I started doing my homework earlier and trying to type out this every night. It doesn't help that I have to stay back everyday after school. And this chapter is for Guest of honor who asked if Batman knew if Danny was Robin's brother, I hope you enjoy this chapter/explanation, that is if your still alive after fighting Batman! XD And kudos to Eirena Gaia who figured out Starks Co. was actually supposed to be Starks Tower! Haha, sorry, it was the first thing I could think of!

Batman's POV

I stared at Robin who had turned from calm and collected to panicked and shocked. I felt concern bubbling up inside of me. This side of Robin was rarely shown, even to me.

I kept my expression even, and was just about to ask Robin if everything was okay when he suddenly snapped his head towards us.

"I need to get there NOW!"

He was gripping the edge of the table tightly and his whole body had stiffened up. He looked ready to bolt out of the room any given minute. The others stared at him, taken aback at his sudden outburst.

"Robin, you have to calm down." I tried reasoning with him.

"No, you don't understand! Danny's there! I need to find him!" Robin was already up on his feet.

I narrowed my eyes and stood as well, placing my right hand on his shoulder.

"You won't be much help to him in this state. It wouldn't be smart to rush into a ghost-invaded town. Stay till this meeting ends, I'm sure Superman has more information on what's going on there." I lowered my voice to almost a whisper. This got his attention. Robin stayed silent as he studied me.

He must have found what he was looking for as he nodded and sat down without a word.

The others exchanged looks and decided to leave it be until the meeting was over. I took my seat as well and Superman resumed his talk.

Flashback
Wayne Manor, outskirts of Gotham City
Third person POV

Richard John 'Dick' Grayson was currently having a staring contest with his adoptive father. Sky blue eyes stared into cobalt ones.

"I'll find him. By myself." Richard said as he stared evenly at Bruce.

Bruce stared back into the determined eyes of his ward. He wondered how it had turn out like this.

It had been two days since he had brought his ward back to his mansion. He had known Richard had a younger brother who had been adopted by some other family. Richard was disappointed that he hadn't been able to adopt his brother.

After watching him mope around during these two days, Bruce had offered to help find his brother. But he had immediately declined, saying how it was going to be him who would find his brother.

Bruce knew it wasn't arrogance that had Richard saying that. He knew Richard had felt the need to take care of Daniel, especially since their parents are now deceased. Thus, feeling the need to make it up to his brother by finding him without any help.

Bruce sighed and acquiesced to his decision.

Present time
Watchtower, Space
8:55am
Robin's POV

I could feel my heart pounding in my chest, I couldn't help but feel agitated at the prospect of Danny being in some ghost infested town.

Even though I still have the urge to get to Amity Park immediately, I knew that fighting against an enemy without prior knowledge of his strengths and weaknesses would cost me.

Batman is right, I'm going to have to sit through this meeting before getting to Amity Park. I took a deep breath to calm my heart rate down before turning my attention back to Superman.

"We have done some research on the Ghost Portal and found a solution on how we can stop any more ghosts from getting through."

Everyone perked up at that. It was bad enough that we will be facing a bunch of destructive ghosts and some of them seem as strong as Superman, it would certainly give us an advantage if we can stop the in-flow of ghosts.

"We will just need to disable the power at Fenton Works where the portal has been installed. Without electricity, it will not be able to generate the portal. The power station is behind the City Hall near Fenton Works."

The hologram quickly shifted from the portal to the power station. Flash and Green Lantern frowned slightly at what was surrounding the power station.

The green specters with red eyes were all crowded around the power station along with a gargantuan black and purple dragon. They looked as if they were guarding it.

"This is where we come in, the ghosts must have known we would target the power station so they aren't letting anyone get near it. We have already sent Zatara and Aquaman to try to get as many survivors out of the town, we will be split into two teams. The first will be busting into the power station, the other will help Zatara and Aquaman stop the ghosts from leaving the town while rescuing any survivors."

I arched an eyebrow at this. If they already had everything planned out, why do they still need me? Batman seemed to have read my mind.

