Sousei no Evangelion
ESKK: Hey finally got around to working on this so hurray. Anyway I would like to apologize for the long delay and will now give you the chapter you asked for. Anyway enjoy.

The song starts with showing the title of the series as it showed that the EVA and Aquarion Solar were facing each other on the screen.
-Kujira-tachi no koe no tooi zankyou Futari de kiita-
The screen then shows the Shadow Angels Tree of Life before the camera shows Apollonius and Celiane embracing each other in front of a Golden Aquarion Solar.
-Nakushita mono subete-
The Screen Shows Shinji as he looked to the distance as if trying to find answers to his past life.
-Aishita mono subete-
Then it shows Toma as he looked on to the distance with a look of longing for his lost Love.
-Kono te ni dakishimete Ima wa doko wo samayoi iku no-
The screen then shows both Shinji and Toma close to each other before showing Aquarion solar slicing through a Cherubim before showing Solar Aquarions face who's eyes shines before shows the Machine Angel flying to face a foe.
-Kotae no hisomu kohaku no taiyou-
Shows the vectors merging to form Aquarion with the music picking up as between the merges showed Kaworu
-Deawanakereba Satsuriku no tenshi de irareta-
Shows the Merge continuing as Mari was also feeling the embrace of the Merge. Then the screen shows Asuka as it looked like Solar Aquarion was being formed. But once Asuka was done it showed Aquarion Mars as it did its pose for when its merge was complete.
-Fushinaru matataki motsu tamashii-
The screen then shows Shinji, Asuka, and Kaworu in the merge as it was evident that Shinji was the head for the merge. The screen then showed Shinji fighting Fudou as if wanting to seek answers to his father's imprisonment as well as training to get stronger before Fudou jumped back and in his place was Aquarion Solar.
-Kizutsukanaide Boku no Hane-
Solar Aquarion spread its wings as it shined on Toma.
-Kono kimochi shiru tame umarete kita-
As the music picked up the screen then went from Toma to all the other Shadow Angels as it was evident that Aquarion was showing who the evil ones were. The screen then shows Aquarion Mars who was wielding a sword, followed by Aquarion Lunar whose arm that forms Solar' Wings was opened to be like a bow and arrow as it was more evident when Lunar pulled an Arrow ready to shoot, and finally the Aquarion Solar who was ready for battle.
-Ichimannen to nisennen mae kara aishiteru-
The music reached a peak as the screen showed Kaworu on ledge with a piano as he was playing it while not too far behind him was Toji who was doing tricks with a basketball as he then sent it at Kaworu who smiled and summoned an AT field which sliced the ball in two.
-Hassennen sugita koro kara motto koishikunatta-
Shows Asuka fighting through what looked like other Elements as she then saw a big guy and smirked before she dodged his punches and then blocked his attack and sent him flying.
-Ichioku to nisennen ato mo aishiteru-
Shows Mari jumping up and preparing to do a spin in the air as the scene soon showed Aquarion Lunar doing the same spin as she kicked the Cherubim and once it did it soon showed Mari with a smirk on her face as she adjusted her glasses and then the scene soon followed to Kensuke who was videotaping Aquarions battle.
-Kimi wo shitta sono hi kara boku no jigoku ni ongaku wa taenai-
The screen shows Mana tinkering with a machine before it showed Rena who was on her wheelchair before the Vectors flew by blowing her hair as she knew they were there even if she couldn't see. Then scene break to Shinji who was about to send a punch before it scene break to Aquarion Solar doing its punch as it.
Then scene break to the earth as the Angels portal appeared around it before scene breaking to an old image of Apollonius and Toma who were back to back and finally ending the song with all the pilots above the earth as well as the NERV crew as far off behind them was a large pair of Golden Wings.
(Start)
Asuka woke up that morning expecting everything to be her new norm. She stretched and yawned before getting out of bed not noticing the red feathers on her bed as she walked to her room. As she continued her trek she soon arrived to the bathroom before she began to brush her teeth but when she did a red wing smacked her in the face as Asuka stopped and looked at her arm where a red wing was attached to it going wide eyed. Asuka did the only thing she can do in this situation she screamed.
Asuka saw she was home alone but she panicked and was freaking out. "Did Aquarion contaminate me? No it a machine but where did this wing grow from?!" she panicked as she went to her room and looked for something to cover it up. "I can't be an angel I don't want to be an angel," Asuka said as she found her mother's old wristband that looked to have a crystal on it.
