Chapter 6: The KING, the PRINCE, and I (one happy family? )

ZOLA' POV

After my ' encounter' with that secretary no one else entered the room. I just lay down and let myself be stuck in complete boredom. The thought of escaping ran into my mind but I quickly erased the idea. Remember that Logi forbid his servants to give something to wear therefore I cannot get out. I wont let myself to be seen almost naked. Another reason are these freaking wire connected to my body! I don' t know what will happen if take these off me.

"Oh stupid royal jerk where on earth are you!" I screamed while punching the poor pillow.

"Feeling bored huh?" Someone suddenly spoke. It's that mysterious voice again! I looked around but I was alone.

"Where are you? I demand you to show yourself!" I whispered. I want to shout but the people outside might hear me and think that i'm crazy.

"We'll see each other, soon. And don't be so bored, your adventure is about to begin."

Someone knocked.

"Come in" I shouted. The voice was gone. . . Again. Who could that be? I can't recognize who is it from but it seems familiar. An old man in white laboratory gown came in. He gave me a warm friendly smile making me to smile back.

"Good morning My Lady, let me introduce myself. I am Dr. Ronald Darwin, the king's personal doctor" he said and bowed. He remind me so much of my father, after the introduction he asked me several question. Annoyingly the questions he asked were the same as Logi's.

"Pardon me doctor but why do you have to ask me? I hate repeating what I already said" I asked in an irritated tone. He seemed a bit surprised but he managed to smile again.

"My apologies My Lady, I'm just making sure that the king is not exaggerating. Sometimes he gets to me like that especially when he's disappointed." He chuckled. I don't get it. Why would he be disappointed? After that the doctor checked my pulse rate, blood pressure and other things related to that. Finally he removed all the freaking wires!

"Thank you!" I sighed. He smiled, removed his laboratory gown and handed it to me

"Here, I know you want something to clothe yourself. It's not that comfortable but at least you don't have to hide from that blanket.' He chuckled making me blush. I took the laboratory gown and asked.

"But the maids said that Logi forbids anyone to give me any clothing. Are you sure about this?" He paused for a while and acted like he was thinking then smiled.

"Let's just say that the king's orders are exclusively for the maids." He winked. I like this doctor. He was about to leave when he asked.

"Any questions My Lady?"

"But Matilda said-" I was about to say something but he cut it.

"Don't worry about that woman. She assumes that since she's the only woman close to the king, she thinks that she will be the future queen. But unfortunately for her, the real future queen has arrived." He gave me a mysterious smile. The real future queen? Who is she? Logi is already inlove with someone else? Ouch!

"Okay, I want to know where he is?" I asked. His smile widened. Now he's giving the me creeps.

"Are you okay doc?" I asked. He nodded.

"He's in the prince's room. " I frowned. Prince's room? Logi is the king therefore that prince is Logi's son? He already had a family? Another ouch. Dr. Darwin cleared his throat.

"Are you okay My Lady?" The tone of his voice seems to be teasing.

"Yeah I'm fine you may leave now." I said. He vowed and left. Logi why? How could you? I know I don't have any right but I feel so jealous! I didn't notice a tear dropped from my eye. I hate this feeling!

LOGI'S P.O.V.

After checking on Leo I went to my office waiting for someone. After a few minutes someone knocked. The door opened and a sevant of mine handed me a big box. She bowed and left. I opened the box then smiled to myself.

'This is perfect!' I said to myself.

"What a lovely dress, is it for her Logi?" Someone spoke. I turned and saw Dr. Darwin with his annoying smile. I placed returned it to its box and faced him.

"Didn't anyone taught you how to knock? It is so disrespectful Ronald" I hissed. He walked closer then sat.

"Is that the proper way to greet your uncle?" He said. You read it right, Dr. Ronald Darwin is my uncle. My mother's elder brother. Since our parents died he was the one who took the responsibility of taking care of us. He was a very kind person, a caring and responsible father. I sat beside him and asked.

"How is she?"

"Oh she is very good! She's beautiful, sexy and healthy. You two would produce healthy offspring and then finally I will become a grand-"

"UNCLE!" I shouted. He laughed while patting my back.

