Losses and gains.
When the children arrived at the gates to Muse academy they quickly greeted by Dora Falcon, the youngest of the Muses.
"Kids. You're back already?" Dora questioned.
"Yes. We have the stone." Harry said. "But we also have more pressing matters concerning the Saxtons." he then pointed to the triplets.
Dora looked over at the sisters and then realised that Aria was among them in physical form, actually being able to touch her sisters as they supported her. Dora held up her hand and conjured up some silver dust that the Muses were known to use, she crafted it into the form of a small bird and sent it to get her sisters.
"Let's get the triplets to the hospital." Dora said. "My sisters will meet us there."
Dora conjured up a large amount of silver dust and crafted it into a boat with wheels. The children climbed into the boat with Dora at the front as she directed the silver dust boat in the direction of the Muse academy hospital. All throughout the journey the triplets refused to let go of each other, as if Aria would disappear if they let go.
When the boat reached the hospital they were greeted by a doctor, Harry explained the situation with the triplets and said girls were taken away to be examined. Not long after the triplets were taken away, Maria and Zoë arrived. Harry handed the stone over to them and they examined it, they talked for a bit before sighing in disappointment.
"I'm sorry to say, despite your efforts, this is a fake." Maria said sadly.
To prove her point, Maria's fist closed tightly around the stone and it broke under the pressure, something it wouldn't do if it was the real philosopher's stone.
Matilda and Harry groaned, since this meant that they would have to go back to Hogwarts and find the real stone.
"Thankfully, this dark cloud has a very large silver lining." Zoë said. "If what I've heard is correct, Aria has gained her own body."
"She has, we think." Harry answered.
"We don't really know what happened, Vida just managed to pull her out of something called the mirror of Erised." Matilda said. "How is it possible.
"The mirror of Erised is a Fae artefact. Fae artefacts, like Fae themselves, are mysterious things, it could be that the mirror actually does grant the desire for Fae or something else, we may never know." Zoë said.
"I know it sounds rude. But, what aren't Fae capable of, is there any limit to their power?" Harry asked.
Zoë and Maria shrugged.
"Not even Fae themselves know." Maria said. "It can depend on what type of Fae, how much power they have, their age, etc."
"So, do you think Aria's body will be permanent?" Matilda asked.
"I hope so." Dora said.
Maria waited with Harry and Matilda for news on the triplets while Zoë and Dora went back to their duties. After awhile a nurse finally informed them that they could see the triplets. When they entered the hospital room they found the triplets all sitting together on a bed with huge smiles on their faces.
"They believe Aria's here for good!" Vida yelled excitedly when she spotted the twins and Maria.
The twins and Maria smiled back at them.
"How are you feeling, Aria?" Matilda asked.
"Alright. But I've been told I'm going to have to use crutches until I can walk properly." Aria's voice was slightly raspy and her pronunciation was lazy due to her never having spoken in a physical form before.
"So, what are we going to do now." Vida asked.
"Unfortunately, the stone you retrieved was a fake. So you'll have to go back if you want to get the real stone." Maria told the sisters.
The triplets groaned.
"What are we going to do about Aria, we're not leaving her behind to search for the stone." Layla said.
"We can arrange for Aria to go to Hogwarts with you." Maria answered.
"But Aria's records say she's dead."
"And people will question why Aria arrived late." Vida pointed out.
"Leave that to Zoë and I, we can easily hack into you're birth files and change them. As for Hogwarts, we'll say that Aria got into an accident before school started and that stopped her from going to Hogwarts, it'll also give a good excuse for the crutches."
"Speaking of Hogwarts, we'd better get back before someone notices we're missing." Harry pointed out. "Good thing it's a weekend."
When Harry and Matilda got back from the academy no one had noticed they were gone as it was still early in the morning. The Saxton triplets had stayed behind at the academy for a while longer so they could sort everything out. As soon as the twins had got to their beds they collapsed on them in exhaustion, thanking whatever god that it was a weekend.
When the twins finally woke up it was lunchtime and they hurried down to the hall to eat.
"Where have you been?" Terry Boot asked them.
"We had a hard time sleeping last night, so we were catching up on sleep." Harry lied.
Soon the Weasley twins arrived at the table and sat down opposite Harry and Matilda.
"Good morning," said Fred.
"Or should we say afternoon?" said George.
"Yeah, we were catching up on sleep." Matilda said.
