SNOW POV:

"You kicked him in the balls?! ZOMG, that's priceless! I wish I was there to see it... or maybe not, but still! That would have been hilarious, I swear, but at the same time, I kinda hope he's okay-" Nudge's rant was cut off when I smacked her shoulder.

"No, you don't! He's a fucking jerk, you should hope I bruised his balls," I retorted in annoyance, leaning back in my chair.

"Guys, cut it out with the PDA!" Angel squeaked, closing her eyes and looking away from Max and Fang.

"We're just holding hands!" Max exclaimed in frustration, holding up their intertwined hands to prove her point.

"But still!" Angel whined, averting her eyes.

"Awwww, is someone jealous?" Nudge teased, nudging Angel. She turned bright red.

"Shut up, Nudge!"

"Our pizza isn't here yet..." Gazzy whined. "I'm hungry..."

"Well, that's what happens when you try and beat people up," Iggy added reasonably. I nodded in agreement.

"Why did I come here? We're going to get in trouble for cutting class!" Ella exclaimed, fidgeting nervously.

"Probably the same reason why I came here. Because I was bored, and didn't want to go to Spanish class," Ryuu smiled slightly.

"Senora TirĂ³n is the worst teacher on the planet!" Ella complained.

"I know, right? I asked how to say "sandwich" in Spanish, because I forgot, and she told me to use Google Translate!" Nudge joined in on the conversation.

"I take Japanese, suckers!" I laughed victoriously. They all glared at me.

"Where is the food...?" Max moaned dramatically. "I'm going to die of hunger..."

"I just bought you popcorn like five minutes ago," Fang pointed out, looking down at Max's lap. We followed his gaze to see an empty bag of popcorn. Max shrugged.

"I was hungry! And I still am!"

"Did you tell him the classroom number? Or do we have to go downstairs?" Angel asked, slouching back in her seat.

"We have to go down and get it, but downstairs is...a whole floor away," Gazzy reached out into the air, grabbing at nothing, before letting his hand drop.

"Who's going to get it?" Iggy asked suddenly, and we all slowly turned to one another.

"I volunteer Ryuu. He likes exercise!" Ella exclaimed.

"Let Fang get it. If it's a girl delivering it, we won't have to tip," Max pointed out.

"But if it's a guy, then we won't have to tip when we send you," Fang countered.

Max raised an eyebrow and withdrew her hand from Fang's. "When?"

"I volunteer Nudge! Just because," I smirked, pointing at Nudge.

"I'm with Snow," Iggy winked at me.

"I volunteer Snow! Because she likes pizza! And she ordered it anyway, or was it the drinks? But anyway, she should get it, it only makes sen-" Nudge started to rant but the twins' bickering cut her off.

"I vote Gazzy because he ordered it...I think," Angel started off the argument.

"I vote Angel because we want her to leave," Gazzy countered, smirking at Angel.

"Well, I vote you because you're ugly!" Angel yelled at him.

"Well, I vote you because you're blonde!" Gazzy yelled back.

"You're blonde, too!"

"So?!"
"You idiot!"

"You know what?!" Ryuu yelled above the noise, making them shut up in silence. He took a deep breath.

"Whoever gets the pizza gets first pick of pizza slice."

"ITS MINE! ALL MINE!" I yelled, dashing out the door; Max, Ella, Nudge, Angel, and Gazzy right behind me.

...

IGGY'S POV:

"Is it really that much of a big deal to get first pick of pizza slice? Aren't they all the same?" I asked, looking at my remaining two friends.

"Well, Ryuu knows what girls like, I guess," Fang smirked, looking over at Ryuu. He smiled slightly.

"The girls and Gazzy," he pointed out, and we laughed.

"No, but seriously, Ella is right... we could get in huge trouble for this," Fang pointed out, not really acting like his normal quiet self.

"But I'm hungry... we can just say something about the fight scaring us and making us unable to concentrate," I suggested.

"Maybe that would work for Nudge, you, Snow, and Gazzy, but Ella, Max, Fang, Angel, and I just walked over from homeroom to come here. It may be too early for pizza anyways... its only about 8:00," Ryuu pointed out next. "So what's our excuse?"

"I don't know... consoling your friends?" Fang added, leaning forward over his desk.

"I really don't think my teachers care..." I sighed, putting my chin on my arms, slumping in my seat.

"And doesn't Ella have Ms. Janssen for homeroom and first period?" Ryuu interjected, and we all groaned simultaneously.

"Poor Ella..." I sighed. "I have her for history, but at least not in the morning... I heard the earlier it is, the more temperamental she gets."

"I can verify that," A familiar female voice cut in, causing us all to look up to see Ella standing in the doorway. She smiled at me, making my heart lift.

"Scale of 1-10?" Fang asked shortly.

"Twelve and three-fourths," Ella replied, falling into the desk next to me, where Snow was sitting before. I opened my mouth to say something when I realized... I wanted her to sit there.

"Rough," Ryuu commented.

"You have her, Iggy?" Ella verified, turning to me. I nodded.

"Snow's in my class. Makes it just a little bit bearable. Before that it was hell," I recounted.

Ella sighed. "I don't have any friends in that class! Even worse, I sit in the front... right in front of her desk! I have the worse luck!"

"Get over it, Ells. You know you're lying, Maya sits right next to you in that class," Another voice joined the fray. Max.

"I don't like Maya... she reminds me of you. Except more goth," Ella disagreed. Max looked annoyed. Maya was a girl in our grade, not too popular, dark hair with a magenta streak and all dark clothes. She actually resembled Max in junior high so much that I heard people thought they were twins.

