Gray was happy, to say the least.

When he thought about confessing his feelings to Natsu, a kiss is not the reaction he thought he'd get. But he didn't complain.

Natsu's lips were soft and warm while Grays were colder but soft nonetheless. Natsu's hands were wrapped around Grays neck and playing softly with his hair. As for Grays hands, they had found themselves wrapped protectively around Natsu's waist as they pulled him closer to the taller teen.

Gray's tongue licked Natsu's bottom lip making him gasp and giving Gray the opportunity he needed to explore Natsu's mouth. Gray thought that he tasted sweet and a bit like jelly, which must have been what he had for breakfast that morning probably with a bagel or something like that. Natsu's tongue fought for dominance but Gray quickly took over.

Gray pushed Natsu against the wall pushing him even closer to the rosette while trying to deepen the kiss even more. Natsu gasped slightly when he felt the wall hit his back but made no movement to get away from Gray. Natsu's fingers were still in Gray's surprisingly soft hair, then moved down to his neck and back up to his hair again.

Grays hands were resting on Natsu's hips but he so badly wanted to be able to put his hands under Natsu's shirt and explore his toned chest, but the fear that Natsu might reject him kept him from doing so.

As much as Gray wanted to keep the kiss going and stay in that spot forever he knew that if he went any farther than this, he might end up going farther than Natsu wanted and that could ruin their friendship. Although with the reaction that Gray got, he wasn't sure if he could call them friends anymore. So Gray slowly but eventually pulled away from the kiss panting a little. His mind was still a little fuzzy from the kiss and his eyesight was a little blurry but when it cleared up he looked down at the smaller teen and enjoyed the way that he looked.

Natsu had a large blush across his cheeks, his mind was just as fuzzy as Grays, but it was taking longer for his mind to clear up, giving him a dazed look. His hair was slightly messed up as some strands were falling in front of his face but he still looked pretty cute. All in all, Gray thought that Natsu looked absolutely adorable. He smirked a little at the rosette haired teen, tightening his grip just slightly around Natsu's waist.

"So... That was.. Um... Something" Gray asked, smirk still on his face but his face was a little red.

Natsu blushed some more and looked down at the ground refusing to meet the older teens gaze.

He felt slightly embarrassed about the kiss but he didn't think that he regretted it. However he was still unsure about his feelings, even though they had just kissed and he had been the one to start it, he thought it might have just been in the heat of the moment. After Gray had just confessed to him and then those thoughts that he just had, the only thing he thought of doing, or rather what his body thought of doing, was to kiss the other man. So that's exactly what he did.

But even so, was it the right thing to do? Kissing Gray might have given him the impression that Natsu had liked him back, when in reality he wasn't sure if he did or not. He did like Gray a lot but was it really those kind of feelings? Sure he thought that the man was pretty cute and he loved the way that his body looked, speaking of Grays shirt had somehow gone missing during their little kiss, and he loved his personality but... But... Oh crap! He just pretty much said that he liked everything about Gray. Does this mean that Natsu really does like Gray? Man, this was getting confusing, Natsu wished that his feelings would be clear so that he wasn't so confused. Natsu was never really one for thinking a lot so this was really giving him a headache.

Natsu's thoughts suddenly shifted over to Fairy Tail. What would they think if they knew what Gray and him were doing. Man, what would Juvia do if she knew what they were doing. She would probably drown Natsu and claim Gray all for herself. Hmm... For some reason Natsu really didn't like the thought of them together. It gave him a weird feeling in the pit of his stomach. Is this what people call jealously? Natsu had never felt jealous about anybody before, so why did it suddenly start for Gray?

Gray looked down at Natsu. His face was still looking towards the ground and the blush has mostly gone away but there was still some there. His arms were still wrapped around Natsu's waist and he didn't feel like letting go of him until he knew what Natsu was feeling. So Gray took a daring move and unwrapped one of his arms from Natsu's waist and brought it to his face. His pointer finger was resting under his chin while his thumb was rubbing against his jaw. He slowly pulled his face up to meet Grays, looking at him straight in those bright onyx eyes of his.

"Why aren't you saying anything?" Gray questioned, trying not to get lost in his eyes.

Natsu slightly shifted uncomfortably in Grays grasp. "I... I Guess I was just thinking, that's all" Natsu said looking away again. He jerked his head back when he heard Gray chuckle a little.

"What's so funny?" Natsu asked glaring slightly. Even though he didn't show it, he was really afraid that he might have done something embarrassing and that was why Gray was laughing. His face got even redder in embarrassment.

Gray looked down at Natsu with a small smile still on his face. "I guess i just thought that you were actually thinking was kind of funny, since you never seem to think about anything" he said in a teasing tone. Natsu got even redder if possible. He crossed his arms and tried to look angry by puffing out his cheeks but gray thought that it made him look even more adorable.

Gray leaned down and placed a small kiss on Natsu's forehead making him stiffen and his eyes to widen slightly. "Relax I was just kidding" he said in a kind voice. Natsu looked up at him, blush still fully on his face, then put a hand on Grays firm chest and pushed him enough for him to get out of his grasp. Gray was taken slightly aback at the sudden movement as he watched Natsu walk away from him.

Natsu stopped walking a couple feet away from Gray and looked over his shoulder. "What are you waiting for? We have a mission to finish, don't we?" Natsu said with a smirk on his face.

Gray smiled and ran after the pink haired boy, stopping only when they were walking side by side, their shoulders brushed against each others and their hands sometimes touched but neither one made any movement to stop it.

'This is defiantly going to be an interesting job' Gray thought as they walked put of the alleyway.

Well that's the end of this chapter and honestly i think its pretty good, not sure about you guys but I'm proud of it. Anyway I'm so sorry for taking so long with this chapter and I know i say this every chapter but I will really try to post the next chapter sooner. Also please leave a review they make me so happy.
