It had been a while since I last translated this story of mine. Life is catching up on me and I'm more into writing my other story at the moment. I'm sorry for the delay. It is quite amazing that there are still readers supporting this humble story of mine.

This is a retelling of a story from the available anime scenes so don't worry about imagining the scenes in your head even if I can't describe very well.

Chapter 9: The Arrival of Grimoire Hearts

"It's all over. Very soon, the main team will arrive. Their powers were way above us. They are the Seven Kin of Purgatory." Yomazu hissed trying to provoke Erza who was in denial.

"Stop talking nonsense. This is the holy ground of Fairy Tail. Who they think they are for trying to invade our holy ground?" Erza said in response. She was getting anxious.

"Don't underestimate the Seven Kin of Purgatory, Ultear, Rustyrose, Caprico, Kain Hikaru, Zancrow, Meredy and of course Azuma who was already on the island."

Erza's eyes widened in horror.

"It's a red signal". Said Leo who was hiding behind a rock with Gray.

"There are enemies". Gray realized. Different signal flare had a different meaning to it as agreed among the team during the mission briefing which just mean they had to gather back to the camp for regroup.

"Now what?" Elfman asked his partner, Evergreen.

"How will I know? We've lost our target." Evergreen placed her hand on her waist in frustration.

"Tsuna, please get everyone off the island! They are in danger!" Natsu pleaded while he seemed to be in terrible pain.

"Is that what you mean, my brother? Why are you always so foolish? Why do you still worried about us when you're in a pinch yourself." Tsuna said looking up to the sky at the signal.

"Tsuna, shall we return to the camp? There are enemies." Happy asked Tsuna. Tsuna had something else in mind. The enemies' target was obviously Natsu. His brother wanted him to take everyone off the island but how could they leave without him?

"Even though I don't know who they are, if they are picking a fight with us, we will have them run with tails between their legs. We must bring Brother home!" Tsuna cracked his knuckle raring to go.

"Aye!" Happy cheered.

"Natsu, where are you? Nothing must happen to you." Lucy was very worried after seeing the red flare in the sky. Her line of thought was interrupted by the two boys who had been following them. They decided to reveal themselves when things came to this.

"Don't worry Lucy, we will find him." Gray said walking towards them with Leo.

"Gray, Leo." Lucy realized.

"Why are you here?" Kana asked.

"Because Gray was worried for Lu…" Gray covered Leo's mouth to stop him from continuing. It was embarrassing.

"We happened to bump into you. Nothing more. Besides, there are enemies and most likely they are targeting Zeref who is currently on this island now." Gray explained.

Leo pushed his spectacle up and continued, "Let's return to the camp. The information we have on hand are too little. We'll be able to find out more from the rest." Leo suspected if Gray had feelings for Lucy since he was the one who suggested following the girls. They were aware of Lucy's feeling for Natsu.

Meanwhile, Makarov was standing before the grave of the First Master of Fairy Tail, Mavis.

"I'm willing to take responsibility for this. At the very least, please watch over the kids."

He or she must be disappointed with him. Makarov had allowed the enemies to their holy ground.

"Elie, I have let you down. I had taken Natsu into the guild personally yet I'm unable to protect him causing him neverending pain. I had watched him grow up. Natsu is a kind and sincere boy but fate had been really unkind to him. Natsu had encountered mishap one after another. Elie, please watch over him. Don't let him get hurt again." Makarov seemed cruel on the surface but deep down he was extremely worried and guilty when comes to Natsu.

*Flashback*

"Do fairies really have tails? Do they even exist? Like them this place as eternal mystery... A never ending adventure"

"Although I don't understand but this place seems awesome!" Natsu was awed at the sight of the guild building when Makarov first brought him there.

"Natsu, is guild fun?" Makarov asked Natsu some time after he joined Fairy Tail.

"Yes, it is fun. This is a really interesting place. Everybody seems like a family. I really love this place and I love everyone here." He exclaimed excitedly. Natsu had a lot of fun experience since joining. It was as if all the tragedies happened to him never existed in the first place.

*End Flashback*

Tsuna and Happy saw a tower of fire appearing in a distance away where they were running towards. Happy informed Tsuna that no one in Fairy Tail used such attack.

"It has to be an enemy then." Tsuna concluded. They have to hurry.

"This is so boring." Azuna, a member of the Seven Kin of Purgatory saw the fallen figures of Wendy and Charles. Lily had reverted to his little form. Mest who was struggling to stay awake could only stare at Azuna in horror. This was the legendary Seven Kin of Purgatory. There were six more mages with a level of magic like his coming. Forget about finding Zeref, it was impossible for them to get out of this situation.

The airship of Grimoire Hearts had arrived in the waters of Tenroujima. The members were getting ready to go.

"Don't worry sister, I will barbecue him and serve him to you." Zancrow said trying to please Ultear.

"As long as you don't make him go berserk with his power. It isn't something we want to deal with." The goat-like member, Capricorn reminded his comrade in long exploding blonde hair.

"He used to be such a pure and gentle young boy. We will just let him sleep. He seemed like sleeping beauty to me when he was asleep on our airship. I will be his prince to wake him up from his slumber." Rustyrose said sniffing on the stalk of rose he was holding.

"Ul, look!" Meredy commented suddenly pointing at something before them. The island was sighted. Ultear glared at her in fury.

"Do not call me Ul!" She rebuked. Her face looked scary to Meredy who flinched in fear.

"I already told you not to be so nervous." Zancrow lowered his face to her height and whispered to her ears.

"I'm sorry. I'm too carried away when I see the island." Meredy felt disappointed. She wanted to share her excitement with Ultear.

Something was emerging from the island catching the members' attention.

"What is that?" Zancrow wondered. Their Master's eyes narrowed. He recognized this magic and the user.

Standing before their ship was a giant. He was the final defense to enter the island. Master Hades scoffed swirling the wine cup. He was expecting him.

"After Elie, Sieg and Ul had failed, do you still want to stop me, Makarov?" Makarov was standing in front of the island in fury.

"Disappear! I'll not let you hurt the kids of my family as long as I live." Makarov declared to the incoming airship of Grimoire Hearts.
