Chapter 11
Long Time No See
Logi's POV
"Be careful nephew. Do not make unnecessary decisions and please control your anger. Are you really sure you want leave Leo here? Why don't just switch places, he'll do the searching and you stay here." Ugh when will this old man leave? He keeps on insisting that I should not leave the palace. "Will you just leave and let me handle things my way uncle. " I hissed and stormed out. I went to Leo's room. Maybe I can find someone with sense to talk to.
To my surprise the moment I entered Leo's room he jumped towards me and hugged my legs. Now what?
"Dear brother! Please let me come with you! I promise to behave myself! You know that I am still not ready to rule. Even if it's just temporary I'm still scared!" He whined. Ugh! Forget what I said about the someone with sense! Leo is worse than uncle!
"Will you stop whining! I assigned you to be in charge so that you can take care of Zola while I'm gone. Do you want Matilda to look after her?" Leo quickly stood up and saluted at me. Tss bipolar.
"I promise to protect and love my future wife!" I had enough so I just went out. Future wife his face! I went to my room to check if I have all the things I need.
I also went to Zola's room to see her once more before I go. My communicator rang.
"Your Majesty, the informant has arrived." A soldier reported.
I looked at Zola once again and kissed her on the forehead.
"I will bring your friends back my dear." I promised and head towards the door.
After 2 weeks
Shu's P.O.V.
"Will she ever wake up Maro?". Maru Maro asked. Nobody could blame him, we've been here for almost two weeks but Zola is still not waking up. I still can't believe that this is really true. Zola is still alive and we're here staying at "King" Logi's palace without killing each other. I remembered the time when Logi had me, Maru maro and Bouquet captive.
-flashback-
"Darling someone told me that a new cargo full of food for the soldiers had arrived." Bouquet reported. That is our job, to steal goods from Rosenkreuz's soldiers and distribute them to the needy. More like of a Robin hood. I fixed my shoelace and stood up.
"Okay I'm ready." I approached a shadow robot. We use these robots to combat with the soldiers. Yes we are out numbered by the soldiers but no one can defeat a "natural born" shadow wielder. To my surprise Bouquet and Maru Maro went to their robots as well. This is new, usually I go there alone.
"A man told us that there were so much that we can get from that cargo so we thought that you might be needing an extra hand maro." Marumaro explained. I nodded and we went to the main camp.
We looked around to see if there are soldiers roaming at the camp. We saw a few so we took care of them. Finally we spotted the ship where the goods are kept. Bouquet and Marumaro run inside the ship. But there was something bothering me. The moment I stoop my feet inside I felt like there was someone watching us.
"Let's hurry and find what we need. I have a bad feeling in this place." But before they could respond the front door of the ship closed and we heard the engines of the ship. When we went back where we came in we were blocked by a large group of Rosenkreuz soldiers.
"That was easy, you kids are really dumb when Zola is not there to guide you." We heard a familiar voice from our back. We turned and it was Logi, the king of Rosenkreuz.
"What do you want from us Logi?" I hissed. I started my robot and headed towards him. He smirked and took out a weird device. Right after that I felt a large voltage of electricity flowing through my body.
"Perhaps that will teach you to pay respect to a king." He chuckled and the voltage increased. I saw that my friends are experiencing the same thing as well. I fell on my knees because of the pain. Suddenly it stopped. Some soldier went to me and the others then took us out from the robots. I was too weak to fight and everything went black...
"Maro wake up!" I feel someone is shaking me. When I opened my eyes worried faces of Marumaro and Bouquet fronted me. I placed my hand on my forehead. I feel so dizzy. Then I remembered what happened and looked around. This place doesn't look like a prison.
"Where are we?" I asked. They shocked their heads. Looks like don't know either. Few minutes later a woman with orange hair came in.
"It's about time you all woke up. Stand up and follow me." She ordered. I looked at my friends and they did the same.
"I'm losing my patience here. Do you want me to drag you?" She shouted. Geez such a hot headed woman.
"Is that how you treat our guest Matilda?" A guy spoke. The woman was shocked and bowed. A tall guy with blond hair came in. He looked like a noble man, maybe he's a minister or something. He smiled politely at us.
"So you children are her friends? I am glad to finally meet you. Let me introduce myself, I am Prince Leo of Rosenkreuz and this woman is Matilda, she is the king's secretary." He said. Oh he's the prince, uh Logi is the king right? Meaning this guy is-
"You are Logi's son? You look so old to be his son and I never thought Logi would like a girl maro-" Maro maro thought out loud. Matilda slammed the table near her.
"How dare you call His Majesty like that-" But Prince Leo silenced her.
"That is fine, they are used to call the king by his name so it is not their fault. And to clarify things I am not King Logi's son. I'm his younger brother." He smiled at us. Our eyes widened.
"HIS BROTHER?" We three exclaimed in unison. He chuckled and asked.
"Why you don't see the resemblance kids?" He got it all wrong. He does look like Logi but his attitude. Logi is always mad, hot headed and scary while this guy is, the opposite. Totally different from his brother. Before we could answer his question that Matilda barged in again.
"Your Highness may I remind you that our 'guest' needs to go to My Lady's room." Obviously she doesn't like us. Logi's brother cleared his.
"Sorry I forgot, as I was saying Matilda you have to respect our guest. You may leave now. I will be the one to escort them to the room of my beloved." Matilda bowed before she stormed out.
"She's really scary. Maybe being scary is one if Logi's criteria to be his secretary." Bouquet commented. Leo laughed.
"Haha maybe. Almost all of my brother's men are scary. And that woman is the scariest. But she doesn't stand a chance against me. She's obsessed with bro and would do everything to be his queen." He said. I like this guy compared to his big brother.
"Come and follow me friends, there is someone waiting for you on the room." He opened the door and we followed. We walked passed the wide hallway. Everyone we passed by stopped their work and bowed. Royalty geez.
"The woman whom Prince Leo called beloved must be very lucky. He's kind, polite, easy to talk to and a prince! Not to mention that he's good looking." Bouquet giggled as she wrap her arms around me.
"Are we going to your girlfriend's room maro?" Marumaro asked. Leo stopped and faced us.
"Yes we're to her room, unfortunately she's not yet my girlfriend. I just started courting the Lady. And I will do everything to win her heart, even to the point where I should compete with a king." His voice was full of determination.
"Wow competing a king for her? She must be very special. Maybe she's a duchess, a lady royal or a princess!" Bouquet's eyes twinkled as she guess. Leo continued walking.
"Yes she's very special yet she's none of those you speak. She's a lot special than those people." Marumaro and Bouquet continued guessing but to themselves. I can here their whispers.
"A lot special? Maybe she's a queen! Kings compete with other kingdoms to win a queen's heart. Or maybe she's an empress!" Bouquet is really excited.
"Or maybe she's a goddess maro!" Marumaro suggested. Leo stopped in front of a big door and smiled at us.
"We're here." A guard bowed and opened the door for us. Leo first came in and we followed afterwards.
"Some of your friends are finally here My Lady. Please wake up and greet them." We stepped closed and our eyes widened. The woman sleeping in that bed is...
ZOLA!