"Maya's nice, Ella. You haven't really met her, so... you wouldn't know," Ryuu chimed in, looking directly at Ella, almost creepily.

"I don't want to meet her! Screw off, Ryuu," Ella huffed, seeming upset.

"Ella..." Ryuu's face fell. I knew he didn't mean to hurt her feelings.

"Ella... apologize," Max's voice was firm. Ella suddenly burst into tears, standing quickly and running out of the room.

Everyone stood there, frozen.

"Ummm..." I broke the silence. "What the f just happened?"

"I'll go talk to her," Max sighed heavily and walked after her sister.

"GUYS! I GOT THEM FIRST!" Snow screamed excitedly, completely ignoring the girls running past her, holding up the three pizza boxes.

"I got the drinks," Angel called out from behind her. "If anyone cares..."

...

SNOW POV:

"So...shit happened while I was gone?" I summarized, sitting on top of a desk and eating my fifth slice of pizza. Everyone was staring at me in shock.

"I have something on my face or something?" I asked, looking at all of the shocked faces.

"How did you eat four pieces of pizza in..." Gazzy looked at the clock. "Two minutes?!" I finished the last bite of my fifth slice, signaling for him to wait.

"Five," I corrected, and Nudge sighed.

"Snow, how do you eat so much and never get fat?! Or even gain weight..." Nudge uttered the shortest two sentences I've ever heard come out of her mouth.

I shrugged. "It goes right to my thighs. Then I growl at it and it runs away."

"Charming," Iggy interjected and I nodded in agreement.

Ten minutes later, I had finished eight slices, a full box, while the rest had been split among my other seven friends.

"That hits the spot," Gazzy smiled, upon finishing four slices.

"You ate so much..." Fumed Angel, who had eaten only two.

Iggy shrugged. "It DID taste good, Angel." He had eaten 4 as well.

Nudge rolled her eyes. "We just ate pizza at eight in the morning when we should be at class, what are our teachers going to say if they find out we did this, they're going to ask where we've been and what do we say? We can't just tell them that we ordered- MMPH!" Fangs shoved the last piece of pizza in Nudge's mouth, cutting her off.

I clapped slowly. He smirked, taking a small bow.

"So... you're fine now?" We heard a voice in the hall, most likely talking to someone else. Max, and Ella!

"Crap, Max is going to kill us," Ryuu cursed, looking at the door nervously.

"Hide!" I whisper-yelled, jumping off the desk and rolled into the corner stealthily. And by stealthily I mean, Couldn't be any fucking louder.

Max came in, Ella in tow, a smile on her face.

"Hey guys, what-" She stopped midsentence as she saw the empty pizza boxes, and our guilty faces.

"What the fuck," she started, looking super angry. "HAPPENED TO THE PIZZA?!"

...

3rd PERSON POV:

Ella cried to herself as she ran down the hall; wondering why it always happened, how it happened, and just... how to stop it!

"Ella!" Max yelled from behind her, grabbing her shoulder and swinging her around.

"Ells, what's wrong?" She asked, keeping a gently hand on Ella's shoulder.

Ella sniffed, wondering if she should tell Max. "W-Will you keep it a secret?"

"Who would I tell?" Max countered, offering a small smile.

Ella shrugged. "Nudge?"

Max snorted. "Yeah, because when I want a trustworthy person to keep a secret, I find Nudge."

Ella laughed as well, but tears still glistened in her eyes.

"So...?" Max started expectantly, waiting for an answer.

"I-I'm in love with a boy again..." Ella murmured, a little ashamed of herself.

Max sighed. "Ella, you crush on so many boys... and they always break your heart. You never even confront them either."

"I know, I know..." Ella muttered, wiping tears out of her eyes, her head downcast.

"There's nothing wrong with liking someone," Max reassured her sister. "Just make the crush into a real relationship, or it's basically just make-believe in the first place."

"Th-Thanks for the advice, Max..." Ella mumbled in surprise. But he's... he's different from them. Maybe, just maybe, I can make a move...

"No prob, El," Max replied, quickly hugging Ella. Then she steered her back towards the direction of the classroom.

"Snow got the pizza, so we should have some, right? I love pizza," Max was getting hungry at the thought.

"You had food not even ten minutes ago," Ella pointed out. Max huffed in annoyance.

"Who IS the boy, anyway? Tommy? Patrick?" Max questioned, and Ella shook her head fervently.

"It's... it's..." She stuttered, blushing at the thought. Max smiled, remembering the way she used to act around Fang.

"Spit it out," she urged, and Ella turned red for a moment before blurting it out.

Max gapped, raising an eyebrow. "Seriously?!"

Ella nodded. Max rolled her eyes.

"So anyway...you're fine now?" Max verified, looking at her sister. Ella nodded.

Max smiled. "Good. Now let's eat some pizza," and she opened the door.

...

Guess who you guys probably drew a picture of and stabbed repeatedly with a bloody knife?

That's right, this girl! :D

Look at me, disappearing off the face of the planet for a couple months. I'm just cool like that. :P

Look, I'm really sorry about the SUPER late update, and frankly, I don't know when I'll update again.

I get a lot of homework, along with my hour of procrastinating, it's hard to get stuff done, in addition I'm part of a Hunger Games published by copaceticbaby which requires a different author for every tribute, and there are deadlines, so I need to be writing for that.

Hopefully you guys are liking the story anyways, and PUH-lease leave a review. :D

Q.O.T.C: Who was Ella's "mysterious crush"?