The Weasley twins looked around the Ravenclaw table before looking at the Slytherin table but not finding what they were looking for.
"Where's the girls?" they both asked.
"Last time we saw them they said something about a family emergency." What Matilda said was not technically a lie.
"I hope they're alright." the Weasley twins said.
"We think they are." Matilda and Harry said at once.
"Hey, it's Neville." Harry said, pointing to Neville at the Huffelpuff table.
Neville looked much better from the last time they saw him. And looking at Dumbledore they could tell he wasn't happy about it. The two set of twins went over to Neville and sat down beside and opposite him.
"Hey, Nev'." Harry said. "I take it everything went well."
"Yes." Neville answered as he smiled. "All the blocks on my mind and magic were removed and I got my own wand. The healers even found a dodgy memory block that has been affecting me, it turns out that it blocked a very painful memory from my childhood but hadn't been done well, so they did it properly."
"I understand. I had to get a memory block on the night Voldemort came to my house because it was causing me too many nightmares."
"You remember that?" the Weasleys and Neville asked.
"We both have a very good memory." Harry and Matilda answered.
"Anyway, you're looking much better." Matilda told Neville.
The Weasley twins then noticed the doors to the Great hall opening and Vida and Layla walked either side of a girl with crutches as they walked in. The three girls walked up to the group and sat down around them.
"Hi, Vida," said George.
"Layla," said Fred.
"Who's this,"
"Lovely lady between you?"
The girls smiled.
"This is our triplet, Aria." Layla and Vida answered.
"I've come late because I got into an accident during the summer, hence the crutches." Aria told them.
"Please to meet you." the Weasley twins said, one shaking each of her hands.
"Please to meet you two too, my sisters have told me about you." Aria said as she laughed.
"Nice to finally meet you, Aria, your sisters told us about you being in hospital." Matilda said, she and her brother pretending they had never met Aria before.
"And my sisters have told me of you two too. Nice to meet you at last." Aria said as she shook the Black twins' hands, going along with the façade.
"So, what house are you going in?" Neville asked as he noticed Aria's robes didn't state her house.
"Our aunt and uncle are still sorting everything out concerning me coming here, but I'm hoping to be with my sisters. It's never good to separate family." Aria answered.
"The last person who tried to do that ended up not alive as he had been." Vida commented.
All of them laughed, but the triplets and Black twins new Vida hadn't been joking.
Suddenly, the Great hall went dark and the marauder forms of the Saxton triplets and Black twins appeared.
"Greeting, Hogwarts." said Aria's Marauder form. "It has come to our attention that we have another arrival here at the school. So we are her to give here a Marauder's welcome that she missed at the opening feast."
Marauder-Aria waved her had and everything went completely black for a second before the light came back and the Marauders' forms were gone, and everyone, even the Marauders themselves, were dressed up as a fairytale character. Harry and Matilda were dressed up like Hansel and Gretel, the Weasley twins were dressed up like Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, Neville was dressed up as Pinocchio, and the Saxton triplets were each dressed up like how muggles thought witches looked like with the colours of clothes matching their hair (they didn't look ugly, it's just their clothes that changed). Others in the hall were Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, Prince Charming, Rapunzel, Puss in Boots, Red Riding hood, Jack Frost, etc. Even the teachers were hit; Dumbledore dressed as Gandalf the gray, Snape as Count Dracula, McGonagall as the Snow Queen, Flitwick as one of the seven dwarfs, Sprout as the fairy Godmother, even the keeper of the keys Hagrid got hit and turned into Santa Clause.
Many in the hall laughed at the changes but many were also unhappy with them. The costumes could be taken off but many waited until the spells wore off a few hours later. As the students they talked to each other about what character they had turned into.
"The Marauders strike again." George stated happily.
"We really need to step up our game and come up with a new prank otherwise we can't name ourselves pranksters." Fred said.
"You really think you can compete with the Marauders?" Vida asked.
"We can try." the Weasley twins answered.
"So, who are we dressed as anyway?" Neville asked.
"Well, you look like Pinocchio." Harry told him.
"The only set of male twins in fairytales that I know of are Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum from Alice in Wonderland." Matilda said, pointing to the Weasley twins. "I think were Hansel and Gretel because of the German look our clothes have.
"I don't think we have a defined character outside of the muggle view of what a witch looks like." Aria said.
After a few hours everyone's clothes went back to normal, much to a lot of people's relief.