"Maybe you should explain to Robin as to why he is here?" he enquired to Superman.

"We've learn that you have a telepathy on your team. She would know how to deal with these ghosts more than we do, it would be good if you can get your team to join us as well." Superman explained.

I nodded in understanding, Raven would definitely know how to handle the ghosts.

Suddenly, the lights went out, along with the hologram. The room was plunged into darkness. The sounds of rustling could be heard in the darkness as everyone, except Superman, stood.

"What's happening?" Asked Wonder Woman.

Before anyone could answer, red lights filled the room, giving it an eerie feel to it. All of us reached for our weapons, already in battle stance.

After a few seconds of silence with only our breathing filling the air, we decided to get out of the room and check whether there was a threat outside.

"We should get to the main control center, if we are under attack, we should try to maintain control of the Watchtower." Said Martian Manhunter.

The others concurred as we made our way through the blood-colored hall.

"Who do you think is attacking us?" Asked Flash.

"Probably some whack-job who thinks he can take us on." Replied Green Lantern.

Surely no one could be dumb enough to attack the Justice League's headquarters right? But being in this situation makes me wonder who's attacking us as well. Joker? Penguin? Lex Luthor? Or maybe all of the villains had teamed up and decided to take down the JL's headquarters along with most of the JL members on board.

We passed some of the staff, but they looked just as confused as we felt. There was no point in questioning them so Batman sent them to the evac room, telling them to pass the message to anyone that they would bump into.

With no evac announcements, it was debated that perhaps the enemy had already taken over the control room. If that was the case, it wouldn't be safe to send those staff to the zeta-tubes.

When we finally reached the entrance to the control room, we stuck close to the wall on both sides of the door. Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Batman were on the opposite side next to the door.

"Superman and Flash would go first. J'onn, you'll take up the rear." Batman commanded.

Superman and J'onn nodded as Flash smirked slightly, he was obviously enjoying the thought of being able to beat up the enemy first.

Just as Superman and Flash were about to burst into the room, a blur of green flew through the door. That's right, through the door. All of us jumped back, still in our battle stance.

I had my bo-staff out at the ready as I tried keeping track of where the green blur was moving to. It was darting around the hallway, I couldn't exactly make out what it was, but it was definitely smaller than a human. What's the weirdest about it was that the green creature seems to be glowing.

Before anyone of us could try attacking it, it suddenly veered left, flying right towards me. Right as I was just about to whack it with my bo-staff, it stopped in front of me.

My eyes widened in surprise at the thing in front of me, it looked just like a vulture. A vulture who had dipped itself in radioactive goo. What caught my attention was the fact that it was wearing a fez.

I snapped out of my stupor and was about to hit the vulture when it spoke. I froze with my bo-staff a centimeter away from hitting it.

"Are you Richard Grayson?" The vulture asked.

I was still rooted to the spot as I tried processing what it had just said. Not only had this thing just spoken, it had somehow know my name. I was about to react when the vulture was caught in a cage made by Green Lantern.

It glanced at him before turning his attention back to me.

"Are you or are you not Richard John 'Dick' Grayson?" The vulture asked again, mildly glaring at me in irritation.

I lowered my staff and narrowed my eyes at it as the others gathered closer around the cage he was entrapped in.

"Why would you want to know that?" I asked back, suspicion lacing my voice.

"We have a message for you." Said the vulture.

"A message?" I raised my eyebrow at this. Who would send a vulture to deliver a message? Better yet, how did this vulture get into the Watchtower?

"Yes, you have to come to the Ghost Zone. To the Ghost King's castle."

Here's the thing, the second half of this story will be greatly affected by your reviews on what you want/hope this story will have. BrownHair2918 has already reviewed on something that will affect it. I'll put the other reviewers' request into consideration if you guys don't want a story with too much angst or whatever. You can try to suggest what you want/hope to happen. Don't worry the angst wouldn't be that bad(to me) but if any of you violently object then you can suggest something else. I didn't know anyone would post a review on something that will affect the rest of the story but yeah, apparently it started sooner than I had expected.
