Spike had dressed Dawn before she woke so there was no need for her to change or get cleaned up as most vamps do. He had given her a sponge bath and removed all traces of the hospital from her skin and washed her hair with the lavender shampoo she loved. The clothes he had chosen, a purple and black gypsy skirt, black tank top, and ballerina flats, made up his favorite of her outfits. Dawn had giggled when she saw her outfit; it was one of her favorites as well.

They left the crypt and into the fresh night air. Spike wrapped his arm around Dawn's waist and asked her where she wanted to go.

Dawn wrinkled her nose as she thought. "I don't know but I want to go somewhere that we won't run into Scoobies. I mean they know you turned me so I'm sure they think you will feed me bagged blood, 'cause you're all in love with Buffy."

Spike pouted a bit at that. "I figured you'd want to kill the Scoobies."

Dawn giggled and the sound made Spike smile despite himself. "Spiiike! That is what they are expecting! Then they can dust you and try to "fix" me. If we make them think that we are being good little vampires then they will drop their guard. Then when they aren't expecting it…BAM they're lunch!"

The sweet innocent look on Dawn's face made Spike chuckle darkly. She was ruthless and innocent, his favorite combination. "So then the Fishtank it is! Lots of foolish happymeals, little to no chance of a Scooby stumbling upon us, and they have bloomin' onions!"

Dawn giggled again and they headed out.

Of course the people at the Fishtank assumed Dawn was just another teenie bopper trying to play big girl, especially since she played up that angle. They had come in separately, Spike fifteen minutes before Dawn as to not arouse suspicion and so that the guys at the bar would think they had a chance with her. Unlike most fledges Dawn didn't have learn how to hunt properly; she had listened to Spike's stories of his and Drusilla's kills long enough to know exactly what to do.

She walked over to the jukebox and stood playing with a lock of her hair and biting her lip as she looked at the selections, running her unpainted nails across the glass covering. Finally she chose a song, turned and batted her long lashes at a fairly attractive man. He was obviously in his late thirties and Dawn had smelt his arousal as soon as she walked in. He was scum.

As Bruce Springsteen's "I'm on Fire" began to play she began to sway and the man seemed possessed as he walked over to her and began grinding against her. She could feel his cock through his pants, what there was of it, she was sure that even Kevin's was bigger.

Spike watched as his Childe lured the man over and enticed him. He grinned at her choice of song, it was not only good to lure scumbags but also a signal to him that she was going to feed from this one. The song was only half over when he watched her quickly and quietly walk the man outside. Spike grabbed the wrist of the girl he had been flirting with and brought her out as well.

Spike didn't play with his food, he simply drained her quickly so he could watch his Childe feed for the first time. She had lead the man to a semi-dark corner and acting all frightened. The man was whispering very naughty things to her to calm her. Suddenly she giggled and the man looked confused for a second before the lovely girl in his arms morphed into the demon she was now and sank her fangs into his neck. The man didn't have time to scream as Dawn drained his life in one great draw.

Spike smirked as her eyes glittered and sauntered up to her. "Good girl Bit, knew you'd make a perfect little vamp."

Dawn glowed under his praise and smiled as she morphed back into her human guise. "So can we go dance at the Bronze now? I mean Buffy and the Scoobies will just think I fed from bags at the crypt won't they?"

Spike smiled but shook his head. "Nah Bit, I told Buffy that she couldn't be around you for a while because of her bein' the Slayer and all, said it would scare you. Can't go back on that or the jig is up."

Dawn pouted cutely. "But Spiiiike I'm all full of energy and I wanna do something!"

Spike grinned slyly. "Don't worry baby girl, I got an idea of what we can do to lessen your boredom."

Dawn looked confused for a second but Spike's sudden attack on her mouth cleared that up. His mouth was hot from the blood he had just drank and hungry for something it seemed only she could give him. His tongue assaulted hers and she moaned into his mouth. Her body felt as if it was on fire from the inside.

Spike pulled away grinning. Wanna go home Bit?

Dawn, thanks to their link, had quite an idea of what he had planned and smiled sweetly. Oh yes Sire, I want to go home and try some of those things I saw before.

Spike's grin turned into a leer. "Oh baby, I have so much more to show you."
