A/N: Sorry for delaying this story for so long. I was just really focused on my other stories. Also I didn't expect that you all were waiting for this story. Only a few chapters left behind, guess I will try to update each weeks now. Thank everyone that gave positive reviews. Shino goes to her the village to visit her mother and her family for 2 weeks. She won't know anything till Naruto will be hospitalized.

One week later
Naruto's apartment

Naruto slowly opened his eyes and took off Amusphere from his head. He stood up and walked towards the window and looked out of the window. He recalled the conversation with Yuuki and gritted his teeth in anger.

'Why? Why Yuuki must die? She still has a whole life ahead? Why must she die? Why the God is so unfair towards good people?' Naruto thought helplessly. He punched the wall hard. 'Even if I said that I will save her but I didn't know how. But I will find a way. I won't let Yuuki die. I did promise her that I will save her no matter what!'

Naruto took a deep breath to calm down and began to think out loud. "First, I need to find a way to find Yuuki's location. I need to know how bad her situation is". Naruto began to think hard. He starts to recall what Kirito said to Asuna. He said that Yuuki is literary living in virtual world. What did he mean by that? Suddenly, Naruto's eyes widens in realization. The only way a person could dive 24/7 is by using that machine. There are no other explanations for Kirito's statement.

Naruto hurriedly call Kirito to ask him about the location of the experiment on Medicuboid. He knew that Kirito knew the location. "Moshi, moshi? Kirito? I want to ask you something?"

"Oh, isn't that Naruto? What do you need? And why didn't you contact with anyone? Shino, Rika and Sugu were worried sick of you!" said Kirito through the phone.

"Sorry, but I am in a hurry now. Could you please tell me the hospital, where there is the trial on Medicuboid?" asked Naruto seriously.

Kirito was silent for a while. "So you've find out huh, Naruto. I should feel surprise. So, you are going to find Zekken, huh? Why? Did something serious happen?"

"I-I can't tell you anything, Kirito. I will be offline for some days. But please don't tell the girls about this conversation. If they find out then they will try to find the reason why" replied Naruto with solemn voice.

"Why? What happen after the boss fight, Naruto?" demand Kirito worriedly.

"I-I can't tell you anything now. Just, please, give the address" plead Naruto.

Kirito took a deep breath and sigh out. "Ok. If you didn't want to talk now. I won't force you. But I expected the answers from you, when the business is finished. Deal?"

"Deal. After everything is over, I will answer all your questions" replied Naruto with a nodded of his head.

Kirito told Naruto the place where the experiment on Medicuboid is testing. Naruto thanks him and ends the call.
He remembers that the best doctor in Japan is somewhere in Tokyo. Her name is Senju Tsunade, the owner of Senju Clinic. She was proclaimed 'Miracle Healing Goddess', because she has saved dozen of lives and even managed to cure some sickness that was told to be incurable. She is the only hope to save Yuuki. But Senju Tsunade is a person with a very high authority and status, he couldn't approach her and asked her for a help like that.

'Wait!' Naruto recalled with widen eyes. 'If I recall right. Then Jiraya is childhood friends with her. Maybe he will help me to meet up with her'

Scene change

"So you want to meet up with Tsunade? Can you tell me the reason though?" asked Jiraya that was sitting on the coach. He is watching the TV with a pervert eyes as on the TV is a beauty contest.

Naruto rolls his eyes at the typical Jiraya and said. "Yes. Just rearrange a meeting for me with her. It's really important for me. Maybe she is the only one that can help me"

"Ok. I will arrange you a meeting with her. Knowing how stubborn you are, I won't ask you for a reason anymore" replied Jiraya with a glance from the corner of his eye.

Naruto thanks him and gives him his number to contact him. Now he needs to go to Yuuki's possible place. And find out just how bad her situation is.

With Asuna

After the boss battle, Asuna couldn't contact either Naruto or Yuuki. She felt that something happened during the last boss battle, but she didn't know exactly what. But she has a bad felling about this. So she decided to go to Naruto's current living place to ask him directly.

Asuna knocked on the door and the door opened to reveal Jiraya.

