"I can't believe it's our 5 year anniversary!" Snivy said while jumping on Oshawott's back.
"Take me to the grocery store! We need to get something really fancy!"
"Yeah we do!" Oshawott said cheerfully.
The store was surprisingly full for so early in the morning. They got the usual stuff, then as they were about to leave, they saw it...
"Is that mint chocolate ice cream?" Oshawott said as he pointed at the freezer isle.
"OH MY GOD." Snivy was quite surprised.
She ran faster than a blue hedgehog, and Oshawott wasn't far behind.
"I haven't had this in so long!" she screamed.
Everyone in the store looked at her, but she didn't care.
She hugged Oshawott right as soon as he came around the corner, causing him to fall over. Luckily, someone had left their pillow on the ground where he landed.
"That's the first time someone leaving there stuff behind has been a good thing." Oshawott commented.
Snivy a little at that. They got up and proceeded to the checkout.
Back at home, the 2 had already began eating, despite it not even being lunch yet.
"I wonder if all Pokemon love ice cream this much." Oshawott commented.
"I know my brother does." she said.
"Oh you mean Smugleaf?"
"yeah."
Even the TV knew about their special day. How else could there have been an all day cartoon marathon?
"All that ice cream made me feel like taking a walk."
"At least wait until the commercial break!"
The day was sunny, but yet it wasn't overbearingly so.
"I guess that's enough. Besides, the commercial break is probably over by now."
"Then I guess I'll race ya back!
What started as a simple race turned into war. Snivy tackled Oshawott as the 2 tumbled towards their house. They crashed into the fence, and looked at each other, laughing.
