Chapter 4: The Arrivals, Part 1

The next day…

Naruto was read to go on a killing spree as she was very pissed off. She had just got out of the Council Room from a meeting about the up and coming Chunin Exams and its security. But what Naruto did not understand and that was: why was the civilian part of the council was there since the Chunin Exams and its security was Shinobi matters and not theirs. Especially when the civilian council demanded that Naruto and Zabuza get a divorce and she would remarry the Uchiha and surprisingly, Sasuke bastard agreed with the civilian council. That was annoying as hell, and that was the understatement for the century or two.

Before the Hokage could say anything or even be able to open his mouth, Naruto's temper that she had inherited from her mother made itself known as Naruto told the civilian council to take their ideas and shove them up where the sun did not shine. That got the elder Haruno banshee (Sakura's mother and apparently the high pitched screeching was indeed passed from mother to daughter.) screeching and hurting many Shinobis' hearing and almost making their ears bleed. The elder Haruno banshee began to make demands that Naruto give the last Uchiha everything that her clan has and marry the Uchiha as it would be a honor to do that. Naruto snapped back by saying that she would not marry into a clan that if rumors were to be believed, were responsible for the attack of the Nine Tailed Demon. The shut the civilian council up good.

Thankfully, the Hokage had enough of what was going on and put a stop to everything. Then the meeting went as planned as long as you ignored the glaring from the civilian council.

Before Naruto could even walk ten feet from the Council Room, an ANBU appeared in front of her and requested, "Uzumaki –sama, please go to T&I for matters that you can solve."

"Very well," Naruto said, but the ANBU was already gone. Naruto just sighed as she changed directions and headed to T&I department, without any idea of what was waiting for her.

An hour or so later…

It was not even in the afternoon and Naruto already feel like throwing her hands up saying that she gives up and go find a hole in the ground and never coming out. Naruto and the Third Hokage were still in the T&I department, studying the person on the TV screen, who was sitting there patiently in one of the interrogation rooms. Both of them were wondering what did they do in their past lives that have the gods after them as the amount of paperwork that was going to be a nightmare to deal with.

The person sitting patiently in the interrogation room was none other Kisame Hoshigaki, a S-class missing Nin from Kiri and the current wielder of Samehada. Kisame has a shark like appearance with blue skin, grayish/bluish hair, small beady eyes, gills on his face, and a mouth full of shark teeth that indicated that he was one of the Seven Swordsmen of Kiri.

While Naruto and the Hokage were in the council meeting, Kisame had walked up to the Main Gate, scaring the shit out of Izumo and Kotetsu and then he demanded to join the Uzumaki Clan and also to become a Shinobi of Konoha. After that, five squads of ANBU escorted Kisame to a room in T&I department. That is when Naruto and the Hokage arrived in time to hear the story that Kisame told Ibiki and Anko.

And while the interrogation was happening, an ANBU came into the room and collect a vial of blood. So they can compare Kisame's DNA to Naruto's DNA to really see if Kisame is related to Naruto. And that happened almost an hour ago and hopefully the results will come back soon.

Suddenly, an ANBU appeared in front of the Hokage and bowed to him, while silently handing the Hokage a sheet of paper. The Hokage took the sheet that appeared to have the results of the DNA test.

"It looks like you got another member of your clan, Naru –chan," The Hokage announced as he handed the results to Naruto.

Naruto sighed as she saw that Kisame and she were indeed related and that they were cousins. Naruto turned to the Hokage, when he announced, "Naru –chan, lets go and welcome Kisame."

"Alright." Its not like that she has a choice about this situation. Family is family no matter who they are.

As Naruto and the Hokage and several ANBU guards walked into the room. Naruto and the Hokage sat on the two metal chairs on the opposite side of the table, facing Kisame.

Gesturing with his aged hand to Naruto and introduced her, "This is Naruto Uzumaki, the Head of the Uzumaki Clan."

Since Kisame's arms, hands, fingers, legs, and everything else except for his head were bound to the chair with very think straps with Chakra draining seals written all over them. Kisame could only bow his head to Naruto and greeted her while smiling that showed off his teeth, "Nice ta meet you, Naruto –Sama."

"Its nice to meet you as well, Kisame. Please don't call me –Sama, Dattebayo," Naruto told him as her speak quirk made itself known.