Asuka quickly put it on and saw the wing go into it showing that it was gone for now. "I don't want to be an Angel," Asuka began to tear up as she began to wonder what Shinji would think of this before ridding her mind of the thought. "No he's not the reincarnation of that Angel guy and I'm not in reincarnated lover," Asuka said as she would die before accepting that.
When Asuka inspected the wrist band and saw it kept the wing hidden she got up and began getting dressed for the day. Which made her wonder where the hell Misato and Shinji were.
(With Misato)
Misato was at work checking over the paperwork for Aquarions last battle as so far the JSDF have been trying to make a grab for the machine Angel ever since SEELE were revealed as well as Gendo's plot to play God. So far NERV has been hectic. Misato then finished the last of the paperwork as she began to wonder what it would be like to pilot Aquarion but according to Fudou only special people called Elements can pilot Aquarion.
"Well that's the last of it now I can go home and get some sleep," Misato said as she was glad to get some long overdue sleep. Misato then packed up and began to head out as she didn't even wait for anyone to pick it up.
(With Shinji)
Shinji was at the Test Vectors for Aquarion as he looked at them as he wondered what his past life was like. He knew he was a Shadow Angel but something back then must have caused him to do what Sparda did in Devil May Cry to the Shadow Angels. He was curios as could be because he had a whole past life he doesn't even remember.
"What was I like back then?" he asked as soon a new voice came in.
"One question with a thousand answers," came Fudo's voice as Shinji looked and was shocked to see the Supreme Commander of NERV there.
"Commander Fudo?!" Shinji yelped as he quickly fixed his posture but Fudo raised a hand to keep him from doing that.
"No need for respect as for your question what Apollonius was like can be interpreted in as many ways as there are people on this earth," Fudo said as Shinji was confused.
"I don't understand," Shinji said as Fudo smiled.
"Well let's take you for example there's a Shinji living inside everyone you meet minds just as there is a Gen Fudo in everyone I meet in everyone's mind so to ask who Apollonius was and what he was like is like asking all the Apollonius's in everyone's mind to show off," Fudo explained as Shinji nodded getting it a bit. "Don't worry you will understand in time," Fudo said before he walked away leaving Shinji alone.
(Later)
Fudo was on his desk as he was waiting for Ritsuko and soon she finally arrived. "Dr. Akagi I want all access to all of NERV's sectors to be open I have a training exercise for the pilots," Fudo said as Dr. Akagi get a bad feeling about it.
"Uh may I ask why?" she asked hoping it wouldn't be anything traumatizing.
"Simple it's to see if the pilots can work as a team for a common goal, and who is better suited for Aquarion," Fudo said as Ritsuko nodded seeing both a team work exercise and a way to weed out the unworthy.
"It will be done," Ritsuko said knowing what rooms to go for.
(Later at the Pilots break room)
"Ok confess which one of you Baka's drank my milkshake!" Asuka demanded as the pilots were trying to deal with Asuka's terror.
"Who knows why not just get another one Devil girl," Toji asked as Kaworu was playing the piano.
"That's not the point it's the principle of it!" Asuka yelled before Rei spoke up.
"Are you sure it was not you who drank it pilot Suryu?" Rei asked as Kaworu continued to play before Asuka had enough.
"HEY SUPER BOY WOULD YOU STOP THE MUSIC ALREADY YOUR NOT HELPING!" the German yelled as Kaworu nodded and stopped and got off the piano.
That was when Kensuke ran in as he looked frantic. "Guys Shinji is missing!" he called shocking the pilots.
"WHAT?!" all but Kaworu and Rei yelled as Asuka then growled.
"So it was the baka who drank my milkshake!" she yelled ready to bust Shinji's head.
"Don't worry he won't be missing for long," Fudo said as he was standing at a window that gave him a good view of the Geo-Front. "Because you're all going to find him!" he said shocking the pilots.
(With Shinji)
Shinji was walking through the hallways as he was searching for one thing and one thing only. "Come on where are the Vectors," Shinji said as he looked for them. "If asking people won't get me a straight answer to what Apollonius was like then I'll just have to see if he left anything in Aquarion," Shinji said as he wanted to truth.
(Meanwhile in the main halls of NERV)
Doors began to open as the pilots looked around wondering what they were being opened for as they thought they were going to go look for Shinji. "Attention pilots," Ritsuko's voice called as everyone looked to see her up above waiting. "Your goal is simple the first one to find Shinji earns the right to pilot a vector," she called as everyone cheered ready to get their hands on being a vector pilot. "Good luck then and… Go!" she called before everyone began heading to a random pathway in hopes of finding Shinji.
