Ummm.. I'm very sorry guys. I've got extreme writers block so if you have any ideas for the story (things you'd like to see), let me know. Thank you for all your support and for putting up with me. I know. I'm a horrible person. I haven't written anything remotely entertaining since my last update, so, forgive me? xxx
Chapter 16
The Avengers, with the exception of Tony, couldn't understand the reference to a battle just to meet the children. They couldn't imagine that there'd be more than a few children. How many siblings could there possibly be? To be fair, none of them had overly large families. Maybe Clint and Natasha had a sibling each but the spy and the archer had never spoken about their lives before SHIELD.
Before the four English parents had left, Ron and Ginny had suggested they bring their sibling and their families so as to get all the introductions out of the way early on.
Tony couldn't say no, there was plenty of space in the tower and they'd managed to connect the Floo Network with one of the rooms that had a fireplace.
This brings us to Saturday afternoon, the time they had planned to make introductions. Being in the Wizarding Community meant that the children were not exposed to the Avengers and their heroic deeds as others were and so, both parties were in for a surprise.
With a sudden pop, Harry and Ginny appeared in the living room and after a quick greeting to the nervous looking group of super-heroes, made their way down to the Floo so that they can lead everyone else up to the designated area.
Bruce was tapping his foot nervously, since his accident, he hadn't had much to do with children and worried that he might lose control.
Steve stood stoically, staring out at the view in front of him, still trying to get used to this weird new world.
Thor… was simply enjoying his coffee (without smashing any mugs) and his box of pop-tarts.
Meanwhile, Harry and Ginny were down with the remaining Weasley's, hoping that nothing had been smashed in their house during their absence knowing that some of the adults were as immature as the children.
It was half an hour later when the clan finally made their way back up the elevator.
Harry, Ginny, Ron and Hermione made their way into the living room, leaving the rest of the clan outside the room in order to prepare everyone else for the 'battle'.
Ron stepped forward. "Soo… how do you want to do this? Meet the adults with their children or meet the children then the adults or meet all the adults then the children?" He grinned as his question received confused and slightly worried looks at the many options.
Hermione put her hand on Ron's arm and smiled, he always managed to break the awkwardness one way or another. "How about we just come in order?"
Until now, no-one had opened their mouth, surprisingly, including Tony, as they wondered how many there were to need order to be introduced.
"Oi! Bill! Come here!" Ginny called out to her favourite brother.
Taking that as the signal, the Weasley began their introduction.
Thor took an instant liking to Bill's chosen hairstyle while the other men couldn't help but ogle at Fleur, unused to her Veela charm.
Seeing their reactions, Natasha quickly slapped the men around her that she could reach, glaring at them, none knowing what to expect from Bill. However, they all just gave each other confused looks as Bill simply just started snickering, very used to the reactions his wife got.
"Guys, this is the eldest Weasley sibling, Bill, and his wife, Fleur." Saying a quick hello, Fleur called out to their children, bringing in Victoire, Dominique and Louis.
The three siblings stared around them in awe, not having much experience in the muggle world as some of their other cousins.
Just wait until the rest of the Weasley's come in. It won't be so quiet.
I'd say next update will be in a week or so, but I'm not sure. Sorry bout the extra short chapter, soorry it's not the best, hopefully I'll get back on track.
Thanks again for all your support guys! Really mean a lot.
Storm.
