Hello everyone! Well, the school year is almost over and you know what that means, time for professors to give out work upon piles of work! Yaaaaay. Anyways, sorry for how long the update took ^^;

"Whoa, nice digs."

Kristoff, Elsa, and Anna followed none other than Dr. Gregor Jensen into his humble abode.

Over the summer the four had really started to get to know each other. Elsa had this weird habit of running into him whenever she went downtown, many times with her little sister. Kristoff and him knew each other due to the blonde seeing him often whenever he brought in Sven. Anna was the first to really try and befriend him, inviting him over for dinner once. She got a thorough chastising from an unknowing Elsa when she came home. After an awkward but delightful dinner, Gregor had become part of their little group and over the span of a few weeks he started to fit right in.

Recently Kristoff had been having problems with his tiny apartment, namely mold and pests. The old building was just starting to fall apart and he, as well as many residents, was forced to move out after it was deemed too hazardous to live in. Which lead the small group of friends here.

"Thanks, Kristoff. I like to think I do well for myself." Gregor replied modestly. He hung up his jacket and followed with everyone else's.

Nice was an understatement. The man owned a house that was bigger than the girls' and Kristoff's combined. From what they could see just from entering the front door was a large living room, a finished kitchen with an island in the middle, and long hallway that stretched to the right. The three were very impressed.

"Wow. Gregor, your house is amazing. How many rooms are there?" Anna asked.

"Uhhh, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and a den." He tacked off with his fingers. "So, seven. Eight if you include the attic."

Kristoff made a low whistle. "Impressive. Being a vet pays off, literally."

Gregor chuckled as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I guess so. Although, a lot of this I just bought. I've been saving up and decided to treat myself. Took me a good four years of saving every penny I owned." He admitted humbly.

"How much was all this?"

"Anna." Elsa warned. It was the first time she spoke since they arrived.

"Sorry." The redhead said sheepishly.

Gregor waved it off. "It's alright. So Kristoff, you okay with living here?"

"Okay with it? I'm more than okay! But are you really sure, Gregor? I don't want Sven being too much trouble."

Gregor burst out laughing. "Kristoff, I'm a vet. Animals are my life. Speaking of which," The doctor gave off a loud whistle. The sound of claws against the finished wood could be heard down the hall. A medium sized dog with golden fur came bouncing into the living room. It ran up to Gregor and started to lick his hands with its curled up tail wagging furiously. "Everyone, I'd like you to meet Amelia."

Amelia gave a bark in greeting. She sat obediently at his side as Kristoff and Anna bent down to pet her. "She's beautiful, what is she?"

"A Shiba Inu. They're a breed from Japan." Gregor looked over to Elsa, who stood off to the side. "She's very tame, I promise she won't hurt you."

Elsa gave a small smile. "I'm sure she is. I'm just waiting." Amelia got up and trotted over to Elsa, leaning her side onto her legs. Elsa gave the dog a pat and scratched her head. "I didn't want to crowd her." She explained as Amelia panted with delight.

After enjoying a nice massage Amelia went about her business through the house, eventually deciding to just rest on her bed in the living room. Gregor opted to give a small tour.

"So you saw the kitchen and the living room," He opened the second door on the right. "Here is where you'll be staying Kristoff."

The three peeked into the room. It was more than enough for the man and his Bernese. "Excellent. Thank you so much, Gregor."

"It's no trouble at all." He continued down the hall and stopped at an open door. "This is the study."

The room was quite large. Shelves of books lined the back while an upright piano was up against the wall adjacent to the books. It was decent sized and made out of the finest wood. It also looked rather old.

Gregor caught them staring and explained. "It was my grandmother's. My grandfather bought it for her as a wedding gift. When my mom was old enough they passed it down to her, and when I moved out she passed it down to me. It's old, but still plays as if it just came out of the factory."

"You play?" Elsa asked.

The brunette nodded. "Every chance I get. Kinda a family tradition on my mom's side. Lucky for me, I love the instrument."

He turned to continue the tour but Anna stopped him. "Could you play something for us?"

Gregor halted and looked back over. Anna was staring at him with begging eyes while Kristoff and Elsa seemed intrigued. He laughed softly. "Alright, but on one condition. You sing."

