Hello, everyone! I guessed that you might be wondered why I uploaded this chapter even I had told you about my Final exam ( or not?). Whatever*shrug* The final exam date had been postponed to the next year. That's all. Meaning that I had a lot of free times to write the story. YAY!

" She is changed..." Nightwing looked at his former mentor. Batman eyed at Nightwing through his cowl stoically. After acknowledging the relationship of Rou with Lex Luthor, he knew that the things from now on would be complicating and there would be a lot danger await for them. The relationship of her with Luthor might be the clue for whatever the Light planned. Moreover, it could hurt Nightwing like what they did to Red Arrow when they found out that he was a clone.
" Batman, she isn't dangerous to anyone. Just need someone to teach her how to control her power. With our help, she could live normally. And, I think we have discussed about it already." Nightwing said to his mentor. He knew that Batman had an issue about trusting
" I understand your feeling for her, Dick." Batman stated calmly. " But, think it through about what happened to her during seven years ago before we found her at the asylum. Who knows, what kind of life she had lived through -" Batman was cut off by the arrival of Superboy, Beast boy and the others.
" Computer. National news." Nightwing hissed the order to the computer to show the news feed through hologram monitor.
" Breaking news. As you see, the unknown group of terrorists called themselves, Thanatos held the hostages around ten people which consisted of members of archaeologists in archeology association of Chicago. After the the terrorists have broke in, there is still no response from them about their purpose in this attack. " The red haired woman reported, standing behind the yellow taped lines.
" Thank you, Miss Iris West." Cat Grant, the blond haired reported thanked her friend from the newsroom before she reported another news. However, Batman switched the channel on the hologram monitor to another one that had the picture of the terrorists called Thanatos. On another monitor, there was an information on each member which had the big bold letters appeared on the file ' Unknown' at every of the information on them from the name to age.
" We have less information on them. They might be some criminals wanting to form the gang to commit the crime but for what, we don't know. " Batman stated as his gloved fingers typed something on hologram keyboard to search for more information.
" However, there is a tip said that they had some secret party supply the weapon and provide them the weapon storehouse. Also, the Intel of the center that they have attacked already."Nightwing said and looked up to see his teammates including a certain person in the shadow of this room who looked back to him with her yellow wolf eyes but Nightwing chose not to revealed her presence and continued.
" This is your mission." Nightwing turned to his team. " Alpha Team : Superboy, MissMartian, Beastboy, and I will got to the warehouses around Chicago to cut their supply. Beta Team : Blue Beetle, Robin, Bubble Bee, Tigress and Kid Flash. I want you to infiltrate the center. Recue the hostages and gather all informations as much as you can. Batgirl and Wonder Girl, Batman have special missio for you in Gotham City. Let's go, people!" Everyone broke into group following the order and disappeared to their mission but there was the only left in the room who watched Nightwing typed something on the hologram computer.
" Umm...is there anything I could help you?" Rou asked softly, causing Nightwing looked at her.
" You knows, the mission and when can I-"
" Not now, Roll. I'm very busy right now." Nightwing cut her off before he continued typing.
" Then, let me help you. I can control my power and Black Canary had helped me about self-defense much enough to do some mission." Rou persisted as her yellow catlike eyes showed her eagerness in them. Nightwing turned around to look at her before sighed.
" Alright, do you really want to help that much?" Nightwing asked again with a hint of annoying, hoping that she would change her mind secretly. Roll sent him the pleading eyes with her puppy eyes ( In her case, it's wolf cub eyes).
" Fine, watch the screen for any calls from Batman or the others. Let me know if there are." Nightwing ordered her and taught her about how to work on them before left to the mission.
" Nightwing, I'm not that weak like the first time I was brought here. And, please let me return the favor ." Nightwing stopped in his tracks and turned around to see her. Deep down, he was mad at her for being so persistent. And again, Rou was still old Rou even she lost her memory, the things she used to do and think was as same as her usual old self.