The Hokage cleared his throat, gaining Naruto's and Kisame's attention, before he continued, "We have received the results of the DNA test and it confirms that you are indeed related to Naruto. Since you did not commit any crime towards Konoha that we know about and despite being a former member of the organization known as Akatsuki, I am giving you permission to join the Shinobi ranks in Konoha as jounin. But you will be on probation for six months and during that time, you will not be allowed to leave the village and you will be allowed to do D -rank missions and or any C –rank missions that does not require you to leave the village. But if you betray Konoha in any way, you will be executed. Do you understand, Kisame –san?"

"Yes, I do," Kisame answered immediately.

"Good, here is your hitaite then and welcome to Konoha," The Hokage said with a friendly expression on his face as he slid a leaf headband across the table to Kisame, who was being untied from his chair by a couple of ANBU.

As the Hokage and his ANBU guards left the room, Naruto said, "Welcome to the Uzumaki Clan, Kisame."

"Thank you, Naruto –sama." Naruto decided to just give up on the getting members of her clan to stop calling her '-Sama' as she realized that her clan can be just as stubborn as she is. It would be useless anyways.

(Scene Break)

Naruto and Kisame got close to the Uzumaki compound, when Kisame spotted someone that he thought that he would never see again, hopefully. So Kisame exclaimed, "Gozu, long time, no see!"

"Oh crap! Hey Kisame, good to see you as well," Gozu nervously said.

"If you are here, that means that brother of yours is here as well. And that also means Zabby and girly-boy is here. That means that we are members of the same clan. I never wanted to be related to Zabby ever! He's annoying as hell!" Kisame ranted in anger as it was the last thing that he ever wanted was to be related to Zabuza in any way.

Gozu coughed, before continuing. "Zabuza –sama is Naruto –sama's husband. By the way, Naruto –sama, a group of Uzumakis just arrived and are waiting for you, outside your office."

Naruto glared at Gozu for causing more problem for her as she thanked him as calmly as she could, "Thank you, Gozu."

Naruto turned towards Kisame and saw that he was ready to start ranting and raving, but Naruto cut him off by saying, "Kisame, lets talk in my office. There are certain things that you need to understand before you judge this."

"Alright brat, lead the way." Kisame replied with a smirk.

Naruto did not know which is worse: having people put '-Sama' at the end of your name or being called a brat. Naruto sighed as she walked back to her office. On the way there, she caught sight of a clock and she saw that she had an hour left before she needs to meet with her team (if you can call it that) at their usual bridge by Training Ground 7.

Coming onto a small group of red heads, who were sitting in the lobby, she spoke, "Sorry to keep you waiting, but I will get to you as soon as possible. As you may have guessed, I am Naruto Uzumaki, the new Clan Head of the Uzumaki Clan. It is nice to meet you all."

With that, Naruto led Kisame, who was strangely staring at a young man, who had his head bowed and his shoulder length red hair hiding most of his face and in his hands was a rosary of some sort.

Once the door was closed and the privacy seals were in place and active, Kisame exclaimed in disbelief, "There's a fucking Jashinist in the clan!"

(Author's Note: Before becoming a Jashinist their personality will be totally the opposite. For example, if you were insane, like any Uzumaki clan member, and then you become a Jashinist, you will become sane. But if you were sane and then you become a Jashinist, you will become insane.)

"What are you talking about!?" Naruto honestly had no idea what Kisame was talking about. So Kisame began explaining what he knew about Jashinist and their religion, since he had to work with Hidan sometimes.

Naruto swore that she heard Kyuubi muttering about something like wanting to be sealed into one instead, but she will worry about that later. She explained, in turn, the rules of the clan. Finally, fifteen minutes later, when she was done, she called out, "Please send in the Jashinist."

Kisame nodded and left, a few moments later, the lone red head came into the office.

Both of Naruto's eyebrows disappeared into her hairline in surprise as the young man who was around the age of seventeen, bowed and introduced himself, "My name is Raiden Uzumaki. And I worship Jashin –Sama. And it's a pleasure to finally meet you, Naruto –Sama."

"It's a pleasure to meet you as well, Raiden –san," Naruto said. "No offence, but I was told that Jashinists were extremely rude and have no manners whatsoever, but you're the opposite of that."