"Um... I am sorry, but is Naruto home? You must be Jiraya-san, right? I am Yuuki Asuna. Nice to meet you"

"Oh, so you are Asuna-chan eh? Naruto left for a while now. And he didn't tell me anything" lied Jiraya.

"Is that so? I am sorry then. I will come the other time" replied Asuna and turned to leave. Jiraya looked at her back am with a heavy sigh and close the door.

Yokohama Port
Nothern General Hospital

Naruto has reach the same hospital, where Yuuki's possible location. He walked in and went to a register to ask.

"Could you help me to find one person, please?"

"Yes, I can. Who are you looking for?" replied a receptionist. Naruto scratched his head and reply. "I don't know her name. But I think she is about the age of fifteen"

"I am sorry, but that's not enough information for me to search her out. Could you tell more specifically?" replied the receptionist.

"She is the one that is using the test model of Medicuboid here" said Naruto. After hearing that, the neighbor receptionist widens her eyes and asked Naruto. "I am sorry. But could you tell me your name?"

Naruto blinked in surprise, but still answered the question. "I am Naruto. Uzumaki Yuuki Naruto"

The same receptionist still has the same look of wonder and turned to Naruto then said. "Sit on the bench over there and wait for a minute"

"Okay" replied Naruto.

Scene change

Naruto is sitting on the bench and is waiting like he was told. He heard the sound of footsteps so he turned to that direction. There is a doctor that is slowly approaching him.

"Hello, I am sorry to keep you waiting" said the doctor.

"It's nothing. Really" said Naruto and stood up to shake his hand with the doctor.

"So, you are Naruto-san. Am I correct?" asked the doctor.

"Yes"

"I am Kurahashi. I am Konno Yuuki-san's doctor" replied Kurahashi.

"Konno Yuuki-san?" repeated Naruto.

Scene change

Naruto and Dr, Kurahashi went to a table to talk with each other.

"I am amazed that you found this place. Yuuki-kun said that someone named Naruto or Asuna may come here to find her" said Kurahashi.

"So, she did?"

"Yeah. But she said she didn't tell you about the hospital. So I told her there is no way you will find this place... but". He sipped his drink and then continue. "When the front desk ask for me. I was really surprise"

"Did Yuuki-san tell you about me?" wondered Naruto.

"But, of course. She talks about you and someone named Asuna all the time. But when she is done talking about you, she gained a really solemn face. She never complained about her own situation. She really wants to see you, but she couldn't" replied Kurahashi. He then look at Naruto and asked. "You was the one that promised her that you will save her, right?". Naruto nodded his head.

"Yuuki-san did tell me about her situation" said Naruto solemnly.

"Then even after knowing that why did you promised her that? Why give her false hope?!" asked Kurahashi.

"Because that is not false hope, I will find a way to save her" replied Naruto with determination burns in his eyes.

"Do you even know why she was in this situation in the first place?" asked Kurahashi. Naruto shook his head. Kurahashi took a deep breath and start talking. "Ok. I will tell you everything. Yuuki-san and all her family were infected by a virus called AIDS". Naruto widen his eyes in horror and gasped. "But her virus is a drug-resistant type. Her mother despaired for her children's future. She was prepared to kill herself
at one point. But she decided to continue to live and fight the illness. Soon, after the birth, Yuuki-kun was given multi-drug therapy. It's really hard for a young child to go through so many drug therapies. There are also side effects as well. But despite that her family believes that she will get better. Yuuki-kun did her best to fight the illness. But in the fourth grade, her immune system collapse. That's why she was hospitalized here. But even she she is always smiling and believe that she may one day recover from her illness". He then turned to Naruto and said. "I don't know why you give her such a promise. But if you really could save Yuuki-kun, then I will be really greatful. I don't know why but I could also feel a special aura coming from you, Naruto-san. I could feel that you could create a miracle. So please create a miracle and save Yuuki-kun. She didn't deserve to say good bye to the life just yet. She is still so young. She has her whole future wait for her ahead"

"I will save her, Dr. Kurahashi. Thank you, for sharing her story with me" said Naruto and stood up to leave.