' Especially, when it comes to help people.' Nightwing thought as he remembered the old memory of her when they were studying at Gotham Academy. She had helped him a lot in many other homeworks except Mathematics. But now, this isn't the time to recall those good memory. He need to shoot her idea down for trying to help him. He had to act rude to stop her.
" Really? The last time that we trained, I saw you freeze the training room. If you want to return the favor much, I insist you to stay here and listen what I said." Nightwing said sarcastically before sprinted off without looking back at her.
Feeling hurt had been clearly showed in Rou's yellow wolf eyes as she watched Nightwing dashed off to his mission. How could she support to do with her power when no one can teach fully. Although Black Canary was her trainer, she was a member of the leagues that need to do the mission whenever they required her which made it hard for Rou to have a complete training. Rou wasn't the fast learner much like the others in the team but that was replaced with her limitless tolerance even she seemed to lose it at first week of being here.
" Everything is so chaos..." Rou turned her head around and saw the man in golden helmet walked out from the big glowing ankh.
" I still didn't have your name." Rou said.
" Dr. Fate. You may call me ' Nabu'. I'm the Lord of order just like the one who lived in your body." Rou widened her eyes surprisingly. There should be no one know about another of her.
' Nabu...This name...why it sounded so familiar...' Morana said thoughtfully as she tried to recall her memory. Rou decided to ask for more informations so that Morana might remember something important about her own past.
" Mr. Nabu, how do you know about the another person inside me? And, does it have anything to do with the scythe? " Rou asked while her eyes looked at him with half fear and half curious. She wanted to know more about Morana.
" For the first question, I will tell you briefly. Morana or Marmora is the goddess of winter and death who had the power to cause nightmare and bring the death to them during the winter which was the normal thing happens to mortal being. I knew her because she was the one who balance the life and death in order, making sure no one will live eternally than the others. For the the second one, the scythe is her weapon. Only her can use it. Without the scythe, Morana's power will be out of control and it could cause the madness." Nabu explained at-the-matter-of-factly. However, Rou didn't want the power to kill anyone to death. And these facts made her fear of herself.
Nabu sensed the fear from the woman and reassured her by putting his hand on her shoulder. He didn't sure if it was his host, Zatara or himself who decided to help this girl but now, he had to make thing right. He had helped the woman and helped Morana who shared the same type of entity like him to fight the chaos and evil that awaited for them including the one in her soul.
" Young one, do not fear the gift you had been given... You had a special heart that only few people could have. Use it to help Morana and us to fight the evil." Nabu encouraged Rou. In Rou's inhuman eyes, Nabu didn't saw any evil in them. He saw the sorrow of soul that need someone help her find the path to her past and guide her to the better future.
" From now on, I shall be your mentor and help you train your power. Also, I might give your mission from times to times." Rou smiled at his words and bowed her head to him gratefully. Finally, she had someone who accept her power without hesitation.
" By the way, Mr. Nabu. Can you do me the favor?" Rou asked politely and looked at Nabu through his eyes. Nabu looked at back with his eyes knowingly.

In this fiction, I adapted the power of Morana from the original Slavic myth and changed some detail about it to make my story interesting. Well, it seemed that Morana is the powerful being like Dr. Fate even her power wasn't about keeping things in order like him.
The reason I chose to make Dr. Fate become Rou's mentor because the member in Justice League had different opinion about him in good and bad way. But mostly of them think that Dr. Fate's action was unforgivable and cruel to Zatanna since Zatara was her only family member who is still alive. However, Dr. Fate believed that his action is right because he believed that the world need him to maintain things in order which similar to Morana but for how do they similar, you have to keep reading this fiction and stay tuned for more.
I admit that this fiction was different from the other story that contained about Nightwing x OC that she always spend her time with Nightwing because in this fiction, I want to show my unique idea about OC that she didn't need to be a woman who waited for her price on the white horse to save her all the times like Rou who knew that she couldn't wait Nightwing to help her training because he was the leader and didn't have time to help her. So Rou decided to find someone who could help her. Fortunately, Dr. Fate offered his help to her and accept her as his protege.