"GAUH!" came the voice of the first few unlucky pilots as Ritsuko smiled.
"Oh I forgot to mention there's some traps so be careful," Ritsuko said as Asuka was shocked.
(With Asuka)
"Oh come on seriously what the hell!" Asuka yelled in fury as she wondered what went through that commanders head.
(Toji)
"Great now she tells us," Toji said as he was hoping it would be a bit easier. Toji looked at the poor pilot who almost got stabbed by spikes as Toji smiled. "Well hang in there," he said before jumping and using the pilots head as a spring board.
(With Kaworu)
"Where are you Shinji-kun?" Kaworu asked before focusing. He kept his AT-field at a low sense he was here under protection but even he wanted to pilot a vector. His eyes were closed as he was trying to see if he could detect Shinji anywhere in NERV. Kaworu soon heard footsteps thanks to his sensory before he stood up and got ready. "Found you," he said before walking off.
(With Rei)
Rei was using an old classic which was a pair of metal probes in the shape of an L as they moved to show they were tracking Shinji as Rei followed where they lead.
(With Shinji)
Shinji could tell he was being tracked as he looked behind him as he was in a narrow tunnel that can only be crawled through. "So there tracking me," Shinji said before he continued his path.
(With Fudo)
Gen was watching the progress of the Pilots with the NERV Crew monitoring as well as Ritsuko taking notes. Misato saw this as she sighed. "Were the traps really necessary?" the Major asked as Gen was just quiet as usual.
(Back with Rei)
Rei was walking down another pathway as she was focusing on the pieces of Metal as they soon began to invert to a Radio that was doing foot step sounds. "A decoy?" Rei asked as she wasn't too surprised.
"Correct," Kaworu called as he appeared as well. "It seems I wasn't the only one who got tricked," Kaworu said as he turned off the stereo.
(Later)
Kaworu was following Rei as Rei took the lead. "Pilot Nagisa why are you following me?" Rei asked as Kaworu smiled.
"I have a feeling he's down that way," Kaworu said as Rei nodded.
"Very well," Rei said before she stepped in a water engaging another trap. Rei was soon dunked in water as it was evident Rei wasn't keen on traps.
"Should I take the lead?" Kaworu asked as Rei looked.
"I shall handle this," Rei said before they continued.
(With Kensuke and Mana)
"What are you doing?" Mana asked as Kensuke was on his cellphone trying to find Shinji. "I made this app that detects movements in mazes so I can find a way through the mazes," Kensuke said as Mana sighed as she had some sort of metal bag on her back. "What are you doing?" he asked as the darkness of the room they were in didn't help them at all.
"Oh when a human moves he or she disrupts the magnetic waves and this bad boy will track Shinji," Mana said turning on a light before it made a red light. Kensuke went wide eyed as he pointed behind Mana as Mana turned and went wide eyed to see none other than the infamous Evangelion graveyard as Mana screamed which was followed by an explosion as Kensuke and Mana were sent flying to the door as Kensuke was shocked.
"What the hell was that?!" he asked shocked to see this.
"Um allergies?" Mana said as Kensuke was skeptical.
"How do allergies cause explosions?" he asked as Mana was nervous now.
"Um the power of science," Mana said as this was getting nowhere fast.
(Control room)
Gen began using his screen to activate even more traps as Misato was shocked. "You do realize they will hate you for this right?" Misato said as Gen smirked.
"Hate no such thing," he said as he activated even more traps.
(With Asuka)
"Come out Shinji take your beat down like a man," Asuka said before she heard a sound. "Who's there?!" she asked as she was now walking backwards just as Toji came out of a vent as soon Asuka bumped into him. Asuka freaked out and gave the boy a swift kick as he yelped in pain.
"What the Hell did I do?!" he demanded as Toji and Asuka were shocked.
(Later)
"I'm not apologizing," Asuka said as Toji glared.
"Hey I didn't even see you and you kicked me for no reason," Toji growled as they walked through an open area.
"Oh yeah well how would you feel about a guy appearing from a hole under you?!" Asuka demanded as Toji then stopped. "What now Stooge?" Asuka asked as Toji kneeled down and placed his hand on the ground before closing his eyes.
Asuka began to walk to the side as she took out a bag of Dorito's before she dug in as Toji soon heard a stomach growl as even Asuka heard. Toji looked to Asuka who turned her head showing it wasn't her before they heard it again and look to the ceiling to see none other than Shinji there.
