so wait you were a Captain when you were a sophomore too?"

Logan then said "I was an assistant Captain actually but when our Captain got hurt everyone looked to me and I stepped up to fill in for him. It's not really as impressive as my little bro Scotty her being Co captain as a sophomore."

Liam then said "that's still pretty cool, maybe I can be a co captain or even captain someday."

Scott said "you probably will after all I only have one more year."

Logan said "yeah I guess senor year starts in September for you guys."

Scott said "yeah I just want to finish junior year first."

Logan then said "yeah that's always good to do to."

Melissa who seemed oddly silent for most of the conversation looked at the time and said "I have to go to work soon you guys are welcome to stay as long as you like." She then turned to Liam and said "your dad works at the hospital right, does he know about you?"

Liam then said "he's my Step Dad actually told him or my Mom about it I'm not really sure how to tell them."

Melissa said "just don't tell them how Scott ended up telling me."

Jeff then said "ok you've got my interests how did Scott tell you?"

Melissa then told them about the whole story about her seeing him shot in the police station and then turn into a werewolf in front of her. Logan then said "that almost sounds like when Scott found out I was one and I confirmed he was one. When I first came into the house I could smell werewolf in it, mostly in Scott's and Isaacs rooms but also in the study and the rest of the house too. Then when Ethan and Aiden walked in I was almost reedy to kill them when Scott roared at us and told them to back off."

Scott said "yeah I just remember the look you gave me with your eyes glowing. "

Jeff then said "yeah that can be a bit wild especially looking in to his."

Scot then said "what do you mean?"

Jeff replied "um Logan's eye color is kind of odd if you look close it's not exactly the normal shade of gold it's a bit darker more of an orange color."

Melissa then said "that's interesting is there any reason for it."

Jeff said "yeah it's mainly because of Scott being his brother." He then turned to Scott and said "when were you bitten?"

Scott said "about a year ago around the begging of January why do you want to know?"

Jeff said "OK that makes sense then about around that time I came into Logan's room and saw him pacing around the room and looking at his cell phone. When I asked him if everything was ok he said he could tell something was wrong with his brother but he didn't know what. A couple of months later I noticed his eye color was slightly darker and I figured if his brother is a werewolf Logan might be becoming an Alpha."

Stiles then said "so wait a minute you mean Logan was going to be a true Alpha as well?"

Jeff said "yeah until Scott became one. When I said to Peter that Scot hadn't stolen anything from his family I had already know that at some point there was going to be a McCall Alpha especially when Logan seemed to be acting wired and we suspected something in some of the news stories and your emails to him. Then when he felt your howls I knew that something more was up then you said. So when he said he was being drawn back home I told him go but be careful. Next thing I know he's spending his spring break with the pack on a rescue mission in Mexico and then there's some sort of dead poll, and all that stuff with Scott being kidnapped."

Aiden then said "so that explains his disrespect for Alphas then."

Jeff then said "no I'm kind of to blame for that I don't go Alpha on him as he's never given me a reason and he dose respect Scott but it's different."

Logan then said "yeah Scotty's my baby brother it's kind of hard for me to have him as my Alpha."

Scott said "yeah I kind of get it your more of an Alpha male anyway."

Logan then said "I may be but like I said in Mexico after you knocked Peter out "you're a bad ass Alpha with a pack no one can mess with.""

Scott then said "but I'll still be your little brother you tease by calling him Scotty."

Logan then said "and you put up with it just as I do when you call me Loggie."

Mason then put up his hand and asked "can I call you guys Scotty and Loggie too?"

Both Scott and Logan growled and said "no"

Logan then said "there reserved for Scotty and me."

Scott then added "Stiles calls me Scotty too sometimes. I don't really like anyone else except Mom but that's different."

No one else had anything to add Mason then said "so what's the deal with Bret?"

Scott replied "um he's a werewolf too."

Mason then said "so is he bitten or born one?"

Logan said "um we don't really know we haven't had the time to ask that, but he's in a pack with a really good Alpha though."

Derek then said "Satomi she's' is a very old werewolf she knew my Mother as well."

Logan said "yeah I met her once or twice there too. I'd kind of like to talk to her at some point too."

Malia then said "do you think she might know who my mother is?"

Melissa then said "I thought she was dead?"

Stiles then said "Malia was put up for adaption Peter Hale was her dad all we have on her mom is that she's know as the Desert Wolf. Barden was apparently tracking her."

Derek then said "she was going to be here but she's looking up some old information on the Desert Wolf to see what she can find."

Liam then said "speaking of her you guys told me back in the van when I asked about the scratches she had and you said someone called Deucalion did it."

Mason then said "and you've mentioned him a few times toady her sounds like a pretty bad dude."

Isaac then said "yeah he was pretty bad."

