It was coming up again and all he could do was swallow back the bile that fought to rise in his throat. He hadn't thrown up that morning and it was now deciding to re-emerge at the given moment.

Naruto had to wait. He needed to wait for Hinata to come back and collectively ask her for directions to the bathroom.

His hand shot forward, covering his mouth as he sat upright.

'I have to wait. Hold it down, stomach.'

Finally, her figure made its way to the living room, two cups in hand along with a soft smile.

"Naruto-kun-"

"Hinata, where's the bathroom?" His face was blushing red and blue from the sickness he felt.

She paused midway to the couch. "It's down t-this hall to your right."

Not even bothering to utter a thank you, he rushed from the furniture, past the girl and straight to the bathroom. Both of his hands desperately holding his mouth shut.

He removed them almost instantly once he shut the door with a kick and flew for the porcelain bowl.

He coughed and gagged in the effort, no food came up since he hadn't eaten a full meal in some time, but a ton of water and acid burned at his throat.

He could feel himself tearing up, quickly forming into ringlets of tears that fell to his hands and the floor.

The hacking hurt his chest and made him sick on the inside.

The blond kept his eyes shut, finally feeling the wave die down and found it wise to lean back against the bathroom wall and relax.

It seemed he was getting worse every time he found the urge for the liquid to rise up. This was, by far, the worst he had experienced.

Finding the courage, the teen crawled to his feet and flushed all evidence before he made his way to the sink, washing his face in slow, shaking motions.

The mirror above the sink revealed his red and teary face causing him to sigh in defeat.

"I'm gonna die."

There was a slight rapping at the door. "Naruto-kun?"

Of course it was her, of course she would be here to see him at the worst possible moment.

"A-ah, Hinata. I'll be out in a moment."

"H-hai..."

He heard her retreating footsteps.

'I should really get help.'

'Shut it!'

Checking his face over and wiping away his tears, he opened the door and stepped out, cautiously at first.

He pasted a smile when he saw the Hyuuga sitting at the couch. "Hey. Sorry I took so long."

"W-why?" Her face was downcast.

"Why what?" He dropped his smile in an instant at her word.

She looked up and he immediately realized that her cheeks were lined with tears and her hands were shaking. "Why are you hiding it, Naruto-kun?"

Playing dumb, he scratched the back of his head while leaning on each leg with a fake smile. "I'm not hiding anything, believe me."

Her face grew angry, a rare sight to see which caused the blond to flincvh and slightly drop the smile he held. She stood to her feet and stalked over to him, staring directly into his eyes in a sort of crude manor. "Stop hiding it, will you?"

He stood silent.

"You're sick, Naruto-kun kun." Her gaze softened. "And I want to help you."

Alright, you know what to do. Review.

To those who do, thanks so much, you really make me happy.