"Found you Shinji!" Toji called before Asuka placed her left arm forward and broke one of the beams he was hanging on to making him fall.
"That's what you get for drinking my Milkshake," Asuka growled before Shinji ran. Toji and Asuka were about to give chase before the ground before them split and when they looked down they saw the base was being reconfigured as somewhere Misato was shocked.
(With the NERV Bridge Crew)
"I KNEW IT THE LAYOUT DOES CHANGE EVERYTIME I COME HERE!" Misato yelled as Gen smiled.
(Back with the Pilots)
"I got him," Toji said before he focused his Element power which formed into a flame sphere and sent it hurdling straight at Shinji who smelled the flame and quickly acted by dodging the attack which was lucky he did because it exploded upon the impact to the wall.
"Damn we need a way around this," Asuka cursed as Toji nodded.
"I think I know one follow me," Toji said as they had to give chase.
(With Kaworu and Rei)
Kaworu and Rei heard the explosion as they knew someone must have found Shinji and have already given chase. "We should hurry," Kaworu said before he and Rei began to run to get to Shinji first.
(With Shinji)
Shinji located the locker rooms and saw he was getting closer to the Vectors. Shinji saw he had time and quickly began to get dress into his Merge suit as once it was on he began to make his trek to the Vectors. Shinji soon found areas he recognized and soon arrived where the vectors were being kept just as Asuka and Toji arrived closely followed by Kaworu and Rei.
"Come on Stooge he's getting away!" Asuka called as she and Toji chased after Shinji who was boarding Vector Sol.
"Let's go," Rei said as she and Kaworu went after Shinji only to activate another trap which was a trap door to which Kaworu grasped Rei's hand and held it firmly. But unfortunately it gave Asuka and Toji time to board Vector Luna and Vector Mars respectively just as Vector Sol launched that was signaled by a Shadow Angel attack alarm activating.
(In New York)
Harvest Beasts were gathering humans up from the city of New York-2 as it was evident that the Shadow Angels were gathering humans for some unknown reason as it was evident that the humans served some purpose to them. It was soon that the vectors arrived as Shinji took the lead.
(Asuka)
"Ok baka turn I'll be the head sense you stole this Vector," Asuka said as Shinji looked on the screen.
(Toji)
"Well I have been wondering what Aquarion Lunar looks like," Toji said as Shinji was still unsure.
(Shinji)
"I don't know," Shinji said as Asuka was shocked.
"What?" Asuka asked as Shinji looked.
"I don't know I never wanted to fight for humanity and to find out I'm the reincarnation of some powerful being it just feels like my life wasn't mine to decide sense day one," Shinji said as Fudo heard it all.
(Central Dogma)
"Fate and Destiny are two separate things, Fate is absolute but can be denied, Destiny can set you on a path and you decide if you want to follow that path," Fudo said as everyone was confused.
(Asuka)
"What?" Asuka asked as she fired at the grunts.
(Toji)
"I don't get it," Toji admitted as he fired at the Grunts.
(Shinji)
"My Destiny?" Shinji asked as he didn't understand.
(Central Dogma)
"Its ok to runaway sometimes but eventually you have to stop running and face your fears otherwise they will control you forever," Gen said as Shinji was shocked to hear this as the tone Gen used was like a father to his son.
(Battlefield)
That was when a clawed hand shot out of the ground as it began firing lasers at them as everyone tried to dodged but the way the lasers came gave them no room to avoid it.
(Asuka)
Damn where did that come from?" the German cursed as she avoided the lasers.
(Shinji)
"I don't know it's probably the leader," Shinji said as the words Fudo had said to him wracked his mind.
(Battlefield)
That was when the hand from its wrist shot missiles at Shinji who quickly began to avoid it but the missiles were locked onto him and followed wherever he went. The missiles soon got to Vector Sol but before they could hit Vector Luna appeared.
(Asuka)
"Watch out baka-Shinji!" she called as she took the blow and began going down.
(With Shinji)
"ASUKA!" he called worried for the girl.
(Toji)
"DEVIL GIRL!" he called as he was worried for the German.
(Central Dogma)
"There merge Index is still below the thresh hold," Maya called as Misato cursed.
"Damn if they can't form Aquarion then there sitting ducks out there," Misato cursed before Fudo spoke.
"Shinji if you don't stop running away now you'll regret it for the rest of your life," Fudo said as he knew he caught Shinji's attention. "Being strong means more than just physical strength it also means a strong sense of character Apollonius passed his soul to you for some reason so you must not let his memory die here, people are losing loved ones to the Shadow Angels you must stand and become strong for the sake of other," Fudo said as Shinji was shocked.