Melissa then said to Scott as she got up to go to work "was he the blind man who wanted you to join his pack?"

Scott replied "yeah and he wanted me to kill so I couldn't be a true Alpha."

Jeff then said "interesting"

Ethan said "yeah it is because he always told us he was in search of the perfect pack and having a true Alpha in it would make it perfect."

Jeff then said "maybe he knew more about Logan then he let on to me. It's possible he may have figured that one of the McCall boys would be a true Alpha and of the two of them he figure Logan was the better of them."

Logan then said "so he figured I would kill you and go after him or go and help Scotty and he would have me in his pack somehow?"

Isaac then said "so if you had to kill Scott would you do it?"

Logan looked at him and said "really you're asking me that after I said I wanted to kill Kate because she thought it would be funny if I killed him?"

Isaac then said "I'm guessing no then."

Logan said "exactly it would be like if I asked you would you kill Camden or I asked Ethan or Aiden if they would kill each other?"

Ethan and Aiden looked at each other and shock their heads at each other before Aiden said "yeah that would never happen."

Scott then said "so if Logan could be a true Alpha too what would have happened if he had killed me when I was a berserker?"

Jeff then said "that's actually kind of an interesting conundrum because technically you can't take a True Alphas spark like you can by killing a regular Alpha. Like for example if Logan killed me he would be an Alpha but he would never be a true Alpha. Now if he killed Scott I'm not really sure what would have happened as there isn't much in werewolf lore about taking power from a True Alpha mainly because their packs are so loyal to them getting close enough to them to kill them is next to imposable."

Logan then said "so if Scott dies I become an Alpha right?"

Jeff said "I guess so like I said there isn't much in werewolf lore about a True Alpha other then they build a pack of their own and through strength of will. The only thing that I find odd about Scott is he became one without the conventional rule of three."

Scott then said "what's the rule of three?"

Derek then said "an Alpha has to have three werewolves to make up a pack."

Jeff said "yeah but from what Logan told me Scott became one with only having Isaac in his pack. I also know he had Logan in it without knowing but I can't figure out the others unless humans can count too then Scott's got a pretty powerful pack."

Stiles then said "why wouldn't humans be considered to be part of a pack, after all both Derek and Logan have said that the Hales had humans in their family, heck Jeff was almost born a human."

Jeff said "he has a good point; the thing is we tend to overlook them sometimes as being week compared to us. Although even being a werewolf I have to say Logan did kick my butt once before he got bitten, which I completely forgot about when I tired to piss him off well I was helping him learn control."

Scott then said "ok so if there is a rule of three for a pack who would be in Logan's if he was an Alpha?"

Logan then replied "probably my baby brother, Jeff and ..." He turned to Jeff and said "do you think he would qualify?"

Jeff then said "probably in the same way Stiles does if you're thinking about Teagan then yeah?"

Stiles then said "who's Teagan?"

Logan then said "he's a friend from school he kind of found out about Jeff and me so we had to tell him."

Jeff then said "well you weren't exactly being discrete that day. I mean looking at the phase of the moon app on your phone and I swear if you didn't have sunglasses on people would have seen your eyes glowing."

Logan then said "what it was my first lunar eclipse after being bitten and I didn't know what I was doing ok, I just kind of felt off that day."

Scott then said "wait was that the one few months ago?"

Logan said "yeah why?"

Scott then said "then that's when I became a true Alpha."

Jeff then replied "ok that makes sense then Logan must have been felling what was going on in Beacon Hills."

Logan said "yeah there was something weird going on it felt like my family was in trouble."

Scott looked down at the ground as he said "we kind of were."

Logan then said "hold on a second what didn't you tell me."

Scott looked up at him as Logan looked him in the eyes; Logan's were glowing bright goldish orange as he said again "Scott what else happened that night?"

Melissa then said "Scott did you tell him everything?" She then reached over and rubbed her oldest sons back and said "just relax ok, can you do that for me ok."

Logan nodded and said "yeah, but I want the truth from Scott, and I can handle it."

Scott then said "ok so you know how I told you about the Darach doing human sacrifices."

Logan replied "yeah go on."

Scott then said "well the last group was guardians and she took Stiles Dad, Chris Argent and Mom."

Logan then said "oh god so that explains part of it but why did I get a felling something happened to you?"

Scott then said "well something kind of did you see Me, Stiles and Allison all became surrogate sacrifices to find the nemeton so we could find where our parents were hidden."

Logan then said "ok so whose idea was that then?"

Just a small note I plan on adding more to this but I'm not sure about a few things one should i have Deaton com in and say something about the sacrifice being his idea? Also I'm toying with the idea of doing an AU to my AU where Logan comes to Beacon Hills as an Alpah with Ducalian and not knowing his brother is werewolf what are peoples thoughts on that?