"Just kidding. Zola is fine, as you stated she forgot some details about her escape and how she rescued you. Other than that there is nothing to worry."

"About her power?" I added. His gave me a serious look.

" i'm sorry but I don't know. Her vitals are normal, her energy level is stable. My men will have to observe her for the time being." He explained. I nodded as I grab the box and headed towards the door.

''Thanks uncle, kindly check on Leo while I'm gone." And I left. I went to Zola's Room which is located beside my room. I went inside my room first and opened a secret door. Our rooms are like connected to each other. The secret door is located at the shower room. I pulled down the towel rack to open the secret door. I went to Zola's room and I saw her sitting next to the window while reading a book. I noticed that she's wearing a laboratory gown. Wait a minute I know this laboratory gown, it belongs to uncle Ronald. Ugh the old man! He's always ruining my plans! I want to be the FIRST person to provide her clothes!

I stepped closer and handed her the box. She frowned.

"It's about time you finally showed up. And what's this general? I don't need that. "

"Will you stop talking, take it and wear it?" I threw the box to her. Unexpectedly it landed on her face! She dropped the box and placed a hand on her nose.

"What was that for? Geez it hurts!" I went to her and grabbed her hand to see if she's fine. Then I realized that I was so close to her. I found myself staring at her beautiful blue ice, she was staring at me too! We were staring at each other for a few seconds before she looked away blushing. It is true? She's blushing? I carried the box and gave handed it to her.

"Here, I'm sorry about that." Her face was tomato! I can't help myself laugh. Now she's staring daggers at me and grabbed the box. She opened it and examined the content. I hope you like it Zola! She raised a brow.

"You bought this for me? Oh come on general, that's not your character to put too much effort on me." She hissed. Argh this woman! She never fails to make me mad! I cleared my throat before answering this impossible woman.

"Why would I do that? Me putting too much effort on you? Why would I personally buy that if I have maids to do that for me, I'm the king remember?" I said proudly. 'Why would I buy that for her if I could have it made especially for her.

While she was asleep the maids took her measurement so that my personal tailor could make a dress for her. I want her to look wonderful while she's staying at my palace.

She was about to say something but someone knocked. The door opened and a maid went in. She bowed and spoke.

"Your Majesty, My Lady. The prince has awakened." I like her tone. It sounds like were a family and Leo is our son! I turned to Zola.

"Take a bath then put that on, later I will send a soldier to escort you to the prince's room. I want you to meet him." I went out. I did not mention Leo's name because I want to surprise them both. They haven't seen each other for a long time. I can't wait to see her in that dress!

ZOLA'S P.O.V.

This man! He wants me to meet his son! Ouch! I don't want to! Seeing his son is like stabbing my heart!

I looked at the dress he 'threw' at me. It was a very lovely dress. It was a blue silk dress with tiny crystals attached to it. And it comes with a pair of silver stilettos with bits of diamonds. I went to the shower room to clean myself.

LOGI'S P.O.V.

"He's okay now. There was no damage in his brain and he can go back to his normal routine anytime." Uncle Ronald explained. Leo was now seating at the side of the bed munching on his food. It's a relief he's okay.

"Good thing you're safe bro, that Crester won't stop until were dead." Leo said while chewing. Table manners!

"Will you finish eating before talking?" I irritably said. He pouted and continued eating. Meanwhile a soldier came in.

"My Lady is now waiting outside Your Highness." He reported. I turned to Leo.

"I want to introduce to you someone." I smiled and signaled the soldier to let her in.

She went in slowly, wow am I in heaven right now and such a beautiful angel is in front of me? The dress fits her perfectly! She seems uncomfortable but I know she'll get used to it. I had my tailor made a dozen of different dresses for her! Leo's eyes almost popped out and his jaw fell.

"Zola is that you?" Leo asked. She was surprised; maybe she cannot remember Leo anymore. Leo stood up and went closer to her. He took her hand.

"It's me, Leo." Her eye widened and a big smile was drawn in her face.

"Leo? Is that really you? Wow look at you! You changed a lot!" And they hugged each other. Wait! Why I'm not included!

"I missed you so much Zola! Look at you! You are so beautiful!" he hugged her again. I have this weird feeling.