"Deal!" Anna agreed happily. She looped her arm around Elsa's. "We'll both sing."

"Wait, what? When did I become a part of this?"

"Come on Elsa, it'll be fun. Like when we were kids. Remember the little shows we would put on for Mom and Dad?"

"That was years ago, Anna. I'm not even sure I can still sing very well." The elder argued.

"Oh, please. I hear you whenever you're in the shower. You sing just fine, beautifully even."

Elsa groaned. She wasn't winning this little dispute and to make matters worse Anna had the most pleading look on her face. Elsa thought she had outgrown that. The blonde sighed. "Oh, could those eyes get any bigger? Alright, fine."

Her little sister squealed happily. Elsa rolled her eyes at her childishness, but followed the three into the den.

Gregor sat down on the small stool, cleaned his glasses, and then readied his hands. He looked up at the two expectantly. "What'll it be ladies?"

The girls looked to each other in thought. What would they sing? Better yet, what song did both of them know?

"Do you know Next to Me?" Anna asked.

"By Emeli Sandé?"

"Yeah, that one."

Elsa nodded. "I do. What made you think of that song?"

Anna chewed the bottom of her lip. "I don't know. It was the first song that came to mind with a strong piano. I mean the music video is her playing a black vertical piano."

"Very true." Elsa looked over at Gregor. "Do you know that one?"

"I do indeed." He confirmed. "Ready?"

"Ready." The two answered.

Gregor began playing the keys to the tune of the song. Elsa and Anna pat their hands on their sides to the beat. Anna gestured for Elsa to go first. Elsa gave a slight nod and started to sing.

You won't find him drinking under tables

Rolling dice or staying out 'til three

You won't ever find him being unfaithful

You will find him, you'll find him next to me

Elsa's voice was as strong as ever. She smiled to herself, loving the way she felt whenever she sang. Anna came in next with her powerful voice.

You won't find him trying to chase the devil

For money, fame, for power, out of greed

You won't ever find him where the rest go

You will find him, you'll find him next to me

Next to me – ooh hooo

Next to me – ooh hooo

Both girls started to harmonize their voices

Next to me – ooh hooo

You will find him, you'll find him next to me

Anna moved to the other side of the piano and sang with a bright smile, her voice carrying over across to her sister.

When the money's spent and all my friends have vanished

And I can't seem to find no help or love for free

Elsa returned the power in full.

I know there's no need for me to panic

Cause I'll find him, I'll find him next to me

Anna headed back to her sister and grabbed her hand.

When the skies are grey and all the doors are closing

Elsa's smile widened as she got into it.

And the rising pressure makes it hard to breathe (hard to breathe)

The two voices joined together in perfect sync.

When all I need's a hand to stop the tears from falling

I will find him, I'll find him next to me

Next to me (next to me) – ooh hooo

Next to me (next to me) – ooh hooo

Next to me (next to me) – ooh hooo

I will find him, I'll find him next to me

Anna placed herself next to Kristoff looking at him lovingly.

When the end has come and buildings falling down fast

Elsa smiled contentedly at the two.

When we've spoilt the land and dried up all the sea

Anna grabbed Kristoff's hand and squeezed it.

When everyone has lost their heads around us

Their voices became soft as they joined together again.

You will find him, you'll find him next to me

They raised back up strongly.

Next to me (next to me) – ooh hooo (whoa ooh)

Next to me – ooh hooo

Next to me, yeeeah - ooh wooah

You will find him, you'll find him next to me

Next to me

Next to me (next to me) - yeeeah

Next to me (next to me) - oooh yeeah (oooh yeeah)

Next to me (next to me) - yeeeah

Elsa found herself stealing a glance at Gregor. His hazel eyes met her gaze and he grinned wide. The girls brought the song to a close.

You will find him, you'll find him next to me

Kristoff and Gregor applauded. Elsa blushed and dipped her head. The two sisters erupted into giggles as Anna gave her a huge hug.

"You were great! I told you your voice was beautiful!"

Elsa laughed and returned it. "You were right, that was a lot of fun. Thank you, Anna."