Raiden gave her a small smile and responded, "I choose to be polite and well mannered to others. Jashin –sama approves of my personality."

Naruto nodded and handed him a sheet of paper and a set of keys and said, "Since I don't have much time before I have a team meeting to be at, I will tell you this, out of respect for your choice in religion, we can build a small temple to Jashin for you to worship in, if you can follow a few extra rules: First – don't force your religion on anyone. Second – if a civilian asks about your religion, give them a tame and clean version of it, so we don't have complaints that you are sending them to a mental hospital, but if it's a Shinobi, who is asking, feel free to give them nightmares. Third – don't go sacrificing anyone from the clan or anyone from Konoha, unless they betray the village and we got the answers to why. Fourth – no killing children as they could be future followers. Fifth – if there's an invasion, feel free to do whatever you want to the opposite side. Will these rules work with you?"

"Yes, they will. Thank you for understanding and Jashin –sama will be blessing this clan for this," Raiden honestly said. He was surprised that the Clan Head was not demanding that he give up worshipping Jashin –Sama. A lot of people looked down on them, because they were killing psychos and immortal. Stupid heathens. But Naruto –Sama was willing to work with him and the best part was to give him a temple to worship Jashin –Sama in, which would be the first temple ever. The Uzumaki clan is truly a great clan. Jashin –Sama will probably bless him and the Uzumaki clan for their actions. And the idea of giving out pamphlets explaining what his religion was to others is truly an excellent idea.

About a half of an hour later…

Naruto was on the usual bridge with the rest of Team 7 waiting for their sensei, who is usually two or three hours late and gives them a very horrible excuse to why he was late, which is almost always a lie. By the time that she reached the bridge, she had found both Sasuke and Sakura glaring at her with everything that they had and they were mixing their weak killing intent into their glares. That was nothing, compared to when Naruto had faced Kurama in her mindscape.

Sasuke looked to be ready to fall asleep any time soon. He had bags underneath his eyes and he smelled strongly of coffee. Apparently, he is still trying to go through all of the paperwork that piled up since the massacre of the clan. Sasuke was raging mad when he learned that he did not enough Chakra to even make one-half of a shadow clone and he did not have clan members to help out like Naruto does.

"How dare you…" Sakura began her rant on how Naruto dared to go against her precious Sasuke.

"The Civilian Council tried to force me to marry Uchiha –teme. But I found a loophole to get out of it. You should be happy as I believe that you're next on that list, banshee." Naruto snapped at the pink haired banshee, who was stunned and shocked into silence. Then Sakura's expression turned from angry and furious to dreamy and extreme happiness, while Sasuke's expression turned to horror and fear and even more so when Naruto continued. "Think of all the children with pink hair, running around the Uchiha Compound."

Sasuke turned extremely pale at that image that popped up in his head. No one would ever take the Uchiha clan seriously ever again, if they had pink hair of all things. Hell, even his older brother/bastard would probably laugh himself to death. He could not let that happened. When he agreed for the CRA (?) he did not think that this would be the results of it. He only wanted the Uzumaki clan's power and Justus instead.

Naruto could hear Kurama laughing his fur off. Both of them found something that they have in common; they both hate the Uchiha clan, except for Itachi as he had saved her life more than once when she was younger, unlike her current sensei. Kakashi had just only saved her when she was about to die. Even now she could see the hatred that he held for her hidden in his eyes and he barely taught her anything, while taking Sasuke off to the side and teaching him things that he should be teaching the whole team. Then she thought of Sasuke's fan club and both Naruto and Kurama felt a shudder go down their spines. But Naruto grinned as she realized that the last Uchiha hates to be out done and that includes who's fan club is bigger.

"Hey Sasuke –teme," Naruto said as she interrupted Sakura's and Sasuke's thoughts or daydreams. "I just saved your life by not marrying you and my life now that I think about it."

Sasuke sneered, "Why is that?"

Naruto leaned against the railing and smirked, "Your small fan club would try and probably fail to kill me for taking the last Uchiha away from them, but my fan club would definitely succeed in killing you or at least make sure that you wouldn't be able to have kids."

Sasuke opened his mouth to demand to know what she meant by that, but Sakura beat him to it as she screeched, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY SASUKE'S SMALL FAN CLUB!? WE HAVE OVER FIFTY MEMBERS! THAT IS PROBABLY BIGGER THAN YOUR SO CALLED FAN CLUB!"

