"I overheard there was some racket at the hospital. Dammit, I didn't think it'd be you three." Tsunade was rubbing her temple in annoyance. When she looked at the situation, there was no surprise lingering along her expression. It seemed she had already grown accustomed to their constant bickering and fighting.

'Knowing Sasuke is this mad, Naruto must've done something. '

"Alright, Uchiha, let go of the brat."

He didn't listen. His face was lowered and pushed away from the blond's direction while said blond occupied himself in wiping the blood from his nose and mouth. The jacket was still being held at the present moment.

"God, what did Naruto do this time?!" Tsunade almost yelled.

The two males paid no heed to her question. Sakura, however, fidgited somewhat before replying:

"Sasuke-kun brought Naruto here for a check up and...it turns out he has Fatal...Familial...insomnia..."

"W-what?!" The Hokage thought she must've been mistaken.

"And the Dobe is going to die." There, Sasuke spoke without lifting his head.

"Heh." Naruto laughed. "Like you care."

The Uchiha growled furiously. "Shut up!" His fist, once again, made contact with the Uzumaki's face.

The Hokage rushed forward before the raven could cause anymore harm and pulled him away from the teen. "Sasuke, cut it out!"

"Why should I?! The Dobe doesn't even care if he were to die!"

"Oh, like you would even give a damn!"

"Shut it!" Tsunade had to resort to yelling, though she had wished not to. The Hokage still had a slight hangover from the bottle of sake the previous night. "Sakura, are you positive of the brat's condition?"

Sakura confirmed it. "It was pretty obvious- not to be rude, Tsunade-sama."

"Go on."

"Naruto has little to no nutrients that his body is in need of and it's clear he hasn't slept or eaten...I know it can't be anything else." How she had hoped it had been something else.

The Hokage looked sadly at the boy, the one she even called her own brother. It was unintentional, but a flash of pity glinted in her eyes.

Naruto growled. "Just great...another one..."

"Shut up, Dobe!" The Uchiha, once again, rushed forward and snatched the orange jacket before throwing the teen to the floor- almost hitting his head. "What's wrong with you, idiot?! Is it so bad that someone is caring about even if you are acting like scum?!"

The blond turned his gaze, anger welling up to near almost the brink of explosion.

They both stood silent.

Finally, the Hokage spoke up. "Naruto, you'll be staying in the hosp-"

"Tsunade-sama." Sakura turned to face her sensei and quietly whispered. "I don't think it would be best to lock him up here..." Quietly and regretfully she added, "it would be horrible to stay here until..."

The Hokage nodded. Before she could speak, there was a knock at the door behind her. She opened it and smiled at the person in the doorway. "Hello, Hinata."

"G-good evening, Hokage-sama..."

"What can I do for you?"

The Hyuuga looked slightly uneasy, but blinked her anxiety away in a brief second. "I-I overheard what you said- about keeping Naruto in the hospital."

Tsunade shook her head. "Well-"

"I want to watch him." She said exasperatingly. "I want to m-make sure he's alright..."

"Hinata, the extent of his illness is severe, he- we're not quite sure we can do much."

Across the room, Naruto growled. "Grandma, I ain't staying in some damn hospital room until I die."

"Shut up, Idiot!" Sasuke pulled tighter at his jacket.

Hinata, finally bringing up the courage, founded a solution. "W-what if he stood with me?"

Sakura froze. "Heh?"

"Yes, I-I could make sure he doesn't try anything stupid a-and watch over him as well." Her voice grew silent.

The Hokage thought for a moment before nodding her head in agreement. "Alright." She turned to Naruto. "You'll be staying with Hinata from now on."