"Somebody's gotta make sure you don't run yourself to death with work."

Elsa's eyes went upward. "You're over exaggerating."

She felt Anna shrug against her. "Maybe."

Elsa placed a kiss to Anna's temple. Gregor surprised her by placing his hand on her shoulder. "Man, you two were great. Elsa, that is some voice you got there."

Elsa cleared her throat as she felt her face get a little heated. "Thank you, it was nothing. Just two sisters having some fun."

"No, I mean it, you're really talented. Don't you think so, Kristoff?"

"They're both amazing. You two should sing together more often." Anna giggled while Elsa's face got warmer. She was not used to the spotlight.

Quickly wanting to divert the attention from her, she offered Gregor to continue the tour. Understanding her uncomfortableness, he agreed and proceeded to show the rest of the house.

When the tour was finished they decided to eat lunch. Gregor insisted they stay and settled on making sandwiches for everyone. Elsa offered to help.

"It's only four sandwiches, I got it."

"True, but if I help then you only have to do two." Elsa reasoned.

Gregor relented without much of a fight. "Alright then, thank you for the help."

Both stayed in the kitchen while Anna and Kristoff sat on the couch. Amelia decided to join them and soon had her head in Anna's lap as the couple talked away.

Gregor looked up at the sound of the redhead's laughter and smiled at the scene. "They really go well together, don't they?"

Elsa was busy spreading some mustard on a piece of bread, but hummed in agreement nonetheless. "They do. It's only been six months, and I don't want to jinx anything, but I really believe they love each other."

"They haven't said so yet?"

Elsa shook her head. "Uh-uh. Believe me, I would know."

Gregor raised his eyebrow. "Woman's intuition?"

"That, and she's my sister. Not to mention if he had said so, Anna would've burst through my bedroom door like she did when he first asked her out." She added tomatoes, turkey, and cheddar to the sandwich she was working on, which happened to be her own.

Gregor finished up his by placing cheddar on top of his meat. A simple ham and cheese for him. "She's spirited, isn't she?"

"Very." Elsa said rather bluntly. Then a look of fondness appeared on her face. "And I wouldn't have her any other way. I love her dearly."

"Man, Anna is lucky."

"Pardon?"

"That she has such a great sister. I'm an only child, but I wished for brothers and sisters all the time when I was growing up." He took two more pieces of bread to start on the next one.

"Hey, Kristoff!" He shouted over to the couple. The blonde turned his head around. "What do you want on it?"

"Uuuuh, ham, turkey, lettuce, and cheese, please."

Gregor loaded up the bread. "You want any sauce?"

"You got honey mustard?"

"Yep."

"Then that, please."

"Sure thing."

Kristoff turned his attention back to Anna. Gregor chuckled at how enamored his friend was. He placed the finished lunch on a plate and looked over at Elsa. She was finished with hers and was working on her sister's, piling on tomatoes and ham.

"I didn't hear you ask."

Elsa smiled knowingly. "I didn't have to. I know what she likes. She loves tomatoes and can't stand mustard."

The sandwich was finished rather quickly. Gregor was amazed at how close the two were. "Maybe it's because I've never had siblings, but you two are awfully close."

Elsa looked up at him. "We are. It's a long story, but there was a time when we weren't. Now that we're back together again, we've never been closer."

She left it at that and grabbed both her plates. Gregor followed after her and handed Kristoff his lunch. The four sat around the table, chatting and laughing. As they ate Gregor was positive on one thing: he wanted to get to know Elsa Anderson more.

LET ME EXPLAIN! So Frozen is a musical, we all know that, and Idina Menzel is absolutely amazing. I've been wanting to do something with the two girls singing, because even if this is an AU, they still sound the same. My only problem was I had never heard Idina sing anything that wasn't a musical (Wicked, Rent, Frozen) and I wanted them to sing a more...modern? song.

Then I remembered she was on Glee and watched clips of songs she sang. When I found Next to Me and saw it was a duet, I immediately knew that was the song I wanted to use. Unfortunately Kristen Bell doesn't sing with her, otherwise that would've been perfect, but I figured I would have to go with one or the other.

As always, PLEASE REVIEW! :D