By the time that Sakura was finished with her screeching, Naruto explained as she tried to figure out if she still had any of her hearing left, "The teme's fan club, which you admitted freely, has over fifty members, and they all reside here in Konoha, but they are either a civilian or a very weak genin, who ignores their training to stalk teme. But my fan club that I inherited from my mother, number in the hundreds and if I do not find the full and updated list soon, my fan club is international and it contains chunins, jounins, ANBUs, and a Kage, and a Sannin, who all remember my mother. And that Kage is none other than the Raikage, who's speed rivals the Fourth Hokage's speed. It's a damn pity that they are already aware that I exist as they have officially renamed it from Kushina Uzumaki's Number One Fan Club to Naruto Uzumaki's Number One Fan Club. And from what I have read, they have meetings at least once a month."

Looking at Sakura's very shocked expression, it was priceless and Naruto quickly brought out the camera that she carried in a storage seal which was tattooed on her arm, and took a picture of that expression. She is so keeping it in her photo album.

Sasuke demanded, "How come you get a list of the members of your fan club, while I do not get a list of mine at all?"

Naruto shrugged, but answered anyways, "Jiji got the list made, since the club has members that are powerful and have a way better ability of sneaking in and out of Konoha without anyone noticing."

Suddenly, Naruto paled until she was white as paper at that thought and what that meant for her.

Somewhere close by…

An Konoha ANBU Dove, who is a member of N.U.N.O.F.C., had a camera in his hands as he was taking pictures of his precious Naruto. Naruto Uzumaki was turning into a very strong Kunoichi like her mother. He almost growled when Naruto revealed that the very stupid Civilian Council trying to force his precious Naruto to marry that good – for – nothing last Uchiha, but was wondering what was that loophole was and what it required Naruto to do.

'That's something that needs to be brought up in the next meeting, and also that she is aware of the club and who the members are,' Dove thought, before taking one more picture before disappearing.

(Scene Break)

Back at the bridge…

Suddenly, a cloud of white smoke appeared out of nowhere and it was soon revealed to be Kakashi and the usual routine that involves Sakura's screeching and Kakashi's usual horrible lies. It was already way passed noon.

Before Kakashi could say anything else, he had spotted a Konoha massager hawk signaling that all jounin senseis are required to attend a meeting with the Hokage immediately.

"Well," Kakashi started. "It seems that there will be no missions, today. So why don't you three take the rest of the day off and relax."

All three of them just stared at the empty spot where their sensei had just stood. Slowly all three of them, well mostly just the Uchiha brat and the pink haired banshee, realized that they had just waited there for more than three hours and it was only to be told to have the rest of the day off. Kakashi or rather his precious books are going to die.

Naruto silently was laughing at their pissed off expressions as she walked away, back to her compound. Those two never really learned to come three hours later than what Kakashi said to. Even thought, Naruto was slightly pissed at wasting time coming to a team meeting like this when she had some things better to do like finding the updated membership list of her fan club and completing her paperwork. Thank Kami for shadow clones.

'Hmm, maybe I should make a quick stop at jiji's office and tell him about the way to defeat paperwork.' Naruto thought as she changed directions and headed towards the Hokage Tower. There was a deal to be made.

(Scene Break)

Sarutobi let out a tired sigh as he got back to his office after the meeting with the jounin senseis. He was surprised to find Naruto sitting on the couch reading a scroll.

Always glad to have his honorary granddaughter around, he asked, "Naru –chan, what brings you here?"

Naruto smiled and hugged her jiji and she answered, "I'm here to strike a deal with you, jiji?"

Sarutobi raised a white eyebrow and questioned, "What type of deal?"

Naruto smirked as she responded, "You give me the other two apartment buildings and the twenty acres that surround my compound and I will give you the secret to defeating paperwork."

Naruto barely finished that sentence, when the Third Hokage disappeared and reappeared with speeds that could easily surpass the Fourth's own Flying Thunder God Technique, the Hiraishin and Naruto suddenly found her hands with the deeds and everything and it was already signed over to her.

"Shadow Clones," Naruto simply said as she left the office. She just closed the door when she heard the Hokage hitting his head on the desk and the word 'stupid' muttered over and over again.
