Birthday Shock
18th Down: A Little Rainbow
Hiruma's tiny green eyes narrowed at the paper in front of him. He was madly scribbling away and calculating all the effects of each action. None of the effects were what he was looking for. He popped a chewing gum bubble in frustration.

"Everyone, thanks for fucking coming." Hiruma grumbled uncharacteristically. Everyone froze, they were scared about what might come out from that scheming mouth next. It was already a first that they all gathered at some place other than a football field. In fact, they were just at a bar and everyone came. Nobody dared to defy the foul-mouthed demon lest they were courageous enough to handle what may befall them from this betrayal.
"S-so what are we all doing here?" Sena asked nervously, his thin legs shaking in fear.
"Glad you asked, fucking shrimp." Hiruma grinned and rolled out a large paper that had scribbles all over it. This was nothing like they had ever seen before.
"You asked us all the gather just for this?" Agon roared in anger, he nearly broke the adjacent table with his fists.
"W-why don't you just buy her a million roses?" Marco replied and sipped on the red wine he had ordered. He leaned back on his chair with his legs crossed and just smirked.
"That's not smart!" Koutaro, a male with greasy combed back hair retorted. "Get her something practical like a comb."
"How the hell did you manage to get a girlfriend like Juri?" Agon rolled his eyes. "Just take her to a fucking hotel. All girls like that." Sena's eyeball nearly fell out of his eyes. Monta was fuming like a monkey on a rage.
"Agon! How could you suggest something like that for a person like Mamori-san!" Unsui scolded his twin.
"What? Didn't you do that for Karin on her birthday?" Agon smirked and everyone turned to Unsui who had just turned beet red.
"How could I do that to someone like Karin?!" Unsui nearly broke the adjacent table as well. Sena swallowed the lump on his throat. He wondered how long before this entire bar was destroyed by them.
"I agree with Koutarou." Shin finally spoke up after finishing his 100 push ups and pull-ups. "You should get her something like vitamins or nutritional supplements. Everyone needs to take care of their body."
Hiruma glared at all of them. "You guys are all fucking useless. Can you guys do anything besides throw a fucking football?!"
"How about some Kariya cream puffs?" Kurita suggested, his stomach growling at the thought of those delicious creamy delights.
"I got her those last year. Next!" He turned to Monta.
"Take her to a fancy restaurant where you can dance underneath the stars with violins playing." Monta said and imagined Mamori and him in that scenario.
"Too fucking sappy. Next!" He turned to Sena. Sena was sweating more than running the entire football field 500 times. This was worse than their Death March.

"Happy birthday!" All the teammates at Saikyoudai smiled at their manager. They presented her with a large Kariya cream puff constructed like a cake. The brunette nearly fainted at the beautiful masterpiece presented in front of her. She didn't even think something like this was actually possible.
"Thank you, everyone. Let's all go out and celebrate!" Mamori said cheerfully and everyone agreed to meet at a bar for drinks and some good happy hour food. She looked at Hiruma who was casually sitting on the bench, typing away on his laptop again. She wondered what surprise he had for her.
After practice, the team headed to the bar to meet the rest of their friends / rivals when it was on the field. Mamori felt someone grab her wrist and turned to find the blond demon looking at her. His grip on her tightened and he pulled her into an alleyway. He gently pushed her against the wall and kissed her. His arms snaked around her waist and pulled her closer and closer to him.
Mamori was breathless after that kiss and looked up at Hiruma who was equally as breathless. The sound of their breaths could be heard over the meowing of cats in the alley and car tires crunching the gravel on the road. The piercing gaze of his green eyes illuminated under the faint moonlight. He leaned in closer.
"I'm only going to say this once, so you keep your fucking ears open." Hiruma growled and his lips were only millimeters away from Mamori's right ear. "I love you."
Mamori blushed and looked at his calming, green eyes. There was no doubt or hesitation in it. He pulled out a shiny object and put it around her neck. He fiddled with the clasp a little but managed to attach it. The little crystal pendent fell perfectly at the base of her neck.
"Let's go." He grumbled and grabbed her hand. She smiled at the little pendant and wrapped her arms around his waist.
"I love you too." She snuggled against him.
"Shut up." Hiruma grinned up at the night sky.
The pendant caught a little light from the street lamps and a tiny rainbow appeared.