(Shinji)
*Insert Sousei No Aquarion
"Become Strong," Shinji repeated as his normal mantra seemed to fade.
(Asuka)
Become Strong," Asuka repeated as Fudo's words struck her heart.
(Toji)
"Become Strong," Toji said as he knew what they had to do.
(Central Dogma)
"Mam the Synch gauges show that there' synching up to each other," Maya called as Mari saw it.
"Like a jigsaw puzzle," Mari called as she could see it.
"A good analogy an individual piece can do nothing but when all the pieces come together the puzzle is solved those three have finally just realized that," Fudo explained as Ritsuko got it.
"Yes that was the principle Aquarion was built on they had to learn that alone they couldn't accomplish anything but by letting people into their hearts only then will they become strong," Ritsuko said as she did her homework clearly.
"Yes that what it takes for a true merge," Fudo said before he stood up. "MERGE INTO AQUARION MARS!" Fudo ordered as Toji's Element power would be needed.
(Shinji)
"Merge 1!" Shinji invoked as he was done running away.
(Asuka)
"Merge 2!" Asuka invoked as she wanted to be free of her shadows.
(Toji)
"GO AQUARION!" he invoked as the merge began.
(Battlefield)
The energy lines formed between the three vectors as the line began to pull Vector Luna out of the Cherubim's grasp. It didn't take long for Vector Luna to be freed as it flew to join its siblings in the merge.
(During the Merge)
Shinji and Asuka were close to each other as they felt the light wash over them before Toji Spoke. "I'm on fire," he said as they merged.
(Merge Complete)
*End OST
Aquarion Mars landed as Shinji spoke. "Ano where is it?" he asked as Toji needed to focus.
(Toji)
"Quiet," Toji said before he closed his eyes to focus.
(Battlefield)
Aquarion Mars placed its hand on the ground detecting the Cherubim as soon found the beast as Toji's eyes opened. "FOUND YOU!" he yelled as Aquarion Mar's food opened up vents for an attack. "WHITE HOT FIRE KICK!" he invoked sending a flaming ball straight into the ground and causing the ground to blow up and soon causing The Cherubim to be thrown out.
Toji of course was winded as Asuka took notice to something.
(Asuka)
"Guys the Harvest Beasts are getting away!" Asuka called as Shinji growled.
(Central Dogma)
"FORM SOLAR AQUARION!" Fudo ordered as it was Shinji's turn.
(Battlefield)
The vectors split apart before they formed Solar Aquarion and once the merge was complete Aquarion Solar flew at the Harvest Beasts in an attempt to save the humans in there. But before he could do a proper attack the Cherubim appeared and attempted to stop Aquarion.
(Shinji)
"Get out of my WAY!" Shinji yelled as he pushed on the controls.
(Battlefield)
Aquarion was able to punch the Angel and destroy it before it began flying torts the Harvest Beasts who were vanishing through a portal but when Aquarion tried to reach for them a barrier stopped it as the pilots were shocked.
(Asuka)
"We can't break through fast enough," Asuka said as she kept trying to help Shinji break through but it was no use.
(Battlefield)
The Harvests Beasts were able to escape as Shinji was shocked at this.
(Shinji)
"No," he said as even with all that work all his hopes he couldn't save those people.
(Toji)
"Damn those monsters," Toji cursed as he growled at the fact that they failed to save those people.
(Shinji)
Shinji was curled up in a ball as he saw he couldn't save those people he screwed up as it was all hid fault.
(Scene break)
Fudo arrived at the locker room to see Shinji sitting on the chair looking at his hand as he opened and closed his palm as if trying to get over his own mental problem. "A penny for your thoughts," Fudo said as he stood before Shinji.
"Oh it's just I failed to save all those people I failed because I wasn't strong enough," Shinji said as Gen looked at Shinji.
"Then get stronger," he said as Shinji was shocked. "If weakness was the reason that you failed then train your heart, body, and mind to become stronger otherwise you'll be doomed to repeat the mistakes," Fudo said as he walked away.
"Train my heart, body, and mind?" Shinji said as he got what he was saying.
(Scene break)
"How long has he been there?" Asuka asked as Toji watched Shinji who was actually working out as he had a look of determination in his eyes.
"No clue but one things is for sure a fire has been ignited in Shin-Man's soul," Toji as Shinji was using the equipment to train his body.