"Didn't you come here to see her, Naruto-san?" asked Dr, Kurahashi surprise.

"I will see her. When she could open her eyes and looks directly at me. I've a business to take care off for now" said Naruto and stood up to leave. Before he left, he glance from his shoulder at Kurahashi and said. "Could you please send this message to Yuuki-san? 'Continue to believe in me and the miracle will happen'". With that Naruto left the doctor behind and walked out of the hospital.

Scene change

Naruto just received a call from Jiraya and he told him that he could go straight to her cabinet now.

Senju Clinic
Tsunade's office.

Naruto knocked the door several times, when he heard 'come in', he opened the door slowly. In front of him, is possibly the most beautiful woman he ever sees. She has pale blond hair, chocolate brown eyes with a diamond mark on her forehead. Her rack is huge and she is wearing a white doctor blouse.

"Oh, so you are the same gaki that Jiraya told me about? So, what did you want? Jiraya told me that you really want to meet me" said Tsunade and invite him to sit. Naruto did as he was told.

"Good evening, Senju-san. Yes, I'd like to ask you one question?" replied Naruto.

"I am listening"

"Is there a possibility to save a person that was infected with AIDS since birth?" asked Naruto seriously.

Tsunade raised he eyebrow in surprise and asked him back. "Why did you ask that question?"

"Just please answer me the question, please!" said Naruto impatiently. Tsunade gazed at Naruto for a while and replied. "Normally, no. But there are always exceptions"

"Exceptions?"

"Yes. Exceptions. Those exceptions are the blood of Uzumaki members" replied Tsunade.

Naruto widens his eyes and muttered. "M-my blood could save lives? How?"

"Uzumaki' blood is not just any blood. It is a true gift from God to Uzumaki. Uzumaki's blood has a healing ability that could heal practically all illness. There are very strong antibodies in the blood that could erase and destroy the entire virus in the infected body. That's the main reason why the members of Uzumaki family never get sick" explained Tsunade the gift of Uzumaki

Naruto widens his eyes in awe and wonder at his blood ability. "T-then if I transferred my blood to Yuuki. I could save her, right?"

"Well, yes Uzumaki's blood are universal, you could transfer it to anyone you want. But before you made any decision, I'd like to exam your body a little" said Tsunade.

"Exam my body? For what?" wondered Naruto.

"Don't argue with me. I am the doctor here. Don't worry, it won't take long" said Tsunade. Naruto shrugged his shoulders.

After the examination

Tsunade called Naruto in to talk with him about his condition. "Sit, Naruto"

Naruto sat down and wait for her reply.
Tsunade took a deep breath and said. "I don't recommend you to make a blood transfusion to anyone, Naruto?"

"Why is that?" asked Naruto suspiciously.

Tsunade turned her gaze to Naruto. Her expression is really serious. "Because you may die, after the transfusion"

Naruto's eyes widens in horror and his eyes is full of confusion. "I-I don't understand anything at all, Senju-san! Why will I die after the blood transfusion?"

"Your body is already at the limit as it is now. The only reason you are standing in front of me and not lying in the hospital's bed is your blood. If you will transfers your blood now, then your body will shut down. The possibility of the dying rate is 50/50. Think careful, before you make a decision, Naruto. You may save someone's life, but you will lose yours in the process" explained Tsunade the seriousness of Naruto's condition.

A/N: What will Naruto decide? The answer is obvious. The next chapter will be very sad. Of course, Naruto will hide the truth from Yuuki. But because of that, Yuuki will feel guilty. She will blame herself for Naruto's situation. About Naruto, he won't wake up in these last chapters. The others will visit him constantly and talk to him. Naruto is so selfless that he is even prepared to sacrifice himself for his friends. That was made him a saint among humanity. Sinon will realize that her life is meaningless without Naruto. Her love for Naruto becomes so strong, that Rika and Suguha felt that their love is so insignificant towards Shino's. Asuna's mother realized her mistakes and decided to be a proper mother for Naruto. But it's too late.
