Hello everyone, it's been a long while since The Time Lord and the Wattersons series has been updated nor even touched! While taking a hiatus on Civil War, why not update this, so let's get to Chapter 3!

It was currently 7:00 at night and Nicole Watterson was worrying. She was looking at the window for any sight of Gumball and Darwin.

"There are in so much trouble!" Nicole muttered.

Richard, her husband, was watching TV and heard what Nicole muttered.

"Oh, I'm sure that they'll be fine," Richard stated.

"I know, but for the past month, the boys have been coming home with some strange stuff… Viking helmets, English top hats and new ninja outfits!" Nicole said.

"Those things sound cool…" Richard said.

Then there was a sound, like a key on a piano. It was wheezing and groaning horridly. Suddenly, what was a mysterious shape; turned out to be a tall, wooden, blue police box. It was disappearing and then reappearing. Nicole was looking out the window to see the doors opening revealing a cat and a fish.

"What the hell was that?" Nicole asked herself.

Meanwhile outside, Gumball and Darwin were trying to sneak into their house with The Doctor behind them.

"Right, let's try to sneak in without Mom noticing…" Gumball explained to Darwin.

"Wait, why are you sneaking in?" The Doctor asked.

"She'll probably want to know where we've been," Gumball replied.

So Gumball opened the door and a female blue cat was standing in their way.

"Hey Mom! Mrs Mom!" Gumball and Darwin said in unison.

Nicole was not happy.

The Doctor introduced himself with a smirk. "Hello Mrs Watterson, I'm The Doctor,"

Instead of saying hello, Nicole extended her arm and smacked The Doctor in the face, leaving him in a daze.

"Keep away from my sons, you freak!" Nicole shouted.

"Mothers, all the same…" The Doctor murmured.

"Mom, what are you doing?" Gumball asked.

"Is this the person who's giving you those souvenirs? The one who you are hanging out with?" Nicole asked.

"Souvenirs? Mom, they were the real thing, from the actual time period…" Gumball said.

"Yeah right! Now go to your room, both of you!" Nicole ordered to Gumball and Darwin.

Gumball and Darwin silently walked up to their rooms.

"And you!" Nicole pointed to The Doctor.

"Get out of my house this instant!"

"Well, technically, I'm not in your house," The Doctor rambled.

"Whatever, just get out!" Nicole barked.

"Geez, how does Gumball and Darwin live with this woman?" The Doctor thought.

Nicole then slammed the door, leaving The Doctor outside; he soon walked to the TARDIS, to think of a plan.

Gumball and Darwin entered their room, still silent.

"Man, Mom doesn't approve of us travelling with The Doctor…" Gumball said.

"Why didn't we just tell her after our Victorian adventure like I said?" Darwin asked.

"Because she wouldn't believe us, Darwin," Gumball answered.

"We have to talk to The Doctor," Darwin said.

"We can't, Mom will catch us." Gumball pondered. "Unless…"

He quickly opened the window and he and Darwin climbed out-trying ridiculously hard not to make a single sound-jumped off the roof and tip-toed all the way to the TARDIS.

"Gumball, are you sure this is a good idea?" Darwin asked.

"Nonsense, this plan is fool proof," Gumball replied.

When they got to the TARDIS, they knocked rapidly-the door of the police box opened slightly.

"What are you guys doing here?" The Doctor asked.

"We snuck out of the house. Just let us in," Gumball whispered.

"Please?" Darwin begged.

Soon the TARDIS doors opened wide, revealing The Doctor and a bit of the console.

"Fine," murmured The Doctor under his breath.

But before The Doctor let Gumball and Darwin in, he looked at the sky and saw fifteen spaceships that resembled UFOs. The Doctor knew what those ships were and he didn't like it.

"What are you looking at, Doctor?" Gumball asked.

"Kids, get inside now…" The Doctor stated.

"Good, that's what we're trying to do…" Gumball said.

The Doctor gave the does-it-look-like-I'm-kidding face.

"Alright, alright," Gumball said.

Gumball and Darwin entered the TARDIS. The Doctor, however, didn't.

"Doctor, what's wrong?" Gumball asked.

"Daleks," The Doctor muttered.

Darwin groaned "Not again,"

On one of those Daleks spaceships, The Daleks were preparing for war.

"WE HAVE ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION DESIGNATED: ELMORE" A Dalek said.

"TARDIS LOCATED AT SECTOR 43" Another Dalek called.

"EXCELLENT, WE HAVE FOUND THE DOCTOR, HE WILL BE EXTERMINATED!" The Emperor Dalek responded.

"Patience, my brethren, what is the status on the Destroyer of Worlds?" A voice asked in the distance.

"IT IS ARMED AND READY TO FIRE IN 10 RELS!" The Emperor Dalek said.

"I meant him…" The voice said.

"HE IS AWARE OF OUR PRESENCE!" The Emperor Dalek said.

"It's time to go to war then" The voice said. "Declare war, my children,"

"WE OBEY!" The Daleks responded.

That's a chapter done; it'll get better once The Daleks come… I promise you. Anyway be on the lookout for updates on the Civil War series, The Time Lord of Hogwarts, Regular Adventure and Scooby-Doo and the Blue Jay.

There might be an Assassin's Creed crossover or two, so look out for those…
